National Standard of the People's Republic of China Test methods for the properties of glass fibre reinforced cementThe compressive strength 1 Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the test method for the compressive strength of glass fibre reinforced cement. GB/T 15231.2---94 This standard is applicable to the determination of the compressive strength of alkali-resistant glass fiber reinforced cement paste or mortar (abbreviated as GRC). 2 Instruments 2.1 Press: range 100kN, accuracy 1%. 2.2 Vernier caliper: reading value 0.02mm. 3 Test piece 3.1 Test piece size The test piece is a cube of 30mm×30mmX30mm. 3.2 Number of test pieces 6 test pieces per group. 3.3 Preparation of test specimens Form a plate with a length×width×thickness equal to 300mm×300mm×30mm, and take it out after fully moistening and curing it in a curing room at 20±3℃ and a relative solidification of more than 80% for 26 days. Cut a standard test specimen from the middle of the plate. The surface of the test specimen is flat and the symmetric surfaces are parallel to each other. Place it in a well-ventilated normal temperature room for 48 hours to make it in an air-dried state, and then conduct the test. 4 Test conditions The test is carried out in a normal temperature room at 20±5℃. 5 Test steps 5.1 In each group of 6 test specimens, the loading direction of 3 pieces is parallel to the plate surface (called in-plane, that is, the loading direction is parallel to the glass fiber distribution orientation), and the loading direction of the other 3 pieces is perpendicular to the plate surface (called out-of-plane, that is, the loading direction is perpendicular to the glass fiber distribution orientation). 5.2 Measure the geometric dimensions of the pressure surface of each test specimen. Measure the length (α) and width (b) of the specimen at the center of the test surface, accurate to 0.5 mm. 5.3 Place the specimen on the press, ensure that the applied load is the central compressive load, and apply the load at a rate of 0.5 kN/min until the specimen is destroyed, and record the failure load F. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on September 24, 1994 and implemented on June 1, 1995 6 Result calculation and evaluation 6.1 Calculate the compressive strength according to the following formula: Where: α. — compressive strength, MPa; F—failure load, kN; A — compression area, mm2 u—specimen compression surface length, mm; h specimen compression surface width. mm. bZxz.net GB/T 15231. 2 -- 94 A=a×b 6.2 The results are expressed as the average value of three test pieces with loading directions parallel to the board and the average value of three test pieces with loading directions perpendicular to the board, accurate to 0.1MPa. Test report The test report must include the following: Type, size, age and curing conditions of the test piece; average value of compressive strength with loading directions parallel to the board surface; average value of compressive strength with loading directions perpendicular to the board surface; test date, unit and personnel.
