1 Scope
Injection pump repairman
Substandard specifies the professional terms and definitions, basic occupational requirements and work requirements of injection system repairman. This standard is applicable to the occupational skills appraisal of injection pump repair personnel. 2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 2.1
Injection pump repairman
NY/T 1543-2007
A person who uses tools, tools and special repair equipment to repair and adjust the diesel engine high-pressure injection pump and injector assembly to meet the specified technical performance requirements.
3 Occupational Overview
3.1 Occupational Level
This occupation has four levels, namely primary (national occupational qualification level 5), intermediate (national occupational qualification level 4), senior (national occupational qualification level 3), and technician (national occupational qualification level 2). 3.2 Occupational environment conditions
Indoor, normal temperature, noise.
3.3 Occupational ability characteristics
Have observation, judgment and reasoning abilities, good vision, hearing and movement coordination 3.4 Basic education level
Graduate from junior high school.
3.5 Training requirements
3.5.1 Training period
The education and training period of full-time vocational schools shall be determined according to their training standards and teaching plans. Promotion training period: 360 standard hours for junior juniors; not less than 300 standard hours for intermediates: not less than 200 standard hours for seniors; not less than 120 standard hours for technicians. 3.5.2 Training teachers
Have professional knowledge of fuel injection pump repair, practical operation skills and teaching experience, and have corresponding professional qualifications or professional and technical job qualifications.
The training teachers of junior personnel shall have professional qualifications above senior level of this occupation or professional and technical job qualifications of junior and above related majors.
: 2) Trainers for intermediate and senior personnel: should have professional qualification of technician or above in this profession or professional and technical qualification of intermediate and above in related professions:

3.6 Appraisal requirements
3.6.1 Applicable objects
Persons engaged in (or preparing to engage in) this profession. 3.6.2 Application conditions
Level (meet one of the following conditions)
1) Have completed the required hours of formal training for this occupation and obtained a graduation certificate. 2) Have worked in the industry for more than 2 years.
Intermediate (meet one of the following conditions)
1) After obtaining the junior professional qualification certificate for woodworking: Continue to work in this occupation for more than 1 year: After completing the required hours of formal training for the intermediate level of this occupation and obtained a graduation certificate; 2) After obtaining the junior professional qualification certificate for this occupation, continue to work in this occupation for more than 3 years; 3) Have been engaged in woodworking for more than 4 years, and completed the required hours of formal training for the intermediate level of this occupation and obtained a graduation certificate.
Have been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years.
Obtain a graduation certificate for this major from a secondary or higher vocational school with intermediate skills as the training target, which has been reviewed and approved by the competent department.
Senior (meet one of the following conditions)
1) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years: received the required number of hours of senior formal training in this occupation, and obtained a graduation certificate. 2) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years. 3) After obtaining the advanced formal training of this occupation for more than 9 years, and obtained a graduation certificate.

Technician (meet one of the following conditions)
1) After obtaining a senior professional qualification certificate for this profession, continuously engage in this occupation for more than 1 year, complete the required number of hours of formal training for technicians in this profession, and obtain a graduation certificate. After obtaining a senior professional qualification certificate for this profession, continuously work in this occupation for more than 6 years. 2
Graduates of this major from senior technical schools or higher vocational schools, graduates of this major or related majors above the junior college level, after obtaining a senior professional qualification certificate for this profession, continuously engage in this occupation for more than 2 years. 3
3.6.3 Identification method
The identification of this profession is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge test and skill operation assessment. The theoretical knowledge test adopts a closed-book written test, and the skill operation assessment adopts on-site actual operation. The scores of both tests (assessments) are based on a 100-point system, and a pass score of 60 points is required for all items. A comprehensive review is also required for technician qualification.
3.6.4 Ratio of examiners to candidates
The ratio of examiners to candidates for the theoretical knowledge test is 1:20, but there are no less than 2 examiners in each examination room; the ratio of examiners to candidates for the skill operation assessment is 1:5, but there are at least 3 examiners in each examination room: there are no less than 3 comprehensive review committee members. 3.6.5 Identification time
The theoretical knowledge test is 120 minutes; the skill operation assessment is determined according to the requirements of the test questions, but it should be no less than 90 minutes. 2

3.6.6 Appraisal site and equipment
Theoretical knowledge examination is conducted in a standard classroom; skill operation assessment is conducted in a place with a fuel injection system test bench, workbench, measuring tools, tools and professional disassembly and assembly tools.
