4.4.3 Slight redness, darkening, oxidation color and slight, local oil and water marks are not used as a basis for scrapping. 5 Test methods
5.1 Chemical composition arbitration analysis shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5122. 5.2 Process performance inspection methodwwW.bzxz.Net
The cupping test method of strips shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB4156. 5.3 Dimension measurement method
The outer dimensions of the strips shall be measured with measuring tools of corresponding accuracy. The thickness shall be measured at a distance of not less than 100mm from the end and not less than 5mm from the edge. The thickness exceeding the tolerance outside the measurement range shall not be used as a basis for scrapping. 5.4 The surface quality of the strips shall be inspected visually. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection and acceptance
6.1.1 The strips shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard and fill in the quality certificate. 6.1.2 The purchaser shall inspect the products received in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results do not conform to the provisions of this standard, the purchaser shall submit the matter to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the two parties shall negotiate to resolve the issue. 6.2 Batches
Strips shall be submitted for inspection in batches. Each batch of products shall consist of the same brand, furnace number, state and specification. The weight of a single roll shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 6.3 Inspection items
Each batch of strips shall be inspected for chemical composition, dimensional deviation, process performance and surface quality. 6.4 Sampling location and number of samples
6.4.1 During the melting and casting process, the supplier shall take one sample from each furnace for chemical composition inspection. 6.4.2 The purchaser shall randomly take one sample from each batch of strips for chemical composition inspection. 6.4.3 For the cupping test of strips, two rolls shall be randomly taken from each batch, and one sample shall be taken from each roll. 6.4.4 Each roll of strip should be subjected to external dimension measurement and surface quality inspection: 2
6.5 Repeated test
GB/T15714--1995
If one test result of each test sample fails, double test samples should be taken from the batch to retest the failed item. If one test sample still fails after the retest, the whole batch shall be scrapped or tested roll by roll, and the qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. Packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certification Packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certification shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8888.
