This standard applies to the gear of transverse floor turfing machine (hereinafter referred to as gear), and does not apply to other types of floor turfing machine gear. Reference standards GB1222 GB2828 ZBB91020 3 Technical requirements Spring steel Batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to continuous batch inspection) Painting of agricultural machinery Technical conditions for machine-guided transverse tumblers The tumblers shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The basic dimensions and shape of the tumblers shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1. B direction 710±! 15 ± 1.5 3.3 The tumblers shall be made of 65Mn steel specified in GB1222. Other materials with performance not lower than 65Mn are allowed to be used as substitutes. 3.4 The surface of the tumblers shall be smooth, free of delamination and cracks, and the depth of local dents shall not exceed 0.3mm. 3.5 The teeth should be heat treated, and their hardness should be 38~48HRC. It is allowed to be reduced to 30HRC within 40mm from the toe of the tooth (the measurement part was approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 18, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992 see Figure 2) JB/T5162-1991 Figure 2 Measurement part of the hardness of the teeth 3.6 The teeth should be subjected to elasticity test. The tooth tip is under the static load of 147N for not less than 3min. The deformation of the tooth tip along the load direction shall not exceed 650mm, and the residual deformation shall not exceed 30mm, as shown in Figure 3. p=ia7N Figure 3 Elasticity test of floor teeth 3.7 The painting of floor teeth shall comply with the relevant provisions of TQ-1-BP or TQ-1-NP in NJ/Z3 4 Inspection rules 4.1 Floor teeth shall be inspected and qualified by the quality management department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product quality certificate before they can leave the factory. 4.2 Factory inspection The factory test items of floor teeth shall include the contents of Articles 3.2 to 3.7 of this standard (except for paint adhesion). The sampling plan and judgment rules are shown in Table 1. Sampling plan Judgment rules Number of items Inspection level Sample code Sample size Articles 3.2 to 3.7 N=91~150 When the cumulative number of unqualified items under inspection is less than or equal to the qualified judgment number A. When the cumulative number of unqualified items under inspection is greater than or equal to the number of unqualified judgments R. ... 4.4 Inspection method 4.4.1 The main dimensions and shapes of the floor teeth shall be inspected according to the device shown in Figure 4 (the arc section of the floor teeth at R=2mm is not inspected); (485) Comparison in E direction 105±2 JB/T 5162 -1991 4.4.2 Floor gear elasticity test, fix the toe of the tooth, use the straight part 55mm from the toe of the tooth as the fulcrum, the tooth tip is upward, and the tooth tip is under the static load of 147N for 3min, and the displacement is measured (see Figure 3) 4.4.3 Floor gear hardness test, measure points 1, 2, and 3 (see Figure 2) 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and purchase and storage 5.1 Floor gears should be packaged into a ring shape, tied firmly and reliably, and the weight of each bundle should not exceed 50kg, and a certificate of conformity should be attached. The label should indicate: a. Product name and mark; b. Number of floor gears; c. Manufacturer name; d. Date of manufacture. 5.2 Floor gears should be guaranteed not to bend or deform during loading, unloading and transportation. 5.3 The purchase and storage of floor gears should comply with the provisions of Article 6.5 of ZBB91020. Floor gears should be bundled for storage.
