4.10 The motor adopts Class B insulation. When the altitude and ambient air temperature comply with the provisions of Article 4.2, the temperature rise limit (resistance method) of the motor stator winding is 80K; the allowable temperature of the bearing ( Thermometer method) should not exceed 95C. If the altitude or ambient air temperature of the test site is different from the provisions of Article 4.2, the temperature rise limit shall be revised according to the provisions of GB755. 4.11 The motor should be able to withstand the maximum torque value specified in Article 4.7 of this standard (taking into account tolerances) in a hot state and with gradually increasing torque for 15 seconds without sudden changes in speed, stalling or harmful deformation. . At this time, the voltage and frequency should be maintained at rated values. 4.12 The motor should be able to withstand an accidental overcurrent test of 1.5 times the rated current for no less than 2 minutes without being damaged. 4.13 Under no-load conditions, the motor should be able to withstand increasing the speed to 120% of its rated value for 2 minutes without harmful deformation. 4.14 The insulation resistance of the motor stator winding in the hot state or after the temperature rise test should not be less than 0.38MQ. 4.15 The stator winding of the motor should be able to withstand a 1-minute withstand voltage test without breakdown. The frequency of the test voltage is 50Hz. It should be a sinusoidal waveform as much as possible, and the effective value of the voltage is 1760V. 4.16 The stator winding of the motor should be able to withstand the inter-turn impulse withstand voltage test without breakdown. The peak value of the impulse test voltage shall be in accordance with JB/Z346.
4.17 After the stator winding of the motor is tested for 6 cycles according to the 40C alternating damp heat test method specified in GB12665, the insulation resistance should not be lower than 0.38MQ and should be able to withstand the withstand voltage test specified in Article 4.15. If breakdown does not occur, the effective value of the levied voltage is 1500V

5 Inspection Rules

5.1 Each motor must pass the inspection before it can be released, and it should be accompanied by a product certificate. 5.2 Each motor should undergo inspection and testing. The inspection and test items include: a. Mechanical inspection (according to the provisions of Articles 5.5 and 5.6 of this standard); b. Determination of the insulation resistance between the stator winding and the casing and the windings (the insulation resistance in the cold state can be measured during the inspection test, and it should be ensured that the insulation resistance in the hot state is not lower than the provisions of Article 4.14 of this standard);.
