According to GB5320.
4 General Requirements
4.1 The set shall comply with the provisions of this standard and GB12786. 4.2 When there are special requirements for the unit, they should be supplemented in its product technical conditions. 5 Automation classification
5.1 The automation level of the unit shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1
Automation level
Automation level characteristics
Automation level automatic control, protection and display of major items Level 1 characteristics, as well as automatic control of standby operation status, etc. Level 2 characteristics, as well as automatic control of parallel operation of two or more units of the same model, parallel operation of units of different capacities and technical diagnosis, etc.
5.2 Automation level characteristics content
5.2.11 level automation
According to manual control instructions or remote control b. Automatically accept the load according to the load instruction,
GB/F4712--1996
c. Automatically stop according to the automatic control instruction or remote control instruction. d. Automatically adjust the frequency and voltage to ensure that the accuracy of frequency and voltage regulation meets the requirements of product technical conditions. Automatically charge the battery and (or) automatically charge the compressed air bottle. e.
f. Protective devices for overload, short circuit, overspeed (or overburning rate), high cooling water temperature, low oil pressure, etc. Protective devices for overvoltage, long-term voltage, voltage loss, underspeed (or underfrequency), high oil temperature, low starting air pressure, low fuel tank oil level, high generator winding temperature, etc. are selected as needed. Share. There is an audible and visual signal system indicating normal operation or abnormal operation. 5.2.2 Level 2 Automation
1. All contents specified in 5.2.1.
b. Automatically maintain the ready-to-run state of the unit, that is, the oil pressure, oil overflow and cooling water temperature during emergency start and rapid loading of the diesel engine all reach the specified values of the product technical conditions. c. When the unit fails to start automatically, the program start system automatically transmits the start command to a standby unit. 5.2.3 Level 3 Automation
a. All contents specified in 5.2.2.
b. Automatic replenishment of fuel, oil and cooling water. c. Automatic parallel connection and disconnection of two units of the same model and automatic and smooth transfer of active power and reactive power of the load according to automatic control instructions or remote control instructions.
5.2.4 Level 4 automation
. All contents specified in 5.2.3.
h. Automatic parallel connection and disconnection of no less than 3 units of the same model and automatic and smooth transfer of active power and reactive power of the load according to automatic control instructions or remote control instructions.
c. Automatic parallel connection and disconnection between two units of different capacities (power ratio not greater than 31) and between two units of different capacities and the power grid according to automatic control instructions or remote control instructions. Automatic and smooth transfer of active power and reactive power of the load. d. Centralized automatic control. The unified control center can realize automatic control of the working status of multiple automated units. e. Automatic technical diagnosis of speed regulating devices and voltage regulating devices. That is, the technical status of the speed regulating device and the voltage regulating device can be determined by a certain automatic device.
