In the process of building a standard system for tourism enterprises, the basic requirement of "full participation" should be implemented. All relevant departments and personnel involved in the standard system should participate in the construction work. Their relevant opinions should be reflected in the relevant contents of the standard system to ensure the scientific applicability and implementation of the standard system.
6.2 Steps for building a standard system
6.2.1 Organizational preparation
LB/T023-2013
Establish a standard system rope work organization, equip special personnel, designate standardization personnel in each department, clarify responsibilities and tasks, and formulate a work plan
6.2.2 Improvement and compilation of standards
6.2.2.1 Sorting out and improving existing standards
Sorting out the normative documents such as service specifications, management formulation and job responsibilities of tourism enterprises, abolishing inapplicable documents, and revising and improving those that need to be revised. 6.2.2.2 Process sorting
Sorting out the whole process of operation, management and service of tourism enterprises, finding out the links that should be regulated by standards but lack standards, and compiling new standards according to the actual needs of work6.2.3 Formulating the system diagram of standard system
Formulating the system diagram of enterprise standard system according to the enterprise organizational structure, work content and service items6.2.4 Compiling standard detailed list
Rationally classifying the standards revised and compiled in 6.2.2 according to the system diagram of standard system, and forming a detailed list of standards6.2.5 Completing the standard system
Soliciting opinions on the first draft of the standard system from all employees within the enterprise, and organizing the heads of various departments to discuss and modify, and completing the draft of the standard system for approval. The standard subsystem code can be represented by the combination of the pinyin initials of the subsystem keywords. For example, the basic standard system can be JC, the management standard system can be GL, the service standard system can be FW, and the job standard system can be GW. 13.5 Standard classification number
The standard classification number is the number of the standard classification under the standard subsystem, which is represented by a digit. The first digit indicates the standard subsystem to which it belongs, and the last two digits indicate the classification under the standard subsystem. For example, the standardization guideline number under the basic standard system can be represented by 101. The first digit 1 indicates the basic standard system. The last two digits 01 indicate the standardization guideline under the basic standard system: the financial management standard under the management standard system can be represented by 203. The first digit 2 indicates the management standard system. The last two digits 03 indicate the financial management standard under the management standard system. The standard sequence number corresponds to the specific standard and is separated from the standard classification number by \\. Tourism enterprises can choose a two-digit or three-digit sequence number according to their own needs.
13.7 Standard Approval Year
The standard approval year consists of four digits, separated from the standard serial number by a hyphen. 13.8
3 Superior Standards
National standards, industry standards and local standards incorporated into the tourism enterprise standard system should also be numbered according to the enterprise standard numbering principle, and their national standards, industry standards and local standard numbers should be indicated in the column of the superior standard number of the standard list. 14
