3 Terms
3.1 Oil separator
Pressure and pressure differential controller for refrigeration
Equipment installed between the ammonia compressor and the condenser to separate the lubricating oil and oil mist carried over from the compressed ammonia gas. 4 Product classification
4.1 Type
The types of separators are divided into three types: washing type, centrifugal type and packing type. 4.2 Model
4.2.1 Model indication method
The model of the separator consists of uppercase Chinese phonetic letters and Arabic numerals (hereinafter referred to as numbers). The indication method of its model is stipulated as follows:
Retrofit number: indicated by numbers, omitted for the first design product. Nominal diameter of ammonia pipe: indicated by numbers, mm-type: X indicates washing type, L indicates centrifugal type, T indicates packing type. Code for separator
4.2.2 Model example
YFX40-1: indicates that the nominal diameter of the ammonia pipe is 40mm, and it is a washing type separator of the first retrofit. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 16, 1995 and implemented on July 1, 1996

YFL80 indicates a centrifugal separator with a nominal diameter of 80mm for ammonia pipe. YFT125: indicates a packed separator with a nominal diameter of 125mm for hydrogen pipe. 4.3 Basic parameters
The nominal diameter of the ammonia pipe of the separator shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1

Design pressure: 2MPa;
Design temperature: 150℃.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
The separator shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, or it may be manufactured according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer.
5.2 Materials
5.2.1 The materials of the main pressure-bearing components of the separator shall have material certificates. 5.2.2 The materials used for the separator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.3 Cold and hot processing
The cold and hot processing of the separator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.4 Welding and non-destructive testing
The welding and non-destructive testing of the separator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.5 Test plates and specimens
The test plates and specimens of the separator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.6 Parts and componentsbZxz.net
5.6.1 When metal wire mesh fillers are used in the structure of the oil separator, they shall be able to prevent refrigerant corrosion and shall have sufficient strength and support to prevent loosening.
5.6.2 The baffle in the oil separator shall be flat and free of defects such as rust and cracks. The burrs of the drilled holes shall be removed. 5.6.3 The packing in the packing oil separator should be sufficient or filled to the specified weight. 5.6.4 When the float valve automatic oil return device is used in the oil separator structure, it should be ensured that the seal is leak-free and the float should be flexible and unobstructed. 5.6.5 The cylinder, head, flange, support and other parts of the separator should comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.7 Safety accessories
In addition to complying with the provisions of JB/T6917, the safety accessories of the separator should also comply with the following provisions: a.
The overpressure relief device should comply with the provisions of GB12241 and relevant standards; the high-pressure cut-off device should comply with the provisions of ZBJ73042; the liquid level gauge and sight glass should comply with the provisions of JB/T6918; the pressure gauge should comply with the provisions of GB1226.
5.8 Openings and opening reinforcements
The openings and opening reinforcements of the separator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.9 Pressure resistance and airtightness requirements
The separator shall be subjected to pressure resistance test and airtightness test, and the requirements shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.10 Cleanliness

The inside of the separator shall be clean, and the impurity content in the part in contact with the refrigerant shall not exceed 800mg/m2. 5.11 Appearance quality
The separator shall be beautiful and elegant, and the weld surface shall be free of cracks, pores, isolated pits and slag inclusions. The outer surface shall be painted, and the paint shall be evenly smooth and uniform in color, and there shall be no defects that affect the appearance. 5.12 Completeness
A complete set of separators shall also include:
Ammonia gas inlet and outlet joints;
Ammonia liquid inlet joint (washing type);
c. Oil drain joint;
d. Assembly flange.
5.13 Accessories
5.13.1 The accessories of the separator are:
a. Ammonia valve;
b. Anchor bolts;
Float valve (if required by the structure).
5.13.2 The accessories of the separator shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards or drawings. 5.14 Warranty period
If the user complies with the provisions of the product manual, within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, if the separator is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing, the manufacturer shall replace or repair it free of charge. 6 Test methods
6.1 Nondestructive testing
The method of nondestructive testing of separators shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 6.2 Pressure test and airtightness test
The pressure test and airtightness test methods of separators shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 6.3 Cleanliness determination
The determination of the cleanliness of separators may refer to the provisions of ZBJ73027. 7 Inspection rules
General requirements
The separators shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard and technical documents, and may be shipped only after they are qualified. 7.2 Inspection Items
After each separator is manufactured, it shall be inspected for the following inspection items: a.
Inspect the material report of the main pressure-bearing components; check the processing quality of the separator;
Inspect the appearance quality;
Inspect the non-destructive testing report;
Pressure resistance and airtightness test;
Check the contents of the label;
Check the completeness of the product according to the factory documents. 8 Marking, packaging and transportation
8.1 Marking
8.1.1 Label

The separator shall be fixed with a label on a clear and flat position. The label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The contents marked on the label may refer to the provisions of JB/T6917.
8.1.2 Factory documents
The factory documents of the separator can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. 8.2 Packaging and transportation
8.2.1 All pipes of the separator should be coated with anti-rust agent and properly sealed. The assembly flange should be fastened with bolts. The flange sealing surface should be coated with anti-rust grease and sealed with a blind plate.
8.2.2 The painting, packaging and transportation of the separator can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. Additional notes:
