1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
JB/T 7854-95
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of air cushion belt conveyors (hereinafter referred to as air cushion machines). This standard applies to fixed conveyors that use air cushions to support conveyor belts and convey bulk materials such as blocks, granules and powders or evenly bagged and pieced items. The air cushion machine consists of a conveyor belt, a driving device, rollers, a support, an air chamber, an air source, a frame and ancillary devices, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. Air cushion machine types are divided into air cushion type (only the upper branch conveyor belt is supported by air cushion) and full air cushion type (both the upper and lower branch conveyor belts are supported by air cushion). 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The air cushion machine shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. Length

4.2 The blanking tolerance of steel plate and steel punching and shearing parts in the air cushion machine shall comply with the B-level regulations of JB4381, and the burrs of the punching and shearing parts shall be removed. 4.3 The steel castings in the air cushion machine shall comply with the provisions of 3.3 in GB10595, and the iron castings shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB9439. 4.4 The basic form and size of the weld groove of metal structural parts shall comply with the provisions of GB985 and GB986, and the weld shall not have defects such as burn-through, cracks, and lack of fusion.
4.5 The following parts and items shall comply with the provisions of GB10595. Rolling shall comply with the provisions of 3.8 of GB10595. 4.5.1
4.5.2 Bracketing shall comply with the provisions of 3.9 of GB10595. 4.5.3 Rust removal and coating shall comply with the provisions of 3.12 of GB10595. 4.5.4
Installation and assembly shall comply with the provisions of 3.13 of GB10595. The performance of the whole machine shall comply with the provisions of 3.14 of GB10595. 4.6 Driving device
4.6.1 The reducer for air cushion machine shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ19026, the ring column gear reducer shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ19004, the shaft mounted reducer shall comply with the provisions of JB/T.7337. Other types of reducers shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ19009, and the electric roller shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7330.
4.6.2 The brake wheel and elastic coupling shall comply with the provisions of GB10595 after installation, 3

4.6.3 The assembly of block brake shall comply with the provisions of JB6406.2. 4.6.4 The backstop shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ81007. After assembly, the motor shall rotate flexibly. When the motor reverses, the backstop effect shall be reliable. 4.6.5 The hydraulic coupling shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ19007. After assembly, the axial distance between the shoulder end face of the motor shaft extension and the outer cylindrical end face of the coupler active coupling shall be 24mm. The motor shaft and the working machine input shaft shall be coaxial. The radial displacement of the two shaft axes shall not exceed 0.3mm, and the angle shall not exceed 0°30°. 4.6.6 When belt transmission is used, the parallelism of the motor shaft and the working machine input shaft in any direction shall be level 9 in GB1184. 4.7 Air chamber
4.7.1 In addition to meeting the requirements of 4.4, the welded key on the air chamber surface shall be uniform, straight and smooth, and grinding treatment is allowed. 4.7.2 The surface of each air chamber disc should be regular and even, without local protrusions or obvious folds; the linearity of the envelope line at any cross section of the disc should be 3mm; the end face of the air chamber flange should be flat and perpendicular to the center generatrix of the disc groove, and its verticality and parallelism should be level 10 in GB1184; the straightness of the center generatrix of the air chamber disc groove is 1/1000, and the straightness of the center generatrix of any one meter of the air chamber disc after the whole machine is installed is 1/1000; the total length of the air chamber diagonal line should not exceed 3mm + disc groove air holes should be smooth, and no burrs are allowed. 4.7.3 The height difference of the disc groove at the air chamber connection should not exceed 0.5mm, the straightness of the center line of the disc within the full length of the air chamber shall comply with the provisions of Table 3, and the straightness within any 25m range shall be guaranteed to be 3mm, Table 3

4.7.4 After the air chamber is connected, except for the disc groove air hole, the rest of the parts shall not leak. >300~500
4.8 The air cushion shall be uniform and stable within the full length of the air chamber, and the minimum thickness of the air cushion shall be greater than the sum of the allowable surface wheel wrist of the conveyor belt and the disc groove surface. The maximum thickness shall not cause the material to become unstable during operation or cause the conveyor belt to leave the disc groove. 4.9 The blower for the air source shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13275. When the blower noise is greater than 75dB, a silencer shall be installed. 4.10 Arrangement of the whole machine
It is allowed that no transition supports are set in the concave arc section of the conveyor line, and one or more transition supports should be set in the convex arc section. 4.10.1
If transition supports are set at both ends of the air chamber, the lower surface of the conveyor belt should be higher than the arc surface of the disc groove by more than 2mm. 4.10.2
If buffer supports are set at the loading point, the spacing is 0.3~0.5m, and the spacing can be increased or shortened according to actual needs. 4.10.3
5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Test methods
5.1.1 The following test items shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.1 of GB10595. 5.1.1.1 Test of dynamic rotation resistance of rollers. 5.1.1.2 Test of dustproof and waterproof performance of rollers. 5.1.1.3 Test of axial load of rollers. 5.1.1.4 Determination of axial displacement of support roller. 5.1.1.5 Drop test of support roller, determination of solid runout of outer circle of brake wheel, roller, support roller, etc. Static balance test of roller. Determination of noise of whole machine. 5.1.1.9 Flaw detection method of roller. Inspection of paint film adhesion. 5.1.1.10 Visual inspection of weld surface quality. 5.1.3 Blower noise shall be tested according to the method specified in GB2888. 5.1.4 The air chamber sealing test of the whole machine shall be carried out in the following way: 4

5.1.4.1 The single air chamber weld leakage test shall be carried out before processing the air hole. The two ends of the air chamber shall be sealed and 0.05MPa of air pressure shall be applied. Then soap film shall be applied along the weld and the leakage shall be visually observed
5.1.4.2 The air chamber connection leakage test shall be carried out after on-site installation and before trial operation. Soap film shall be applied at each connection. Then the blower shall deliver air at a fixed air pressure and the leakage shall be measured daily.
5.2 Inspection rules
All parts and items to be inspected shall be inspected and qualified before leaving the factory. Purchased parts shall have a certificate of conformity. 5.2.11
Factory inspection items (except routine inspection items): round runout inspection of brake wheels, rollers, support rollers, etc.; static balance inspection of rollers;
weld flaw detection inspection;
support roller axial displacement inspection;
paint film adhesion and thickness inspection;
noise inspection of blowers and reducers.
Type tests should be conducted in any of the following situations: trial production of new products (including complete machines and components); trial production of products in factory transfers;
when there are major changes in the structure, materials, and processes of the product, which may affect the product performance; when production is resumed after suspension for more than three years.

6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The air cushion machine should have a product label fixed on a conspicuous position on the head frame, and its contents include: product name, model, main technical parameters, manufacturing date (number) or production batch number, quality grade, logo, manufacturer name, and the specifications, shape and size of the label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 6.2 The packaging of the air cushion machine shall refer to the provisions of JB2647, and the packaging storage and transportation labels shall comply with the provisions of GB191. 6.3 The transportation of the air cushion machine shall comply with the provisions of water and land. 6.4 Rainproof measures should be taken during the storage period, and anti-rust measures should also be taken when stored for a long time. 7 Factory documents and warranty period
7.1 The product must be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. When leaving the factory, it should be accompanied by a product certificate, product instruction manual and packing list.
7.2 Random documents should be rainproof and should be placed in the first box of the machine. 7.3 Provided that the user complies with the rules for the storage, transportation, installation and use of conveyors, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the products free of charge for the user if the products are damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing quality within 18 months of the date of shipment by the manufacturer.
