The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Packaging element
The packer component (part) that directly isolates the space between the working string and the inner wall of the wellbore (quoted from SYT5106-1998).
Expansion pressure
The pressure at which the outer diameter of the packer expands to the specified size in a free state (without pipe) (refer to 1IG/T2702-1995) 3.3
Eccentricity
During the process of sealing the annular space between the tubing and the casing, the packer axis deviates from the casing axis due to the unevenness of the internal structure of the packer. The size of the eccentricity is expressed by the eccentricity. 3.4
protrusia
During the process of sealing the annular space, the opening of the packer is squeezed into the annular space. The size of the protrusion is expressed by the protrusion.
Residual deformation
The ratio of the increase in the outer diameter of the packer after the high temperature strength test to the original outer diameter. The size of the residual deformation is expressed by the gate fraction.

7.1 Inspection classification
SY/T5404—2002
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Product inspection is a normal temperature performance inspection of the packer, and the type inspection is a full-item inspection.
7.2 Factory inspection
7.2.1 Each batch of products must be visually inspected, and the sealing and unsealing performance tests must be carried out set by set, and the test frequency is once. 5
SY/T 5404-2002
7.2.2 Sampling:
7.2.2.1 Principle of batching and sampling method: 50 sets of products are counted as a batch per production, and less than 50 sets are counted as a batch. Two sets of products are randomly selected for inspection in each batch
7.2.2.2 Inspection content: Inspection is carried out according to the normal temperature test requirements in Table 2. 7.2.3 Judgment rules: If the product fails to meet the requirements of the standard after inspection, double inspection is carried out: If there are still indicators that do not meet the requirements, the product is judged to be unqualified. 7.3 Type inspection
7.3,1 In any of the following situations, type inspection shall be carried out: 1) When the new product is finalized;
b) When there are major changes in product structure, materials, and processes: e) When the cumulative production of products is 300:
d) When the quality control department puts forward inspection requirements 7.3.2 Batch principles and sampling methods: From the qualified products of factory inspection, every 50 sets are a batch, and those less than 50 sets are also counted as a batch. Each batch is inspected by 2 sets of random samples:
7.3.3 Judgment rules: Follow 7.2.3
8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Marking
Mark on the surface of the steel body at the upper end of the product, and note the product model, product number, manufacturer code and manufacturing date: Indicate the model, number, and production date. Mark the product name, specification model, product number, manufacturer name, factory address, production date, and implementation standard on the product packaging box
8.2 Packaging
The product is packed in wooden boxes, and the threaded parts at both ends of the product are installed with expansion wires. The packing list, instruction manual and product certificate are attached to the box
8.3 Transportation
The product is strictly prohibited from bumping during loading and unloading, and is protected from rain and sun. 8.4 Storage
The product is placed on a special shelf in the space, horizontally arranged, and the wooden strips between the layers are prohibited from being flat: ventilation and dryness, and it is strictly prohibited to contact with acid, alkali and other corrosive substances: The storage temperature of the sealing parts should be between 5 and 35 degrees.
