SY/T 5127--2002
This specification is equivalent to AP1SIkc6A "Specifications for Equipment and Christmas Trees" (1999, 17th edition). Some differences between this specification and APIISpec6A 17th edition "Parallel Port Installation and Christmas Tree Equipment Specification" (English version of 1999) are: - The drawings and scale markings of APISpec6AF were redrawn in accordance with the requirements of the national standard for drawing; some individual errors in APISpec6A were corrected and explained in footnotes where appropriate; - The imperial data in APISpcc6A were converted according to the International System of Units (SI system), and the SI system diagrams and data in Appendix B of APISpec6A were directly incorporated into the text of this specification, and the conversion rules were partially retained. The code for the nominal size of equipment is expressed in the form of imperial fractions in this specification to facilitate use and international communication. This specification adopts the same format as API Specification 6A (1999, 17th edition) and follows the same format as that of its content. The arrangement order of the appendix is also the same as that of API Specification 6A (1999, 17th edition). However, in combination with the requirements of GI 3/1.1-2000 for standard writing, the following editorial modifications are made:
According to GB/T 1.1-2000, the figures and tables are renumbered in order instead of by chapters; the API foreword, special tips, important information about asbestos and its substitute materials and other explanatory documents are cancelled; some tables are merged and re-edited, and footnotes are given to explain the editorial additions or merged tables; in the secretion data table in the body of this specification, "the screw control specifications and corresponding screw hole sizes consistent with API Sper: 6.4- and in accordance with the national standard of my country are added, and footnotes are given to explain; the foreword is added.
By adopting API Spec6A "Parallel port device and Christmas tree equipment specification" (19 99, 17th edition), to align the standards of my country's important oil and gas production equipment, well equipment and Christmas trees, with advanced foreign standards to meet the needs of international trade, technical and economic exchanges and participation in international standardization activities.
Compared with SY5279.1-91, SY5279.2-91, SY5279.3-91, SY5127-92 and SY5156-93, this specification has the following major changes:
When converting the rated working pressure level to the imperial data, one decimal place is retained according to APTSpec6; the two levels of 7MPa and 24.5MPa are cancelled in the rated working pressure level regulations. Special features: Added some flange and sealing gasket specifications: - Added requirements for ground safety valves, underwater Anlun valves, conversion connection devices, drivers and other equipment: - Added requirements for repair and construction; Added design and performance requirements;
Added appendix.
From the date of implementation, this specification will replace SY5279.1-91 "Rated operating pressure and nominal diameter series of oil wellhead devices", SY5279.2--91 "Type, size and technical requirements of flanges for oil wellhead devices", SY5279.3-91 "Type, size and technical requirements of sealing gaskets for flanges of oil wellhead devices", SY5127- 92 "Petroleum Slice-mouth Device Casing Head", SY5156-93 "Oil (Gas) Parallel-mouth Device"
Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C, Appendix T), Appendix E, Appendix F, Appendix G, Appendix H, Appendix I, Appendix J, Appendix K, Appendix "of this specification are all informative appendices. This specification is proposed and managed by the National Shichi Drilling Equipment and Tool Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting units of this specification are: Petroleum Exploration and Development Scientific Research Institute, Jianghan Machinery Research Institute, National Oil and Gas Wellhead Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center

1.4 Interchangeability 3)
This specification uses the metric system to express the size, and the code for the nominal size is expressed in the form of imperial fractions. This change reflects current widespread industry practice from previous editions of AISpec 6A. This specification does not intend to revise fractional dimensions and tolerances from earlier editions. The equivalent values of fractions to decimals are given in the Tables. For the purposes of this specification, fractions and their decimal forms are equivalent and interchangeable. Metric conversion tables are provided in Appendix B. The millimeter dimensions of this specification are based on the original English fractional dimensions. The original English fractional dimensions have been accurately converted to metric dimensions to ensure interchangeability of products produced in both metric and English systems. All parts whose actual dimensions conform to the data in the English tables in the body of this specification or the metric tables in the appendix are interchangeable in this specification. 1) API Spec 6A uses psi or MPa as the pressure measurement unit, and this specification uses MPa as the pressure measurement unit. 2) API Spec 6A uses C or F as the humidity measurement unit, and this specification uses T as the overflow measurement unit. 3) This specification adopts SI units. All relevant dimensions that conform to the SI table in Appendix B of API Spec 6A have been incorporated into the body of this specification.
