This standard specifies the design, manufacture, testing, inspection, acceptance, marking, packaging, storage and transportation requirements of high-speed dispersers (hereinafter referred to as dispersers).

3.1 The structure of the disperser should be tight and the layout should be reasonable. According to the structural characteristics, it can be divided into floor-standing type and suspended type. 2 Basic parameters should comply with the provisions of Table 1

Main parts of the disperser shall meet the following requirements and shall have a material inspection certificate. 3.4,1 Mirror iron parts shall meet the requirements of GB 9439 3.4.2 Cast steel parts shall meet the requirements of GB 2100 or GB 11352 3:4.3 The materials of shafts, cylinders, dispersion discs, etc. shall meet the requirements of GB699, GB700, GB 3274, GB3280, GB1220.
3.4.4 The material of pipe parts shall meet the requirements of GB2270 or YB231. 3:4.5 The material of oil cylinder tree shall meet the requirements of GB1176. 3.5 The electrical components and electrical equipment with explosion-proof requirements shall be purchased or manufactured according to the requirements of the corresponding explosion-proof level. 36 All supporting parts and purchased parts shall meet the requirements of the corresponding product standards and shall have product certificates. 37 The insulation resistance between the conductive part and the dispersed body shall be greater than 5MQ: The insulation resistance between the grounding terminal and the metal shell of the electrical equipment and the dispersed body shall not be greater than 0.10.

The oil cylinder shall be subjected to water pressure or sleeve pressure test, the test pressure shall be 1.25 times of the design pressure of the oil cylinder, and there shall be no leakage after maintaining the pressure for 30 minutes. 5 Test method
Visual inspection of the weld appearance quality of each joint shall meet the requirements of Article 4.1. 5.1
The hydraulic pressure test pump for the hydraulic test of the cylinder shall be increased to the specified value at one time, which shall meet the requirements of Article 4.4. 5.2
The hydraulic pressure test of the pipelines and pipeline accessories of the hydraulic system shall meet the requirements of Article 4.5. 5.3

5.8 Simulated load operation test

5.8.2 Use oil or other non-corrosive liquid with a viscosity meeting the requirements of Table 1 as the simulated material. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 Seal the outer tread pipe mouth with a plastic sleeve before packaging: The documents supplied with the product should be put into a plastic film bag and put into the packaging box together with the product.
