Some standard content:

QB/T 2201--1996
This standard is a revision of QB366-1981 "Steel Paper Tube" based on GB/T1.1--1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Drafting and Expression Rules of Standards Part 1: Basic Regulations for Standard Writing". In order to make the steel paper tube meet the use of high and low voltage fuses and lightning arresters and other line bushings of power supply devices, the following revisions have been made on the basis of the original standard: This standard adopts the former Soviet Union's rOCT11945-1978 "Technical Conditions for Steel Paper Tubes" in a non-equivalent manner. - According to GB/T1.1-1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Drafting and Expression Rules of Standards Part 1: Basic Regulations for Standard Writing", a reference standard is added to this standard. The technical indicators adopt legal measurement units.
- According to the needs of users, the inner and outer diameters and tolerances of steel paper tubes have been redefined. The inspection sampling rules are carried out in accordance with GB/T2828-1987 "Batch-by-Batch Inspection Counting Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to Continuous Batch Inspection)".
This standard is proposed by the Food Papermaking Department of the China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Papermaking Standardization Center. The drafting unit of this standard: Mudanjiang Steel Paper Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard: Shi Fuqing and Sun Xiaojun. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Light Industry Department Standard QB366--1981 "Steel Paper Tube" will be invalid. 403

4.2 The length of the steel paper tube is: 620mm, 300mm, or as specified in the order contract, the deviation is not allowed to exceed ±10mm. 4.3 The bending degree of the steel paper tube is based on the length of 250mm and the inner diameter of 25mm The inner diameter of the steel paper tube should be 1.5mm if it is larger than 25mm, and 1.0mm if it is less than 25mm.
4.4 The steel paper tube should have mechanical processing performance. Drilling, cutting, threading, and sawing will not cause cracks, delamination, peeling, etc. The sample should be moisture balanced before processing. The steel paper tube should be placed in standard air with a relative humidity of (50±2)% and a temperature of (23±1)℃ to adjust the moisture content of the steel paper tube to a range of 6%~8%. The processing time is as follows: wall thickness of 3mm or less is not less than 48h; wall thickness of 3.5mm~~6 .0mm for not less than 72h; for wall thickness 7.0mm~10mm for not less than 96h. 4.5 The surface of the steel paper tube should be clean and smooth, without defects such as delamination, blistering, indentation and longitudinal wrinkles. 4.6 Slight wrinkles are allowed on the inner wall surface of the steel paper tube. 4.7 The two ends of the steel paper tube should be cut evenly, without piles and burrs. 4.8 The inner and outer diameters of the steel paper tube should comply with the provisions of Table 2 or according to the provisions of the order contract. 5.1 Tightness test
QB/T 2201-1996
Take at least 3 samples at a distance of not less than 50mm from the edge. The sample size is determined according to the mass, generally about 20g. Accurately weigh the mass and use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.2mm to accurately measure the inner diameter, outer diameter and height of the sample, and calculate its volume. The calculation results are as follows: Tightness -
Mass (g)
Volume (cm2)
5.2 Determination of axial cross-section tensile strength
5.2.1 Sample
(1)
Take the steel paper tube for testing, remove 50mm from the end, and cut a length of (250±2)mm. Process it according to the provisions of Article 4.4 of this standard. Before the test, accurately measure the inner diameter and outer diameter of the sample to an accuracy of 0.05mm for the purpose of measuring the tensile strength. 5.2.2 Test steps
Insert a 50mm long metal bar at both ends of the sample, and the outer diameter of the metal bar is equal to the inner diameter of the sample. Place the sample between the clamps of the tensile machine. After clamping, press the wrench to make the lower clamp move smoothly and evenly, and apply tension at a speed of (50±2)mm/min until the sample breaks. Record the tensile force on the tensile machine, and express the test result as the arithmetic mean of three tests. 5.2.3 Calculation method

5.3 Determination of axial withstand voltage
Test according to GB/T1408.
5.4 Withstand voltage of vertical wall layer
Tested in accordance with GB/T1408.
5.5 Determination of water absorption
(2)
Tested in accordance with GB/T461.3, and supplemented as follows. Take the steel paper tube for testing, remove 50mm of the end, cut off three samples with a length of (20±2)mm, immerse them in water with a temperature of (20±2)℃ for 24h, wipe off the water on the surface quickly after taking them out, weigh them and calculate the water absorption. 5.6 Determination of zinc chloride content
Cut the steel paper tube sample into small pieces of 2mmX2mm and weigh 2.5g two portions. One portion is placed in an oven at 100~105℃ and dried to constant weight. The other portion is placed in a 250mL conical flask, and about 150mL of distilled water is added, and then 2~4mL of 3% hydrogen peroxide solution is added, and it is boiled on an electric stove for 15 minutes. The extract is poured into a 250mL volumetric flask, and 150mL of distilled water is added to continue boiling for 15 minutes. The extract is combined in a 250mL volumetric flask, cooled to 20℃, and then diluted to the mark with distilled water. Then 50mL is taken with a pipette, transferred to a 150mL conical flask, 0.4mL of 5% potassium chromate indicator is added, and 0.01mol/L silver nitrate is dripped until it turns orange red.
