2.2 Surface quality
GB 519185
2.2.1 The surface of the foil should be smooth and clean, without any marks, folds or abrasions. Slight oxidation color, oil stains and dark spots are allowed. 2.2.2 The surface of the foil should not have defects exceeding the thickness tolerance. 2.2.3 When the foil with a thickness of 0.03mm or less is observed with the naked eye against light, it is allowed to have individual small pinholes that do not form strips or fan-shaped accumulations.
3 Test methods
3.1 Chemical composition arbitration analysis method of foil: tin, lead and zinc shall be carried out in accordance with GB3260.1~3260.9-82 "Chemical analysis method of tin", GB472-64 "Standard method for chemical analysis of lead" and GB473-76 "Chemical analysis method of zinc". Tin-antimony alloy and lead-antimony alloy shall be carried out in accordance with the method agreed by both parties.
3.2 The surface quality of the foil shall be checked with the naked eye. 3.3 The thickness of the foil shall be measured with a micrometer or a lever micrometer, and the width shall be measured with a steel ruler or a vernier caliper. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Inspection and acceptance
4.1.1 The foil shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 4.1.2 The purchaser may inspect the received products. If the inspection result is not in accordance with the provisions of this standard, the supplier shall be informed of the problem within two months from the date of receipt of the product for internal quality and within ten days from the date of receipt of the product for external dimensions and surface quality, and the two parties shall negotiate to resolve the problem. 4.2 Batches
The foil shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of the same brand, specification and state. The batch weight shall not exceed 500kg. 4.3 Inspection items
Each batch of foil shall be inspected for chemical composition, external dimensions and surface quality. 4.4 Sampling location and sampling quantity
4.4.1 The analysis of chemical composition shall be carried out by taking any sample from each batch of products (the manufacturer is allowed to report the analysis results of ingots). 4.4.2 A sample of 3 to 5 meters in length shall be taken from each roll of foil for dimensional measurement and surface quality inspection. 4.5 Repeated test
Even if the test result of one sample fails in each test, double samples shall be taken from the batch to re-test the unqualified item. If there is still one sample that fails the re-test, the whole batch shall be scrapped or inspected roll by roll, and the qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, compensation and storage
5.1 Marking
The packaging box marking of foil shall comply with the provisions of YB730--70 "General Methods for Packaging, Marking, Transportation and Storage of Heavy Nonferrous Metal Processing Products". Labels shall be affixed to the qualified foil rolls, indicating: a. Supplier name,
b. Product name, brand, state and specification, c. Product batch number.
5.2 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.2.1 The packaging regulations are as follows:
5.2.1.1 The foil shall be wound on a plastic or other material liner with an inner diameter of 65~69mm or 75~79mm. The length of the liner shall be 15~20mm larger than the width of the foil.
5.2.1.2 The foil should be rolled tightly on the liner and should not come loose when the coil is moved. 5.2.1.3 The diameter of the foil roll should not be less than 100mm, and the number of sheets per roll should not be more than 5. The rolled foil should be wrapped with thin paper and plastic film, or packed according to the packaging method agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5.2.1.4 Packing of foil: The wooden box is lined with moisture-proof paper, and the foil roll is clamped in the box with a rack to prevent movement. The box is marked with words or signs such as "Protection" and "Lightweight" and tied with packaging tape. The gross weight of the wooden box should not exceed 30kg. During transportation and storage, it should be protected from collision, moisture and corrosion by active chemicals. 5.2.2
5.2.3 When storing foil, the wooden box of the foil should be removed first, and then the foil rolls should be stored on the shelf 1 in the dry warehouse. 5.3 Quality certificate
Each batch of foil should be accompanied by a quality certificate, indicating: a.
Name of the supplier;
Product name;
Product batch number, specification, status and processing accuracy; d.
Batch number, batch weight and number of pieces,
Results of various analysis and inspections and the stamp of the technical supervision department; This standard number:
Package date.
