National Standard of the People's Republic of China Cultivation of laminaria summer seedlings Cultivation of laminaria summer seedlings1 Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, inspection methods and inspection rules of kelp summer seedlings. This standard applies to the production and sale of kelp summer seedlings. 2 Terminology 2.1 Summer seedlings GB/T 15807—1995 Kelp seedlings cultivated under artificially controlled conditions by collecting spores from mature kelp spores in summer. 2.2 Substrate Refers to the material on which the seedlings adhere and grow and develop. Red-brown rope, vinylon rope and bamboo chopsticks are commonly used substrates. 2.3 Seedling curtain It is woven from seedling ropes (such as red-brown ropes, vinylon ropes) or bamboo chopsticks, which is a form of substrate and is the basic unit for producing kelp summer seedlings. 2.4 Seedling body length The sum of the length of the petiole and the length of the leaf blade. 2.5 Seedlings for sale Seedling production units produce and sell seedlings for sale in accordance with certain specifications. 2.6 Commercial seedlings Seedlings actually used by kelp cultivation units among the seedlings for sale. Due to historical habits, commercial seedlings are usually used as the basis for pricing. 2.7 Density The average number of qualified seedlings per unit length of seedling ropes and other substrates, in units of plants/cm. 2.8 Seedling loss rate When selling seedlings for sale, the number of seedlings that have fallen off on the seedling ropes and other substrates that have been tested accounts for the percentage of the total number of seedlings. 2.9 Missing seedling rate When selling seedlings for sale, the length of seedling ropes without seedlings accounts for the percentage of the total length of seedling ropes and other substrates that have been tested. 3 Classification and technical requirements 3.1 The classification and technical requirements of seedlings in Liaoning, Shandong and Jiangsu should meet the requirements of Table 1. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on December 8, 1995 424 Implementation on July 1, 1996 Substrate category Red palm rope Seedling curtain category First-class seedling curtainbzxZ.net Second-class seedling curtain Third-class seedling curtain GB/T15807--1995 Seedling density at the site Plant/cm Body length ≥1.5cm2 Body length ≥0.2cm ≥100 3.2 The classification and technical requirements of seedlings in Zhejiang and Fujian should meet the requirements of Table 2. Table 2 Seedling density at site Substrate type vinylon rope Seedling curtain category Class I seedling curtain, piece Class II seedling curtain, piece Class III seedling curtain, piece Class I seedlings, piece Class II seedling curtain, piece Class III seedling curtain, piece 3.3 Sensory requirements 3.3.1 Seedling curtain Plant/cm Body length ≥0.5cm Flat, firm, the length of the seedling rope and other substrates is consistent. 3.3.2 Seedlings Body length ≥0.1cm ≥150 ≥100 ≥100 Normal external morphology, smooth and stretched leaves, brown and shiny. 4 Inspection method 4.1 Instruments Meter ruler (accuracy 1mm), scissors, counter, culture III, pond porcelain plate. 4.2 Sensory index inspection Debridement rate Debridement rate For the same batch of seedlings, randomly sample more than five seedling curtains and inspect directly by visual inspection. 4.3 Body length Missing seedling rate Missing seedling rate Commercial seedling density Plant/cm Commercial seedling density Plant/cm From the seedlings on the market, randomly select 3 seedling curtains, randomly cut 2cm seedling ropes and other substrates from the three seedling curtains, remove the seedlings, and measure the body length. 4.4 Seedling density on the market Based on the body length measurement in 4.3, count the two body length groups and calculate the number of seedlings per unit length of seedling ropes and other substrates (cm). 4.5 Commercial seedling density From the purchased seedling curtains, randomly select three seedling curtains, then randomly cut 2cm seedling ropes and other substrates from each seedling curtain, remove the seedlings, select the commercial seedlings and count them, and then calculate the number of seedlings per unit length based on the cut substrate length. 4.6 Seedling shedding rate GB/T15807—1995 From the seedlings that are put on the market, randomly select three seedling curtains, cut 20cm seedling ropes and other substrates from each seedling curtain, brush them back and forth four times in water with a wool brush, count the fallen seedlings and all the sampled seedlings, and calculate the seedling shedding rate. 4.7, Seedling missing rate From the seedlings that are put on the market, randomly select three seedling curtains, measure the length of seedling ropes and other substrates without seedlings and the total length of seedling ropes and other substrates, and calculate the seedling missing rate. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Kelp summer seedlings must be inspected before they are sold. The inspection items for seedlings that are put on the market include sensory requirements, body length, density, seedling shedding rate, and seedling missing rate. 5.2 Batch rules The seedlings sold in one delivery are considered a batch. 5.3 The types of seedling curtains are determined according to the minimum standards in Tables 1 and 2. If any of the four indicators of body length, density, seedling loss rate and seedling shortage rate fail to meet the standard, the product will be downgraded. If the product fails to meet the third-class seedling curtain, it will be regarded as a substandard product. Additional remarks: This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China. This standard was drafted by the Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences.
