This standard is applicable to nickel-based and iron-nickel-based hot-rolled plates of corrosion-resistant alloys with a thickness of less than 4 mm (hereinafter referred to as plates). 1 Dimensions, shape
1.1 The dimensions and allowable deviations of the plates shall comply with the provisions of GB709—88 "Dimensions, shape, weight and allowable deviations of hot-rolled steel plates and strips".
1.2 The camber of the trimmed plates with a thickness of less than 10 mm shall not exceed 4 m per meter, and the plates with a thickness of more than 10 mm may not be trimmed.
1.3 The unevenness of the plate per meter length shall not exceed 8 mm, but the unevenness of the plate with a tensile strength of 685N/mm2 per meter length may not exceed 14mm.
2 Technical requirements
2.1 Brand and chemical composition
2.1.1 Alloy brand and chemical composition (melting analysis) shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 2.1.2 When conducting finished product analysis, deviations from the provisions of Table 1 are allowed, but the maximum allowable deviation value shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 in GB/T 15007 Corrosion-resistant alloy brands.
2.2 Delivery status
The plate is delivered after being treated and pickled.
2.3 Mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of the plate after solidification treatment shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The strength value instrument shall be measured only when the purchaser requires (specified in the contract).
2.4 Macro inspection
The cross-sectional acid-immersion macro inspection of the plate (or plate) shall not have any residual shrinkage, cracks, delamination and inclusions visible to the naked eye. 2.5 Surface quality
2.5.1 The material shall not have delamination. There shall be no cracks, bubbles, fire impurities, scars, oxide scale and over-pickling on the surface. 2.5.2 The surface is allowed to have pits, pits, scratches and rough surfaces with a depth not greater than half of the plate thickness tolerance and not less than the minimum thickness allowed. Any defects exceeding the above-mentioned Yao Yao can be removed by grinding. The depth of local defect cleaning shall not make the plate less than the minimum thickness allowed.
2.6 Special requirements
Under the condition of having technical basis, according to the requirements of the purchaser, special requirements such as chemical composition and mechanical properties can be supplemented, or special inspection items such as brain erosion test and non-destructive testing can be supplemented, but the specific requirements and test methods should be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 3 Test method
