1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Ferrite cores used in broadcast receiver antennas Sectfonal specification (For certification) GB 11437-89 This specification specifies the quality assessment procedures and quality consistency inspection requirements for ferrite cores used in broadcast receiver antennas (hereinafter referred to as "cores"). This specification is applicable to cores with circular or rectangular cross-sections. Fan wire core: tx× t—thickness, mm, 6—width, mm: t—length, mm. 2.3.3 The category or grade of core material according to the provisions of SJ1582, such as R60.R100.R400.2.4 Size The size of the core shall comply with the provisions of GB96361EC223). 2.5 Core parameters The detailed specifications shall be in accordance with the requirements of GB9635 (JEC492) and GB9636 (IEC223), and shall specify the requirements and parameter values of the electrical and mechanical characteristics of the core. 3 Quality Assessment Procedure 3.1 Composition of Inspection Lots The composition of inspection lots and the appraisal approval procedure shall comply with the provisions of GB 9623 (IEC 723--1). 3.2 Approval InspectionbzxZ.net In order to obtain the appraisal approval, the manufacturer shall conduct batch inspections of three consecutive batches and a periodic inspection of one batch to provide quality consistency test data that meets the requirements of the detailed specification. Normal inspection shall be adopted, and the qualified quality level (AQL) and sampling plan shall be in accordance with the provisions of SJ/Z9007 (IEC410). Steady state damp heat. 4 Test and measurement methods CB 11437.-B9 Test and measurement methods shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB9623 (IEC723-1) and this chapter. 4.1 Appearance and dimensional inspection 4.1.1 Appearance defects and surface finish shall be inspected by comparing with samples with an allowable defect rate. The determination of appearance defects shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB9634 (IEC424). 4.1.2 Check the content and clarity of the markings on the core, label and (or) packaging in accordance with the provisions of the detailed specification. 4.1.3 Dimension marking shall comply with the requirements of Article 12.3 of GB9623 (IEC723-1). 4.1.4 The curvature of the circular antenna core and the total deformation (bending plus torsion) of the fan antenna core can be inspected by gauges made in accordance with GB9636 (IFC223) or other methods. 4.2 Measurement methods of electromagnetic parameters 4.2.1 General The measuring instruments, methods, measuring voltages, measuring positions related to the line diagram and monitoring measures during measurement of the electromagnetic parameters of the magnetic core shall comply with the provisions of CB9635 (IEC492). The measuring frequency of the electromagnetic parameters of the magnetic core shall be specified in the detailed specifications and shall comply with the following series specified in Article 4-4 of GB9635 (IEC492) or GB11439IEC367-2): 1.3, 10, *...kHz. The length, wall thickness and shape, depth, pitch and length of the coil skeleton of the circular antenna magnetic core measurement shall comply with the requirements of Article 5.4 of GB9635 (IEC492).
