Depending on the similarity of their appearance, the above-mentioned types of 5.1 products are divided into superior products, first-class products and qualified products according to the technical requirements. Special type
5.2 Water absorption rate: fine porcelain products are not more than 0.5%, general porcelain products are not more than 1.0%, and jujube products are not more than 3.0%. 5.3 Thermal stability
5.3.1 Complete set or series of products: tableware is represented by medium-sized plates and bowls, and tea and coffee sets are represented by cups and gu products. They will not crack after heat exchange from 180℃ to 20℃ for one time.
5.3.2 Non-complete set or series of products: small and medium-sized products will not crack after heat exchange from 180℃ to 20℃ for one time; large and special products will not crack after heat exchange from 160℃ to 21℃ for one time.
5.4 The amount of lead and cadmium dissolved should comply with the provisions of GB12651. 5.5 The whiteness (recommended index) of white porcelain, the glossiness of glaze (except matte glaze) and the color difference of glaze color of complete sets of products should comply with the provisions of Table 2. 5.7.1 Diameter error: ±1.5% is allowed for diameters equal to or greater than 60mm, and ±2.0% is allowed for diameters less than 60mm. 5.7.2 Height error: ±3.0%.

5.8 The lid of products with lids should basically match the mouth. When the pot is tilted at 70°, the lid must not fall off. When the lid moves to one side, the distance between the lid and the mouth of the pot must not exceed 3mm. The mouth of the spout must not be lower than 3mm below the mouth of the pot. 5.9 Complete sets of products are required to be matched without errors, and the color of the flower surface must be basically consistent. 5.10 The glaze, pattern, mouth, bottom (edge) of superior products are basically smooth; they should be stable when placed on a flat surface. 6.1 Water absorption determination shall be carried out in accordance with GB3299.
6.2 Thermal stability determination shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T3298. 6.3 The determination of lead and cadmium dissolution shall be carried out in accordance with GB3534. 6.4 The determination of deformation shall be carried out in accordance with GB3300.
The determination of gloss shall be carried out in accordance with GB3295.
The determination of whiteness and color difference shall be carried out in accordance with QB/T1503. 6.6

Inspection rules

Product inspection is divided into acceptance inspection and type inspection, and the number of unqualified products per hundred units (piece method) is used for inspection. 7.1 Acceptance inspection
Each product shall be fully inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer and shall not be shipped out of the factory until it passes the acceptance inspection. When leaving the factory, it must be accompanied by documents proving that the product quality is qualified.
7.1.1 The delivery inspection items are the contents specified in 5.6, 5.7, 5.8.5.9, 5.10, 5.11, and 5.12. 7.1.2 The delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The classification of unqualified items, qualified quality level, inspection level and sampling plan of each inspection item are shown in Table 4. The inspected products can be batched according to single piece, set, grade, pattern, coloring method, and can be subdivided if necessary. 7.1.4 Sampling
The sampling of samples is carried out randomly. The sample size of single product shall be drawn according to the provisions of Table 4. For boxed matching products, the number of boxes shall be drawn according to Table 6 of this standard, and then the sample size of the batch of products shall be drawn from the boxes according to the provisions of Table 4 of this standard (the number of samples drawn from each box shall be roughly equal). 7.1.5 If any one of the items in the inspection fails, the product shall be judged as unqualified. The batch of products can be submitted for inspection again only after rework by the delivery party
7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 The type inspection items are all the contents of the technical requirements of this standard. Among them, thermal stability, lead and cadmium dissolution are carried out once a quarter, and other items are carried out once every six months. Type inspection must also be carried out in the following circumstances: a.
When the raw materials of the product are changed;
When the change of the production process method may affect the product performance; when the production is resumed after stopping production for more than 6 months;
When an accident occurs in the production process; the result of the delivery inspection is significantly different from the result of the previous type inspection; when the superior quality supervision agency puts forward the type inspection requirement. f.
7.2.2 The samples for type inspection shall be drawn from a batch or several batches manufactured within the specified period and qualified after batch inspection. The method of sampling shall ensure that the obtained samples can represent the manufacturing technology level of this period. It is best to draw sample units from different times of the specified period to form the samples for type inspection. 7.2.3 Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2829. The classification of unqualified products, unqualified quality level, discrimination level, number of unqualified judgments and sampling plan for each inspection item are shown in Table 7.

Product inspection is divided into acceptance inspection and type inspection, and the number of unqualified products per hundred units (piece method) is used for inspection. 7.1 Acceptance inspection
