The slotting machine is a basic series, which is suitable for single-piece, small-batch or batch production in the machinery manufacturing industry and is used for slotting planes, forming surfaces, keyways or grooves. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on May 20, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000 The machine tool should have the following performance characteristics: JB/T2825.2—1999 The ram makes reciprocating linear motion in the carriage, and the worktable makes three feed motions, longitudinal, transverse and rotary. The machine tool accuracy should meet the requirements of JB/T2825. The machine tool is a V-level precision machine tool specified in JB/T9871. 4.2 CNC slotting machine The CNC slotting machine is a basic series. The machine tool is suitable for single-piece and small-batch production of molds, tools, special-shaped blades, etc., and is used for slotting irregular planes and inclined surfaces. In addition to the structural characteristics of the slotting machine, the machine tool should also have the following structural characteristics: a) The movement of the parts in each CNC coordinate direction can be both CNC-controlled and manually adjusted; b) Digital display device. The machine tool accuracy shall comply with the provisions of JB/T2825. The machine tool is a V-level accuracy machine tool as specified in JB/T9871. 5 Varieties The varieties of machine tools are shown in Table 1.
