4.2.1 The steam supply system should have an overpressure protection device. For the self-contained steam generator type of image machine, it should have an automatic water supply system and an automatic constant pressure device. The pressure vessel should meet the requirements of GB150. 4.2.2 The steam storage tank with its own steam generator should be subjected to a water pressure test, and the test pressure should not be less than 1.25 times the working pressure. 4.2.3 At room temperature, the insulation resistance between live parts and non-live parts should be greater than 2MQ. 4.2.4 At room temperature, the live parts and non-live parts should be able to withstand 1min of electrical strength test without flashover or breakdown. 4.2.5 A grounding terminal is installed at a visible part of the machine, and there is a grounding mark. Use yellow-green two-color wire for reliable grounding, and the grounding resistance is not greater than 0.10.
4.3 The noise sound pressure level of the portrait machine is not greater than 85dB(A). 4.4 Appearance quality requirements
a) The signboard should be installed firmly and the writing should be clear; b) The coating layer should have strong adhesion and should not have defects such as flow marks, delamination, peeling, scratches and wrinkles; c) The surface of the decorative chrome plating layer should be bright, uniform in color, without spots, pinholes, bubbles and shedding, and without spots and damage; d) The oxide layer should be free of rust and spots.
4.5 Assembly requirements
4.5.1 The mechanical transmission part should move freely, and all fastening parts should be firm and reliable without looseness. 4.5.2 The steam supply pipeline and pneumatic pipeline should be well sealed. 4.6 Operation performance
4.6.1 The portrait machine should work smoothly, the steam spray and cold air blowing should work reliably and be easy to control. The simulated human model should move flexibly and have good internal expansion performance.
4.6.2 The diameter of the steam solenoid valve that controls the steam spray should ensure sufficient jet volume to meet the requirements of ironing. 4.6.3 The air volume of the blower should ensure the needs of internal expansion ironing. 4.7 Usage performance
a) The portrait machine should have a three-dimensional internal expansion function to meet the three-dimensional ironing requirements of different clothes; b) Clothes ironed by the portrait machine should be flat, crisp and free of water stains. 5 Test method
5.1 Test conditions
a) Ambient temperature (20±5)℃;

5.2 Safety performance test
5.2.1 The machine is in normal working condition. For the human-machine with steam generator, visually check the steam supply system to see if protective devices such as safety valves, pressure controllers, etc. are installed, and artificially increase the steam supply pressure to observe whether the device is in action, which should meet the requirements. 5.2.2 For human-machine with steam generator, its manufacturing certificate should be checked to meet the requirements of 4.2.2. 5.2.3 The insulation resistance test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5226 and shall meet the requirements of 4.2.3. 5.2.4 The electrical strength test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5226 and shall meet the requirements of 4.2.4. 5.2.5 The grounding resistance shall be tested with a grounding resistance tester with an accuracy value not greater than 0.01α and shall meet the requirements of 4.2.5. 5.3 Noise test
5.3.1 Test conditions

During the test, the sound level meter is placed at a height of 1m above the ground, at the geometric center line of the machine's overall dimensions and 1m away from the machine's outline. The noise values ​​at the front, back, left and right points of the machine are tested respectively, and the arithmetic average is taken as the machine noise value, which shall meet the requirements of 4.3. 5.4 Appearance quality test
Visually test the appearance of the machine, which shall meet the requirements of 4.4. 5.5 Assembly requirement test
When ironing clothes normally, visually test the working conditions of the machine, which shall meet the requirements of 4.5. 5.6 Running performance test
5.6.1 Operate the machine to spray steam and blow air respectively, and visually simulate the conditions of the human model, which shall meet the requirements of 4.6.1. 5.6.2 Use the test sample and the woolen coat after dry cleaning to perform normal three-dimensional ironing work, and observe the ironing results of the clothes, which shall meet the requirements of 4.6.2 and 4.6.3.
5.7 Performance test
5.7.1 The press is in normal working condition, and the steam supply pressure is in the range of 0.35MPa to 0.5MPa. 5.7.2 20 dry-cleaned woolen tops are used as test pieces. 5.7.3 Start the press, and continuously iron the above samples. Visually inspect the ironing status of the clothes, which should meet the requirements of 4.7. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each batch of products must be inspected and qualified by the quality management department of the manufacturer, and can only be shipped after the product qualification certificate is issued. 6.2 Inspection items and classifications are shown in Table 1.

6.2.1 See Table 1 for the factory inspection items.
6.2.2 The type inspection items are all the technical requirements. 6.2.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in the following cases. a) When new products are trial-produced or old products are transferred to other factories; b) During normal production, when there are major changes in product structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) During normal production, once a year; d) When the product is stopped for more than half a year and production is resumed. 6.2.2.2 Type inspection samples should be randomly selected from continuous production batches. For a batch of products with less than 20 units, 1 unit will be sampled; for a batch of products with more than 20 units (including 20 units), 2 units will be sampled.
6.2.2.3 During type inspection, if any safety performance index fails to meet the standards, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified. If there are any unqualified items in the remaining items, double sampling should be conducted to inspect the unqualified items; if they still fail to meet the standards, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
Each product shall have a durable nameplate and trademark, and the following contents shall be clearly marked on the nameplate:137

7.2 Packaging

7.2.1 The product shall be packed in a firm box with moisture-proof protection measures. 7.2.2 The box shall be able to ensure that the machine will not be damaged due to vibration, loading and unloading, moisture and dust intrusion under normal transportation and storage conditions.
7.2.3 Before packaging, the exposed metal surface of the machine that is not coated with anti-rust agent should be brushed. 7.2.41
The packaging can be agreed upon by both parties.
7.2.5 The product should have the following documents:

b) product instruction manual;
c) packing list.
7.2.6 Marking on the outer surface of the packaging box
7.2.6.1 The storage and transportation graphic markings should comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.2.6.2 The shipping mark should comply with the provisions of GB/T6388. 7.3 Transportation
The product should be protected from shaking and severe impact during loading, unloading and transportation. 7.4 Storage
After packaging, the product should be stored in a ventilated, dry and non-corrosive indoor environment. The product should be unpacked and anti-rusted for more than six months from the date of manufacture.
