Depending on the similarity of their appearance, the above-mentioned types of 5.1 products are divided into superior products, first-class products and qualified products according to the technical requirements. Special type
5.2 Water absorption rate: fine porcelain products are not more than 0.5%, general porcelain products are not more than 1.0%, and jujube products are not more than 3.0%. 5.3 Thermal stability
5.3.1 Complete set or series of products: tableware is represented by medium-sized plates and bowls, and tea and coffee sets are represented by cups and gu products. They will not crack after heat exchange from 180℃ to 20℃ for one time.
5.3.2 Non-complete set or series of products: small and medium-sized products will not crack after heat exchange from 180℃ to 20℃ for one time; large and special products will not crack after heat exchange from 160℃ to 21℃ for one time.
5.4 The amount of lead and cadmium dissolved should comply with the provisions of GB12651. 5.5 The whiteness (recommended index) of white porcelain, the glossiness of glaze (except matte glaze) and the color difference of glaze color of complete sets of products should comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2

Superior products
5.6 Products are not allowed to have glaze explosion, bumps, cracks and leakage defects. 5.7 Product specification errors
First-class products
Qualified products
5.7.1 Diameter error: ±1.5% is allowed for diameters equal to or greater than 60mm, and ±2.0% is allowed for diameters less than 60mm. 5.7.2 Height error: ±3.0%.
5.7.3 Weight error: ±6.0%.
5.8 The lid of products with lids should basically match the mouth. When the pot is tilted at 70°, the lid must not fall off. When the lid moves to one side, the distance between the lid and the mouth of the pot must not exceed 3mm. The mouth of the spout must not be lower than 3mm below the mouth of the pot. 5.9 Complete sets of products are required to be matched without errors, and the color of the flower surface must be basically consistent. 5.10 The glaze, pattern, mouth, bottom (edge) of superior products are basically smooth; they should be stable when placed on a flat surface. The glaze, pattern, mouth, bottom (edge) of first-class products and qualified products are basically smooth: they should be basically stable when placed on a flat surface. 5.11 The bottom mark (referring to the trademark pattern and text) should be correct and clear, and should not be obviously skewed or eccentric. 5.12 The appearance quality of products shall be graded according to the requirements of Table 3 and shall meet the following requirements: a.

①Except as clearly specified, the allowable range of defects specified in this table are The defects on the visible surface and non-visible surface can be increased by 50% according to the size specified on the visible surface, the pore size remains unchanged according to the regulations, and the number is converted into one by two; ② In case of defects with a diameter less than 50% of the specified range, and the number is slightly more than the specified, two can be converted into one, but the absolute number of the increase shall not exceed 50% of the total number specified in the original grade (if the original total number is an odd number, the total number can be increased by 1, and then halved to become an even number) ③ For those where the number and number are not specified, they can be calculated by adding the size; ④ For first-class products and qualified products, any minor defects with a diameter not exceeding 0.3mm, a length not exceeding 0.5mm, an area not exceeding 1mm, and a clear color, as well as other inconspicuous defects, shall not be counted as defects; ③ There shall be no more than 2 defects within 10mm2; ③ Defects not included in this standard can be treated as similar defects. 6 Test methods

The inspected products can be batched according to single piece, set, grade, pattern, coloring method, and can be subdivided if necessary. 7.1.4 Sampling
The sampling of samples is carried out randomly. The sample size of single product shall be drawn according to the provisions of Table 4. For boxed matching products, the number of boxes shall be drawn according to Table 6 of this standard, and then the sample size of the batch of products shall be drawn from the boxes according to the provisions of Table 4 of this standard (the number of samples drawn from each box shall be roughly equal). 7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 The type inspection items are all the contents of the technical requirements of this standard. Among them, thermal stability, lead and cadmium dissolution are carried out once a quarter, and other items are carried out once every six months. Type inspection must also be carried out in the following circumstances: a.
When the raw materials of the product are changed;
When the change of the production process method may affect the product performance; when the production is resumed after stopping production for more than 6 months;
When an accident occurs in the production process; the result of the delivery inspection is significantly different from the result of the previous type inspection; when the superior quality supervision agency puts forward the type inspection requirement. f.
7.2.2 The samples for type inspection shall be drawn from a batch or several batches manufactured within the specified period and qualified after batch inspection. The method of sampling shall ensure that the obtained samples can represent the manufacturing technology level of this period. It is best to draw sample units from different times of the specified period to form the samples for type inspection. 7.2.3 Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2829.
When the raw materials of the product are changed;
When the change of the production process method may affect the product performance; when the production is resumed after stopping production for more than 6 months;
The classification of unqualified products, unqualified quality level, discrimination level, number of unqualified judgments and sampling plan for each inspection item are shown in Table 7.

Inspection rules
GB/T35321995
Product inspection is divided into acceptance inspection and type inspection, and the number of unqualified products per hundred units (piece method) is used for inspection. 7.1 Acceptance inspection
Each product must be fully inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer and can only be shipped after passing the acceptance inspection. When leaving the factory, it must be accompanied by documents proving that the product quality is qualified.
7.1.1 The acceptance inspection items are the contents specified in 5.6, 5.7, 5.8.5.9, 5.10, 5.11, and 5.12. 7.1.2 Acceptance inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The classification of unqualified items, qualified quality level, inspection level and sampling plan of each inspection item are shown in Table 4. Normal inspection-sampling qualified judgment shall be carried out in accordance with Table 5. Table 4
