The right angle of the tearing force sample should avoid the rib position and have no scars, so that the tearing direction is consistent with the rib direction. Products with the same formula, the same batch of raw materials, and continuous production shall be a batch of less than 60,000 pieces. 5.3 Sampling Random sampling method shall be adopted, and the specifications and appearance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828, see Table 6. If all items are qualified, the sample unit is qualified. 5.4.2 Determination of delivery batch quality Number of unqualified determination R Specifications and appearance shall be carried out in accordance with GB2828. The normal inspection sampling plan is adopted, the general inspection level is I, and the qualified quality level (AQL) is 6.5, see Table 6. In the physical and mechanical properties test results, if there are unqualified items, double samples should be drawn from the original batch, and the unqualified items should be re-tested. If all the re-test results are qualified, the batch of products is qualified. 5.4.3 Determination of product quality grade Determine according to the lowest grade of all test results. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 Marking The product packaging should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity, including: product name, specification, color, quality grade, production date, and inspector's seal. The product outer packaging should indicate: product name, specification, color, quality grade, quantity, manufacturer name, factory address, production date, and trademark. 6.2 Packaging The product is packed in cardboard (box) or plastic board (box), with 50 or 100 pieces as a package, and tied. It can also be packed according to user requirements. 6.3 Transportation During transportation, the product should be loaded and handled with care, and heavy pressure is strictly prohibited and avoid sunlight. 6.4 Storage The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse, stacked neatly, away from heat sources, with a stacking height not exceeding 2m, and the storage period shall not exceed one year from the date of production.
