Subject Content and Scope of Application Technical Requirements This standard specifies the technical requirements for various types of conductor drawing equipment for wire and cable. Products shall be manufactured in accordance with drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.3 Self-made parts and components must be inspected and qualified in accordance with regulations before they can be used for assembly. 4.1.4 Purchased parts and cooperative parts must have product quality inspection certificates issued by the manufacturer and can be used for assembly after they have been accepted and qualified in accordance with regulations. 4.1.5 The series composition of products shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5814.2. The type and size of the products shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5815, and the installation dimensions and external dimensions shall comply with the provisions of the drawings. 4.1.7 4.2 General processing quality requirementswww.bzxz.net Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on October 17, 1991 and implemented on October 1, 1992 JB/T 5816-91 4.2.1 General machining shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.6. 4.2.24 Castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.3. 4.2.3Welded parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.4. 4. 2. 4 Forgings shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.5. 4.2.5Heat treatment shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.7. 4.2.6 Coating and appearance shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.11. The take-up reel shall comply with the provisions of GB4004. The technical requirements of the reel shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8193. 4.3 Assembly requirements Before assembly, the accuracy of each link shall be reasonably allocated according to the drawings and assembly process documents. 4.3.1 For interference fit or single matching, optional parts, the relevant dimensions shall be strictly rechecked before assembly. The machine body, machine base, wire pulley and wire drum rack are only allowed to be leveled, not forced. The assembly of bearings shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. The assembly of gears and worm drive components shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. The assembly of interference fits shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. The assembly of fasteners shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. The assembly of connecting parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. The assembly of brakes shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 4.3.9 4.3.10 Assembly accuracy, except as otherwise specified in this standard, shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 4.4 Electrical system Electrical materials, independent components and self-contained parts must comply with their respective standards or technical requirements and can only be used after acceptance. 4.4.2 The design, assembly and processing of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.10. 4.5 Safety requirements 4.5.1 The equipment shall have various signs and symbols such as lubrication, operation (mechanical, electrical or pneumatic and hydraulic) and safety that meet the specified requirements. These signs and symbols shall remain clear for a long time. 4.5.2 Parts that may automatically loosen during the operation of the equipment shall have anti-loosening devices, and high-speed reels, wire drawing wheels, guide wheels, swing arms, etc. shall have protective devices: the main machine of the wire drawing machine and the wire taking-up device shall be equipped with safety devices and wire break signal devices. 4.5.3 Trench covers shall be installed in the trench where the equipment or components are installed or in the trench at the operating position. 4.5.4 The equipment should have a good electrical grounding device, and the grounding resistance should comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.10. 5 Technical requirements 5.1 Processing accuracy 5.1.1 The processing accuracy of the wire pulley shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 (Figure 1). a. The surface roughness of the shaft hole diameter shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. b. 5.1.2 Transmission device The processing accuracy of the main transmission gear shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. The surface roughness Ra value of the shaft hole diameter is 0.8μm. The surface roughness Ra value of the gear meshing tooth is 1.6μm. Its elongation during assembly should meet relevant regulations. The surface roughness Ra value of the gearbox transmission shaft hole-shaft matching is 0.8um. The keyway fit on the shaft shall comply with the provisions of IB/DQ8124.9, and special requirements shall comply with the drawing requirements. The shaft hole accuracy on the housing shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.
