This standard is applicable to involute splines with a pressure angle of 30°, a module of 0.5 to 10 mm and side fit as specified in the GB/T3478.1 standard. This dimension table is compiled according to the calculation formula in Table 3 of GB/T3478.1 and the side fit is H/h, and the basic inspection method is adopted. 2 Reference standards GB/T3478.1 Cylindrical spur involute spline module Basic profile tolerance GB1800 General tolerances and fits Standard tolerances and basic deviations 3 Dimension tables 3.1 Dimension tables of splines with 30° flat tooth root and 30° round tooth root, module 0.5 to 10 mm, tolerance grades 4, 5, 6 and 7, see Tables 1 to 28. 3.2 Limit deviations of internal spline minor diameter D and tolerances of external spline major diameter De, see Table 25 of GB/T3478.1. 3.3 Tolerances of internal spline major diameter D and external spline minor diameter D, select from the standard tolerances IT12, IT13 or IT14 of GB1800. 3.4 When the internal and external splines are machined by the generating method, the radius of the tooth root arc is variable. This standard gives the minimum curvature radius of the tooth root arc, see GB/T 3478.1 Table 26. 3.5 When the selected inspection method is not the basic method, the maximum value of the effective tooth space width, the minimum value of the actual tooth space width, the minimum value of the effective tooth thickness and the maximum value of the actual tooth thickness are calculated as follows: The maximum value of the effective tooth space width Evmx = Emax-in; the minimum value of the actual tooth space width EminEvmin+^; the minimum value of the effective tooth thickness Symin = Smin+in; the maximum value of the actual tooth thickness SmSymx-in. 3.6When the spline tooth side fit category is not H/h, the dimensions of the external spline in the dimension table shall be calculated as follows: Maximum effective tooth thickness Symax S+ esv; Minimum actual tooth thickness Where: esv - Smin = Symax -- (T+ a). For the upper deviation of the effective tooth thickness, see Table 23 of GB/T3478.1; for the total tolerance of GB/T3478.2—1995, approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on July 12, 1995, and implemented on May 1, 1996, see Tables 8 to 21 of GB/T3478.1. The upper deviation of the major and minor diameters of the external spline is shown in Table 24 of GB/T3478.1. 3.7 The value of the maximum value of the involute starting circle diameter Dremax of the external spline in this dimension table is calculated according to the formula derived from the rack-shaped tool processing principle.
