This standard is a revision of JB/T7893-95 "TZ Vertical Vibrating Centrifuge". Compared with JB/T7893-95, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: the large end diameter of the screen in the basic parameters is unified as the large end outer diameter of the screen, and the three indicators of screen gap, product external moisture, and processing capacity are changed from a single value to a range;

2 The external moisture content of the product and the processing volume are related to the properties and overall composition of the material, but mainly depend on the coal slime content in the feed. The content of particle size less than 0.5mm in the feed is ≤10%, and the external moisture content of the product is generally between 2.0% and 9.0%. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The centrifuge shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Any general technical requirements not specified in this standard shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards. 4.3 The feed of the centrifuge must be continuous and uniform, and the particle size and surface moisture of the processed material shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The installation of the centrifuge should meet the following requirements: 4.4
a) The centrifuge is only constrained by the basic vibration damping pad. The manhole pipes, water collection pipes, discharge troughs and wires that are matched with the product are not allowed to be rigidly connected to the product:
b) The centrifuge must be connected to the ground wire:
c) After the centrifuge is installed, the height of the basic vibration damping pad is 140~160mm, and the height of each vibration damping pad should be as consistent as possible; d) The centrifuge should rotate flexibly and smoothly without abnormal phenomena; e) The lubricating oil of the centrifuge should be N68 industrial gear oil (sulfur phosphorus type); f) The lubrication system should work normally without oil leakage;) The noise of the centrifuge when it is idling should not exceed 95dB (A) h) The basic amplitude at the basic vibration damping pad should not be greater than 0.1mm;)
The bearing temperature of the eccentric shaft box should not be higher than 82℃. 4.5 The control circuit shall meet the following requirements:

a) After the oil pump motor is started, the rotary motor and the vibration motor can be started separately. The rotary motor and the vibration motor should also be connected to the pressure relay;
b) When the pressure relay is adjusted to greater than or equal to 0.025MPa, the centrifuge can be started: when it is less than or equal to 0.01MPa, the centrifuge automatically stops rotating.
4.6 The tightness of the screen fence shall meet the following requirements: a) After the rotary motor is turned off, the inertial rotation time of the screen fence: TZ-12 shall not be greater than 100s, TZ-14 shall not exceed 180s to 3005; b) When the screen fence is in a stationary state, the inertial static force of the screen fence (the tension in the tangential direction at the screws that tighten the screen mesh) shall be no less than 84.37N for TZ-12 and no less than 68.67N for TZ-14. 4.7 Technical requirements for main parts:
a) The material performance of the eccentric housing should not be lower than 42CrMo, the coaxiality tolerance of the two holes Φ64H6 is Φ0.02mm, and the center line verticality tolerance of the two holes @215M6 to the hole @95H9 is 0.05mm: b) The coaxiality tolerance of the eccentric shaft diameter ±75k5 to Φ75m6 is $0.02mm, and the eccentricity of the shaft is 1.5.13mm; c) The material tensile strength of the hinge pin is α=1589 N/mm2, core hardness is 45~50HRC, nitriding layer depth is 0.1250.25mm, surface hardness is 60~63HRC, shaft diameter Φ50h5d) The coaxiality tolerance of the two outer circles of the hinge pin village to the inner hole is 0.02mm; e) The height difference between the housing supports should not exceed 3mm; f) The screen should comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T7893.2; g) The painting of the exposed non-machined surface of the centrifuge should comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.12. 4.8 Product complete set supply scope:
a) A complete set of mechanical parts;
b) Random tools.
5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 The centrifuge must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped, and documents proving the quality of the product should be attached when it leaves the factory. 5.2 Before the centrifuge leaves the factory, it shall be tested for 4 hours without load and shall meet the following requirements: a) The rotation and vibration parts shall meet the requirements of 4.4; b) The lubrication system shall meet the requirements of 4.4f) requirements: c) The high-speed machine noise is measured by ND2 type precision sound level meter (A), and its value should meet the requirements of 4.4g) : d) The basic vibration radiation is measured by ND2 type precision sound level meter with additional measuring device, and its value should meet the requirements of 4.4h) ; e) The temperature at the bearing of the eccentric shaft box is measured at the bearing cover of the vibrating shaft with a semiconductor point thermometer, and its value should meet the requirements of 4.4i) :
f) The tightness of the screen is measured by a spring balance and a stopwatch, and its value should meet the requirements of 4.6. 5.3 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following cases: a) When new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production appraisal; b) When the product design, structure, process or material has been significantly modified and affects the product performance; c) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; d) When the results of the factory inspection are greatly different from the last inspection; 4

e) When the national quality inspection agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 5.4 The items of type inspection should include all the requirements of this standard. 5.5 Type inspection should be carried out on one unit of the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, it should be readjusted and double the number of units should be inspected.
6 Marking, labeling and instruction manual
6.1 The centrifuge should have a product label fixed in a conspicuous place. Its type and size should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306, and the following contents should be indicated: a) Manufacturer name;
b) Product name and model;
c) Product ex-factory date and number.
6.2 The centrifuge should have a product instruction manual, and its content should comply with the provisions of GB/T9969.1. 6.3 The packaging mark of the centrifuge should comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 and GB191. 7 Packaging, transportation and storageWww.bzxZ.net
7.1 The centrifuge can be divided into bare packaging and closed packaging. 7.2 The main machine of the centrifuge is naked, and the exposed processing surface is coated with anti-rust oil. The exposed pipe joints and motors are wrapped with plastic cloth, and the feed inlet is covered. 7.3 The lubrication device, basic reduction pad, random tools and random technical documents should be placed in a wooden box. The accompanying technical documents include: a) packing list and complete set delivery list; b) product certificate or quality certificate; c) product installation and use instructions; d) installation drawing. 7.4 The product delivery mark and the outer wall of the wooden packaging box shall comply with the provisions of 6.3 and shall indicate the following: a) product name and model: b) manufacturer name, factory number and date: c) contract number and packaging number: d) delivery address and unit name; e) net weight, gross weight, and overall dimensions; f) center of gravity, lifting line, storage and transportation diagram. 7.5 Product packaging shall comply with water and land transportation requirements. 7.6 Product storage shall be equipped with rainproof facilities.
