This standard is equivalent to the international standard [S06141-1979] Standard gas mixtures for gas analysis -- Certificate of mixture preparation.
1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies all the contents required to be filled in the certificate for the preparation of gas mixtures packaged in cylinders for calibration purposes. These contents should be filled in by the gas mixture manufacturer.
The standard gas mixture manufacturer should fill in two copies of the form specified in this standard. a. One is in the form of a certificate, which is issued at the same time as the delivery note of the corresponding gas cylinder. b. The other is in the form of a label attached or fixed to the gas cylinder. 2 Provisions for the certificate of standard gas mixtures
The certificate of standard gas mixtures shall include the following items:. Method of preparing the mixture;
b. Accuracy, expressed as a relative value of the accuracy of the preparation of the mixture (its value is obtained by error calculation, and all sources of error in the preparation method used shall be considered in the calculation);
Concentration, with symbol:
Parameters used in the accuracy calculation:
Initial pressure of the mixture:
Minimum use pressure;
Minimum storage temperature:
Storable period of the mixture: Preparation date and limited warranty period Whether there are toxic components.
In addition, it shall be indicated whether the mixture will form a flammable or explosive atmosphere in the air. Example of certificate of gas mixture preparation
The following mixture filling form is a label format, and other label formats may also be used as long as it includes all the contents specified in Chapter 2.

2) This item is filled in when a request is made. Fill in the different impurities and their concentrations that exist in the mixture and may cause trouble to the user. 3) When the mixture consists of two components with approximately equal contents (for example, 19% and 51%), these two components should be filled in the "Components for Calibration" column instead of the "Supplementary Components" column.

Explanation of Preparation Certificate of Standard Mixture for Gas Analysis (reference)
Standard mixed gas for gas analysis is a standard substance (standard sample) that has the concentration of each component determined by an accurate and reliable method and has been reviewed and confirmed by relevant national institutions and approved for production. The preparation certificate is the main technical document for standard mixed gas, and is the quality assurance and technical basis provided by the preparation manufacturer to the user.
A1 Subject content and scope of application
Standard mixed gas packaged in steel cylinders, used to calibrate analytical instruments, evaluate measurement methods, and determine the concentration of components in gases under the application of this standard,
A1.1 Preparation certificate
The preparation certificate shall include all the contents specified in Chapter 2, have a certificate number, and be issued at the same time as the corresponding gas cylinder delivery note. A1.2 Label
The label is a mark tied or fixed on the gas cylinder. The format is not limited, but it shall include all the contents of the preparation certificate except the certificate number. A2 Provisions for Standard Mixed Gases
A2.7 Accuracy
Accuracy is expressed as a relative percentage error, which includes the relative errors that may be introduced in each link of the preparation process of the standard mixed gas. Different preparation methods (or standard gas grades) have different relative errors. A2.2 Initial pressure of the mixture
refers to the final pressure in the cylinder after the standard mixed gas is filled. The filling pressure varies with the components of the mixed gas. A2.3 Minimum use pressure
refers to the residual pressure retained in the cylinder when the standard mixed gas can no longer be used. A2.4 Minimum storage temperature
refers to the minimum ambient temperature for storing standard mixed gas to avoid condensation or liquefaction of some components at low temperatures, causing changes in component concentration.
A2.5 Limited warranty period
refers to the period (i.e. validity period) during which the change in component concentration does not exceed the allowable relative error range. A3 Example of mixed gas preparation certificate
A3.1 The example given in this standard is a form of label. The preparation certificate shall include all the contents of the label and be filled in in detail, with the certificate number and manufacturer's address attached.
A3.2 Make-up gas
refers to the base gas or diluent gas, that is, the main component gas other than the calibration component. Generally, there is only one base gas. For example, the chlorine standard mixed gas uses argon as the base gas (make-up gas) to add the calibration components (such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, etc.). A3.3 Special guarantee
Fill in when there are impurities in the standard mixed gas that may interfere with the user's use. When using the standard mixed gas, the user should pay attention to the possible effects of interfering impurities.
A3.4 The preparation certificate shall also be accompanied by the precautions for use, the main contents of which shall include: a. Understanding the properties of the standard mixed gas used before use: 39
Precautions for storage and transportation
GB10626—89
How to use the standard mixed gas correctly, what safety measures should be taken: How to keep and store after use and what are the requirements for environmental conditions; Matters to be noted when returning empty bottles.
