This standard is revised on the basis of the original standard GB/T1656-82, and the technical content is basically the same. As the original standard is old, its writing format, expression rules and other contents do not meet the requirements of GB/T1.1-1993, and it is rewritten according to the requirements of relevant standards. According to GB/T2374-94 "General Conditions for Dyeing Measurement", the amount of cotton cloth (cotton yarn) used for dyeing is 5g. In order to be consistent with this standard, this standard changed the amount of cotton cloth (cotton yarn) to 5g during the revision process, and modified the sample weight and liquid absorption in the preparation of dye solution.
The color fastness test in the original standard is carried out according to the method specified in GB/T413-41978 "Dyeing Fastness Test Method" and its various indicators are determined. In view of the fact that the standard for testing color fastness has been revised, this standard is determined according to the revised current national standard method and its various color fastness indicators are determined.
After revision, this standard is adjusted to an industry standard. Except for color fastness, other items and indicators remain basically unchanged. Through the revision of this standard, the standard is more standardized, which is conducive to implementation and improving product quality. From the date of entry into force of this standard, the original GB/T1656-82 is abolished. This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is technically managed by the Shenyang Chemical Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by Shenyang Chemical Research Institute and Bengbu Yongyan Dye Chemical Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Qi Tingting, Wang Jingwen and Zhang Zengfang. This standard was first issued in 1979 and reviewed in 1982. 1

Take samples from 10% bags (or barrels) of each batch of products (uniform products are considered as one batch), and each batch of products shall not be less than 3 bags (or barrels). When sampling, use a probe to take samples including the upper, middle and lower parts. The sampling volume shall not be less than 200g. Mix the obtained samples carefully and put them in two clean and dry brown glass bottles with ground stoppers, and seal them with paraffin. Stick labels on the bottles, indicating: manufacturer name, product name, batch and sampling date, one bottle is used for inspection, and one bottle is kept for reference. 5 Test method
5.1 Determination of appearance
Visual determination is adopted.
5.2 Determination of dyeing shade and intensity
The specifications of the reagents used in dyeing, the preparation of the dye solution, the specifications of the fibers and the general conditions for dyeing shall be in accordance with GB/T2374.
5.2.1 Dyeing depth and fabric treatment
The dyeing depth is specified as 2%. 5g of cotton yarn (or cotton cloth) is used for dyeing. Before dyeing, the weighed cotton yarn (or cotton cloth) is boiled with 0.02g/L penetrant BX (industrial use) for 5 minutes, with a bath ratio of 1:20. After treatment, wash with clean water and then dye. 5.2.2 Preparation of dye bath
Weigh 1g of the test sample and standard sample (accurate to 0.001g), mix with 10mL of 100g/L sodium sulfide (converted to 100%) solution [dye: sodium sulfide (converted to 100%) is 1:1) and 1mL of Turkey red oil (50%) to make a slurry, add 50mL of distilled water, and then heat to make the temperature of the dye solution reach 90-95℃. After keeping warm for 15min, add 300mL of distilled water, stir well, transfer to a 500mL volumetric flask after cooling, and dilute to the scale with distilled water. The dye solution used for each dyeing must be prepared as it is used. 2
