Compared with QB/T1437-1992, this standard has the following major changes: - Added glue nails in product classification (4.1 of this standard); - After revision, there is no more classification, and the index values basically follow the original first-class product requirements (Table 3); QB/T1437-2005 - The paper types "offset paper, book cover paper, coated paper, glossy paper, letterpress paper, writing paper" are deleted, the paper weight of the cover is revised to "≥70g/m2", and the paper weight of the inner core is revised to "single-sided ≥35g/m, double-sided ≥50g/m2" (Table 2); the page number index is revised to "no missing pages", and "excluding cover" is added (Table 3 No. 5); - The line break index is revised to "line break distance 10mm~20mm, no more than 2 pages per book" (Table 3 No. 6); the skew index is revised to "±2mm" (Table 3 No. 7); - The whiteness index is deleted (Table 3 No. 8 of the original standard); the overprint deviation index is added (Table 3 No. 9 of this standard). This standard was proposed by China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of National Stationery and Sports Goods Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Lixin Accounting Book Paper Products Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Lu Guoxiang and Li Hugang. This standard was first issued in February 1992, and this is the first revision. From the date of implementation, this standard replaces the light industry standard QB/T1437-1992 "Schoolbook" issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry. 1 Scope Schoolbook QB/T1437-2005 This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of schoolbooks. This standard applies to schoolbooks of various specifications. 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. For any dated referenced document, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, parties reaching an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For any undated referenced document, the latest version shall apply to this standard. QB/T 1437--2005 6.9 Skew Put the foot of one book on the top of another book, align it with the back of the book, and measure it with a steel ruler with a graduation value of 1mm. 6.10 Gluing degree of inner core paper Measured according to GB/T460-2002. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Products can only leave the factory after passing the inspection. 7.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.3 This inspection adopts the piece-count method, and the sample unit is: piece. 7.4 Delivery inspection 7.4.1 Carry out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828.1-2003, adopt the normal inspection single sampling plan, and the inspection level is S-4. 7.4.2 See Table 4 for the classification of non-conforming products, inspection items, and acceptance quality limit AQL. Table 4 Classification of non-conforming products 7.5 Type inspection Printing and marking Test method Carry out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2829-2002, and adopt the single sampling plan of discrimination level I. Samples for type inspection should be randomly selected from the batches that pass the factory inspection. Type inspection is carried out every six months, and type inspection should also be carried out in the following circumstances: when the design, structure, key process and main raw materials are changed: when production is resumed after three months of suspension; when the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection. The items, requirements, test methods and RQL of type inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 5. AQL QB/T1437—2005 Classification of nonconforming products Basic paper quantity Gluing degree Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage 8.1 Marking 8.1.1 Product marking 5.3 (10) Test method The product should have the product name, manufacturer name, trademark, address, specifications, page number, adopted standard number and other markings. 8.1.2 Packaging marking The marking on the outer packaging box should comply with the provisions of GB/T191-2000. 8.2 Packaging 8.2.1 The small packaging of the product should be wrapped with wrapping paper, and a product certificate should be placed inside. 8.2.2 The outer packaging box should indicate the product number, weight, quantity, manufacturer name, and date of manufacture. 8.2.3 The outer packaging of the product shall be in corrugated paper boxes, which shall be firmly packed. If there are special needs, the supply and demand parties shall agree in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T6543-1986. 8.3 Transportation During transportation, the product shall be kept clean and dry, loaded and unloaded with care, and strictly prohibited from being exposed to the sun and rain. 8.4 The storage warehouse of the purchased product shall be kept dry, ventilated, fireproof and moisture-proof.
