This standard is a revision of JB/T51226.1~51226.394 "Product Quality Classification of Chicken Nipple and Cup Drinkers". Compared with JB/T51226.1~51226.394, this standard has some changes in the following technical contents: 1. 3.1 Classification

4 Test methods
4.1 Basic requirements

4.1.1 From the time the sample is taken to the end of the work, the sample or parts shall not be replaced. 4.1.2 During the test, if any abnormal situation occurs, the cause shall be found out in time and necessary measures shall be taken. 4.1.3 Before the test, the manufacturer shall provide necessary product drawings and technical documents. 4.2 Test conditions
4.2.1 The instruments, equipment, gauges and measuring tools used in the test must be within the validity period of the verification, and must be checked and calibrated before the test. 4.2.2 Nipple-type drinking fountains shall be tested under three water pressures of 2, 3 and 4 kPa, and 4.2.3 Cup-type drinking fountains shall be tested under two water pressures of 30 and 70 kPa. 4.3 Test items
4.3.1 Surface quality test of cup (valve) body. 4.3.2 Flexibility test of valve stem.
4.3.3 Fixation and flexibility test of cup tongue.
4.3.4 Performance test.
4.4 Test method
4.4.1 Surface quality of cup (valve) body
Visually inspect the appearance, then fill the cup with water and place it on a flat surface to check for leakage. 4.4.2 Flexibility of valve stem and cup tongue
Gently touch the valve stem or cup tongue with your hand, and it should meet the requirements of 4.3. 4.4.3 Performance items
Perform according to the provisions of 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 5.1.4 in JB/T7720-1995 and 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5 in JB/7718-1995. 4.4.4 Water leakage rate
Randomly select 100 samples from the sample library and measure the sealing performance. Those that fail to meet the requirements in Table 1 are considered to be leaking. The water leakage rate is calculated according to formula (1): Water leakage rate_Number of water samples×100%
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Classification of unqualified items
Drinking fountain products should be inspected and judged according to the counting sampling inspection procedure principles specified in GB/T2828, the classification of unqualified items listed in Table 2 and the sampling inspection plan in Table 3.
5.1.2 Any item that does not meet the requirements of Chapter 3 of this standard and relevant standards, drawings and technical documents is considered unqualified. 5.1.3 Unqualified items are divided into two categories, A and B, according to their impact on the product. Category A is for items that have a significant impact on the product; Category B is for items that have a greater impact on the product.
5.2 Sampling method
5.2.1 Sampling inspection procedure According to the normal sampling plan specified in GB/T2828, the inspection level S-4 is adopted. 5.2.2 Random sampling is adopted, and random sampling is conducted from the products produced by the factory within the past year. The sampling parent quantity should be no less than 100, 8 complete machines are sampled, and 8 parts and components are sampled. Samples can be drawn from the finished product or semi-finished product warehouse, and this limit does not apply when sampling in the sales department. The samples drawn should be qualified products of the corresponding grade.
5.3 Evaluation rules

5.3.1 Products are sampled and judged according to the required grades in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. The qualified quality level AQL, qualified judgment number Ac and unqualified judgment number Re in the table are calculated by the point method (i.e. the number of unqualified items). 5.3.2 The item-by-item assessment is adopted. When the number of unqualified items in each category in the sample is less than or equal to the qualified judgment number Ac, the category is judged as qualified. The inspection should make qualified and unqualified judgments according to various sampling inspection plans. The grade that is qualified in both categories A and B is determined as the product grade. Table 2
