HG/T2797.4-1996 This standard is a method standard, equivalent to the American Society for Testing and Materials ASTMD1512-93 "Determination of pH Value of Carbon Black". The main technical differences between this standard and ASTMD1512-93 are: ASTMD1512-93 stipulates two methods for determining the pH value of carbon black (boiling carbon black slurry method and ultrasonic carbon black slurry method). According to the actual situation in China, this standard only stipulates the use of boiling carbon black slurry method to determine the pH value of silicon aluminum carbon black. ASTMD1512-93 requires that the reagents used should meet the requirements of the Analytical Reagents Subcommittee of the American Chemical Society. This standard stipulates that the reagents used should meet the national standard analytical purity level. Years of practice have proved that domestic reagents have reached the level of similar reagents in the world. ASTMD1512-93 requires the use of stainless steel or steel containers, while this standard stipulates that the use of flasks to boil distilled water meets the requirements. Practice has proved that the use of flasks to boil distilled water meets the requirements. Appendix A is the appendix of the standard This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China; this standard is under the jurisdiction of the Carbon Black Industry Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry; this standard is drafted by the Carbon Black Industry Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry; the main drafters of this standard are: Yu Lian, Hu Kaibi, Xue Lei 23 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Determination of pH value of silicon aluminum carbon black This standard specifies the determination method of pH value of silicon aluminum carbon black. This standard is applicable to the determination of pH value of various types of silicon aluminum carbon black. 2 Reference standard HG / T 2797. 4—1996 The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by avoiding reference in this standard. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on April 10, 1996 and implemented on January 1, 1997. HG/T 2797.4-1996 (3.2). Boil for 5-10 minutes and cover to cool. The storage time shall not exceed 30 minutes. 4.9 Standard buffer solution: pH value is 4.00; 7.00; 10.00 (see Appendix A for specific requirements) 5 Samples Follow Chapter 5 of HG/T 2796. 6 Steps 6.1 Use duplicate samples for determination. Use a high-speed grinder, mixer or grinder and grind the granular or blocky silicon aluminum carbon black into powder. 6.2 Weigh 5g of silicon aluminum carbon black (accurate to 0.1g) and transfer it to a 100 cm2 beaker. 6.3 Add 50 cm2 of boiled and cooled distilled water. 6.4 Cover the surface III on the glass beaker and boil it on an electric stove or hot plate for 15 minutes. Note that it is not allowed to boil to dryness. 6.5 Remove the beaker and place the beaker covered with blood in an environment not contaminated by chemical gases to cool to room temperature. 6.6 Calibrate the pH meter according to the instrument operating procedures with a standard buffer solution with a pH close to that of carbon black (see Appendix A). Rinse the electrode with distilled water. Wipe the electrode clean after each test. 6.7 Place the electrode in the bran suspension and gently rotate the beaker in different directions until a stable pH value is obtained. Record the pH value with an accuracy of 0.1 pH. 6.8 Rinse the electrode with distilled water and wipe it clean. When the test is completed, the electrode should be immersed in distilled water. 7 Result Expression 7.1 The pH value of the silicon-lead-carbon-black sample is expressed by the number displayed on the pH meter. 7.2 Allowable difference: The difference between two measurement results shall not exceed 0.5 pH, 8 Test report 8.1 The test report should include the following items: 8.1.1 The standard number on which this test is based; 8.1.2 The type and mark of the sample; 8.1.3 The average of the two test results, reported accurately to 0.1pH;&1.4 Abnormal phenomena occurring during the test; &1.5 Instructions for use of operating steps not specified in this standard: 3) ASTMD1512 does not specify the boiling time of distilled water. 26 Appendix A (standard financial records) Reagent Name Potassium Hydrogen Phosphate KHC,HO Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate KH,PO Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate Na,HPO Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate KH,PO Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate Na,HPO Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate NaHCO Sodium Carbonate Na,CO, Standard Buffer Solution Table A1 Standard Buffer Solution Solubility Reagent treatment 110°C Drying for 1h 270°C Ignition for h Table A2 pH value and temperature correspondence table of standard buffer solutions Temperature,bzxZ.net 10.12z/L Potassium oxyphthalate 3.388g/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate + 3.533g/L Disodium hydrogen phosphate 1.179g/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate + 4.302z/L Disodium hydrogen phosphate 2. 092 name/L Sodium bicarbonate + 2.640/E Sodium carbonate Distilled water Quality requirements Must remove Excess dissolved Carbon dioxide Boil for 15 min 10.317 10. 17910.052 110.0127. 400 Raticide grade Analytical grade Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
