4.1 The materials of flange, bolts and nuts shall be in accordance with Table 3. Table 3

4.2 The mechanical properties of the welding rod shall not be lower than the lower limit of the mechanical properties of the welded parts (flanges or pipes) with lower strength. Table.8 The surface of the flange shall be smooth and shall not have defects that reduce strength and affect sealing. The end face of the flange shall be perpendicular to its axis and the deviation shall not be greater than 30.4.4
The negative deviation allowed for flange thickness is 0.5mm. 4.57
The soft gasket used for the flange shall be in accordance with GB2502.
The connection dimensions and sealing surface of the flange shall be in accordance with GB2501.4.7
5 Inspection rules
5.1 The flange shall be inspected and accepted by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer and a certificate of conformity shall be issued. 5.2 The inspection contents during acceptance include material certificate, dimensions and appearance. Marking
