This standard specifies the special equipment for inner tube cementing operation, the cementing process of the lower pipe string structure, the preparation work, the operation content and technical requirements.
This standard is applicable to oil and gas non-impact pressure single-stage inner tube cementing construction. 2 Reference standards

3 Special equipment
3.1 The internal pipe water injection filter adopts the casing embedded white filling type (see SY5476) 3.2 When using equal diameter joint, the inner pipe should be lowered with a chuck that matches the casing diameter. 4 Downhole pipe string structure
4.1 Outer pipe (casing string)
From bottom to top, it is composed of guide shoe (including casing shoe), casing (1 to 2 pieces), seat, casing string, joint (or different diameter joint)
When the outer diameter of the casing is greater than 340mm and the depth is greater than 800m, when using different diameter joint, its tensile strength must be checked. 4.2 Inner pipe (drill pipe)
From bottom to top, it is composed of plug, drill pipe, square drill holder. The inner tube stopper at the bottom is buckled on the first drill joint. 5. Procedures
The inner tube method of fixed opening operation should be carried out in the following order: Connecting shoe (including casing shoe)
\ Install (connect) 1~2 casings (non-self-filling sockets, grouting);
Lower casing (sinning grouting, grouting)
Lower joint top section

Lower drilling (including installation of inner tube centralizer):

6.1 Check whether the plug and socket match, and whether the seal and sealing surface are intact. When using equal-diameter joints, the plug body should have a rigid support block. See SY5176.6.2 Check whether the inner tube centralizer can be buckled.
6.3 Check whether the external thread and length of the joint are in accordance with the design. 6.4 When using a plug (SQ type) that does not require welding without threads, check whether the steel grade of the sleeve connected to the socket allows conventional welding. Otherwise, replace the sleeve or adopt a preheating (150~200\C) insulation (lime or stone wrapping) furnace welding process, and weld the socket on the ground in advance, and weld the shoes (including overshoes).
7 Operation content and technical requirements
7.1 Casing lowering
7.1.1 Connect the guide shoe (including casing shoe) to the casing. Electric welding 1 place. 7.1.2 Press the socket.
7.1.2.1 For the embedded socket (T type), when installing, the socket is suspended under the big hook, first reverse to find the gap, then turn it forward to buckle, and tighten it. The depth after installation is allowed to be 2mm less than the length of the outer thread of the casing. 7.1.2.2 For the cement casting socket (5 type), after connecting to the casing column, weld its upper and lower interfaces. 7.1.3 All interfaces that require electric welding are intermittent welding. The length of the weld is 4.0~5.0cm, and the weld spacing is 20.0~25.0cm. After the interface is welded, wait until it cools naturally to the humidity that can be touched by hand before entering the well. 7.1.4 For casing with poor coalability, the welding process shall refer to Article 6.4. 7.1.5 Casing shall be lowered according to conventional requirements. Drilling fluid shall be filled into the casing in time. 7.1.6 Before starting drilling, calculate the total length of the casing string, adjust the drilling depth, and ensure that the joint is located on or as close to the rotary table surface as possible. 7.2 Drilling
7.2.1 Connect the plug, drill pipe, and set the inner pipe centralizer. 7.2.2 Drilling according to conventional requirements.
7.2.3 Calculate the pressure value of the square, hanging weight, and applied socket when the drill reaches the socket. The value is the product of the highest displacement pressure and the cross-sectional area of the plug sealing surface, and then multiplied by 1.2 (safety factor). However, the minimum is not less than 6kN. 7.2.4 Press the square drill pipe and slowly release it. Open the system when approaching the socket. When the drilling fluid fills the annulus in the casing, stop the pump. 7.2.5 Socket.
了.2.5.1 Slowly release the square drill pipe, and observe the indicator weight gauge to the preset value, and mark the entry.
了.2.5,2 Open the pump, observe the pump pressure and the drilling fluid in the annular space of the casing. If there is no overflow, it will not move up, press the brake, and circulate normally.
7.2.5.3 If the drilling fluid in the annular space of the casing does not overflow, the entry will move up, and add proper positive force. If it does not work, lift the drill string to circulate, turn slowly and release slowly, and re-align the socket:
7.3 Circulation
Circulate and pay attention to observe the pump pressure.
了.4 Injection and replacement of cement slurry
7.4.1 Stop the pump (do not use backflow), use cement truck to inject and replace. If the drilling fluid in the casing overflows, increase the pressure appropriately. 2
7.4.2 The injection and replacement displacement should meet the design requirements. SY715419-92
7.4.3 If the pump pressure is abnormal, take timely measures to prevent the inner or outer pipe from rising. 7.5 Flushing
Lift the drill string 4 to 5 meters, flush it with a drill pump, and flush it until the residual cement slurry in the drill string returns to the drill port. 7.6 Drilling
Lift and lower all the drill strings, remove the inner pipe centralizer and plug, wash and store them. 7.7 Waiting for setting
When the compressive strength of the cement stone reaches 3.5MPa, the drilling socket and cement plug process can be started. 7.8 Test
It is necessary to conduct time tests on a regular basis when the cement reaches a compressive strength of 3.5MPa in batches. 8 Precautions
During the entire process of casing and drilling, no debris should fall into the casing and drill string to prevent it from affecting the insertion and causing the check valve to fail.
