This standard specifies the definition, quality indicators, test methods, grading standards, and packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for low-sulfuric acid rapeseed cake (meal) for feed. This standard applies to rapeseed cake for feed after oil is extracted from low-sulfuric acid rapeseed and rapeseed cake for feed after oil is extracted from pre-pressing-extraction. This standard does not apply to rapeseed cake (meal) for non-feed, nor to ordinary rapeseed cake (meal) after detoxification. Some standard content:
NY/T417--2000 The anti-nutritional substances in the cake (meal) of "double-low" rapeseed after processing are lower than those in ordinary rapeseed cake (sticky), the protein content is high, and the amino-nitrogen acid composition is reasonable, which is a good feed source. With the continuous promotion and planting of "double-low" rapeseed varieties in my country, the feed processing industry using its cake and meal as a feed source will also prosper day by day. Therefore, the quality standard of low-sulfuric acid rapeseed cake (meal) for feed is specially formulated to regulate the feeding, market circulation and export of low-sulfuric acid rapeseed cake (meal). The formulation of this standard is based on the quality indicators specified in the industry standards NY/T125-1989 "Rapeseed Cake for Feed" (formerly GB10374--1989) and NY/T126-1989 "Rapeseed Meal for Feed" (formerly GB10375-1989) and the hygiene indicators specified in the national standard GB13078--1991 "Feed Hygiene Standard", and the isothiocyanate and oxazolidinethione content indicators are modified. This standard is proposed by the Crop Management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture. This standard is under the technical jurisdiction of the Crop Management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture. The drafting unit of this standard: Oilseed and Product Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center of the Ministry of Agriculture. The main drafters of this standard: Li Peiwu, Li Guangming, Li Yunchang, Yang Mei, Zhang Wen. 1 Scope Agricultural Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Low glucosinolates rapeseed meal for feedstuff Low glucosinolates rapeseed meal for feedstuff NY/T 417--2000Www.bzxZ.net This standard specifies the definition, quality indicators, test methods and grading standards and packaging, transportation and storage requirements of low glucosinolates rapeseed meal for feedstuff. This standard applies to rapeseed meal for feed after pressing low glucosinolates rapeseed to extract oil and rapeseed meal for feed after pre-pressing and overflowing to extract oil. This standard does not apply to rapeseed meal for non-feed, nor to ordinary rapeseed meal after detoxification. 2 Reference Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. It is expressed as the number of milligrams contained in each kilogram of dry cake. 3.3 Low-glucosinolate rapeseed The glucosinolate content in rapeseed is ≤45.00umol/g cake. 4 Sensory properties Brown or light brown, in the form of small tiles, flakes or cakes, or coarse powder, with the aroma of low-glucosinolate rapeseed cake (meal) oil, no solvent smell, qualified in the detonation test, not burnt or mushy, no fermentation, mildew, or agglomeration. 5 Quality indicators and grading standards 5. 1 Isothiocyanate (ITC) and oxazolidinethione (OZT), crude protein, crude fiber, crude ash and crude fat are used as quality control indicators. Implemented on April 1, 2001 Approved by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China on December 22, 2000509 Divided into three grades according to the crude protein content (see Table 1). NY/T 417-2000 Table 1 Quality indicators of rapeseed cake (meal) with low glucosinolate content for feed Product name Quality indicators ITC+OZT, mg/kg Crude protein, % Crude fiber, % Crude ash, % Crude fat, % Low glucosinolate rapeseed cake Low glucosinolate rapeseed meal 5.2The content of ITC+OZT quality indicators is calculated on the basis of cake (sticky) dry weight, and the content of other quality indicators is calculated on the basis of 88% dry matter. 5.3All five quality indicators must meet the requirements of the corresponding grade. 5.4The moisture content shall not exceed 12.0%. 5.5Except for the inclusions of rapeseed cake (meal) with low glucosinolate content for feed, it is not allowed to be added. When adding antioxidants, anti-toxic agents and other additives, corresponding instructions should be made. 5.6 The second-grade rapeseed cake (meal) for feed is of medium quality, and those below the third grade are substandard products and are not suitable for use as feed. 6 Hygiene standards Should comply with the provisions of GB13078. 7 Inspection methods The determination of isothiocyanates in low-sulfur glycoside cake (meal) shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T13087. 7.1 The determination of oxazolidinone in low-sulfur glycoside cake () shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T13089. 7.21 The determination of crude protein in low-sulfur glycoside cake (meal) shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6432. 7.3 The determination of crude fat in low-sulfur glycoside cake () shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6433. 7.4 The determination of crude fiber in low-sulfur glycoside cake (meal) shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6434. 7.5 7.6 The determination of crude ash in low-sulfur rapeseed cake (meal) shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6438. 8 Packaging, transportation and storage The packaging, transportation and storage of low-sulfur rapeseed cake (meal) for feed must comply with the requirements of quality assurance, quantity assurance, transportation safety and classification and graded storage to prevent pollution.
