If there are special requirements, they shall be in accordance with the requirements of the drawings. 4.2 Dimension tolerance 4.2.1 The connection dimensions of the flange and the tolerance of the flange thickness shall be in accordance with the provisions of HGF66. 4.2.2 Other dimensional tolerances shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB1804. The tolerance of the dimension without tolerance on the machined surface shall be in accordance with IT14, and the tolerance of the dimension without tolerance on the non-machined surface shall be in accordance with IT16. 4.2.3 The flange is generally concentric with the axis of the container or the container shell. It can also be set away from the center axis of the container according to the design requirements, but the horizontality of the sealing surface must be maintained, and the tolerance is 1/1000 of the inner diameter of the container. The axis of the bolt hole of the flange is kept perpendicular to the flange sealing surface. The sealing surface and bolt hole of the flange with lining should be processed after the flange is welded. 4.3 Welding requirements for the lining layer of the flange 4.3.1 Select the welding material according to the flange parent material and the lining layer material in accordance with the provisions of HGJ15 and JB/T.4709. 4.3.2 The weld surface shall not have defects such as cracks, pores, isolated pits and slag inclusions. 4.3.3 For flanged flanges with linings, compressed air with a pressure of 0.4~0.5MPa or ammonia with a pressure of 0.05MPa shall be passed through the exhaust hole to check the weld quality and leakage. The exhaust hole shall be in the middle of the span of two adjacent bolt holes. 4.4. Surface roughness 4.4.1 The surface roughness of the sealing surface of the flange shall be in accordance with the provisions of Figures 3.3-1 to 3.3-4. 4.4.2 The forged surface of the flange shall be smooth and shall not have defects such as forging marks and cracks. 4.4.3 The bolt bearing surface of the flange shall be machined or wedged (eyelet), and the hole size shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB152.4. The surface roughness of the bolt bearing surface shall be in accordance with the provisions of Figures 3.3-1 to 3.3-4. After the flange is processed, anti-rust oil shall be applied to the sealing surface to prevent the sealing surface from being scratched. 35 HG21564-95 5 Marking and marking examples 5.1 Marking Liner material code (see Table 4.1.1) Flange material code (see Table 4.1:1) Nominal diameter (mm) Flange type (see Table 3.1) 5.2 Marking examples Example 1: An R-type (raised face) flange with a nominal diameter of 250 and made of 20 steel.
