This regulation specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polyethylene plastic hollow boards. 3 Technical Requirements
3.1 Specifications
3.1.1 Length, width, thickness and deviation shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1

3.1.2 Plate edge

The four sides of the plate should be straight and the four corners should be right angles. The distance of the plate edge from the true right angle should not exceed 10 mm at 500 mm from the corner.

4.3 Physical and mechanical properties
4.3.1 Sample

Cut with a specified punch according to the direction and position shown in Figure 1. The right angle of the tearing force sample should avoid the rib position and have no scars, so that the tearing direction is consistent with the rib direction.

The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.4.2 of GB6980.
4.3.4 Tear force
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.4.5 of GB6980.
4.3.5 Planar compression
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.4.3 of GB6980.
4.3.6 Vertical compression force
Perform according to Article 3.4.4 of GB6980.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Factory inspection
Each batch of products shall be inspected before delivery, and the items of factory inspection shall be all the contents in the technical requirements. 5.2 Batch
Hollow boards shall be inspected in batches. Products with the same formula, the same batch of raw materials, and continuous production shall be a batch of less than 60,000 pieces. 5.3 Sampling
Random sampling method shall be adopted, and the specifications and appearance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828, see Table 6. Physical and mechanical properties inspection shall be carried out in batches, and 3 pieces shall be randomly selected from each batch for inspection. 312

5.4 Judgment rules

5.4.1 Judgment of sample unit quality

Specifications and appearance shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of 3.1 and 3.2. If all items are qualified, the sample unit is qualified. 5.4.2 Determination of delivery batch quality

Specifications and appearance shall be carried out in accordance with GB2828. The normal inspection sampling plan is adopted, the general inspection level is I, and the qualified quality level (AQL) is 6.5, see Table 6. In the physical and mechanical properties test results, if there are unqualified items, double samples should be drawn from the original batch, and the unqualified items should be re-tested. If all the re-test results are qualified, the batch of products is qualified. 5.4.3 Determination of product quality grade
Determine according to the lowest grade of all test results. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Marking
The product packaging should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity, including: product name, specification, color, quality grade, production date, and inspector's seal. The product outer packaging should indicate: product name, specification, color, quality grade, quantity, manufacturer name, factory address, production date, and trademark. 6.2 Packaging
The product is packed in cardboard (box) or plastic board (box), with 50 or 100 pieces as a package, and tied. It can also be packed according to user requirements.
6.3 Transportation
During transportation, the product should be loaded and handled with care, and heavy pressure is strictly prohibited and avoid sunlight. 6.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse, stacked neatly, away from heat sources, with a stacking height not exceeding 2m, and the storage period shall not exceed one year from the date of production.
