This standard specifies the structure type and connection size of copper wire sealed bake-out flange used in ultra-high vacuum system. This standard applies to flange connection with copper wire seal in ultra-high vacuum system with pressure below 1×10-5Pa. 2 Reference standards

The flange structure specified in this standard is an extruded copper wire seal structure, as shown in the figure below. 3.1
3.2 The nominal diameter of the flange shall comply with the provisions of GB6070.1. H

4.1 The flanges specified in this standard are divided into A type and T type. T type flanges are used in the case of facing the air flow direction. T type and A type flanges shall comply with the provisions of JB5278.2.
4.2 The copper wire seal ring used in this standard shall comply with the provisions of JB5278.3. The pipe is made of 1Gr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate specified in GB3280 and GB3281. 4.3
The pipe and flange are welded by argon arc welding, the inner weld is continuous welding, and the outer weld is intermittent reinforcement welding. 4.4
Bolts, nuts and washers are all made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. Molybdenum disulfide lubricant should be added between bolts and nuts during assembly. 4.5
The maximum allowable baking temperature of the flange is 450℃. When the flange is repeatedly baked at 450℃, the gas leakage rate at the seal is not greater than 1×10-*Pa·L/s.
