This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of J101, J105 and J106Q type alkylation catalyst series products. This standard is applicable to J101, J105 and J106Q type methanation catalysts used in the hood of synthetic ammonia and hydrogen production systems to hydrogenate a small amount of carbon oxides in the gas to produce alkyl.

The activity, crushing strength of the pellets before reduction, abrasion rate, nickel content and ignition loss of J101, J105 and J106Q alkylation catalysts shall be tested in accordance with the method specified in HG/T2510. 5 Inspection Rules
5.1 The quality of the products in this standard series shall be inspected by the production quality supervision and inspection department. Products shall not be allowed to leave the factory without passing the inspection. 5.2 Products shall be inspected in batches, and the batch shall not exceed 15t. 5.3 The samples for product inspection shall be randomly selected by the quality inspection department in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6678, that is, the number of barrels sampled for each batch of products shall be three times the cube root of the total number of packages of the batch of products (3×VN, N is the total number of barrels). If there is a decimal, it shall be rounded up to an integer. The number of barrels to be drawn shall not be less than 10 barrels. Take out a total of about 3L of samples from the barrels to be sampled, mix them thoroughly, and divide them into test samples, samples for inspection and reserved samples. They shall be sealed in sample bottles respectively. Labels shall be affixed to the bottles, indicating the product name, model, batch number, quantity, sampling period, sampler, etc. The reserved samples shall be kept for years for inspection. 5.4 Among the main physical properties and chemical components of the products in Table 1, except for the content of zinc, which is a factory inspection item, the remaining items shall be inspected at least once every six months. All items in Table 2 are factory inspection items. 5.5 If the product fails the inspection, the inspection device, instrument, meter, chemical reagent, etc. shall be calibrated and re-inspected. If the inspection result is still unqualified, it is allowed to re-sample and inspect according to Article 5.3 of this standard. If it is still unqualified, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products. 5.6 The purchaser has the right to conduct re-inspection according to the test methods and inspection rules specified in this standard. When there is a dispute between the supply and demand parties on product quality, the relevant units may be requested to arbitrate.
5.7. The test results shall be compared with the values specified in the standard to determine whether the results are qualified. 6 Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
6.1 J101, J105, and J106Q methanation catalyst products shall be packaged in plastic barrels or iron barrels lined with plastic bags, and the net weight of each barrel shall not exceed 50kg. The package should be tightly sealed and accompanied by a product quality certificate, which includes: product name, model, batch number or production date, manufacturer name, qualified signature, etc. 6.2 The package should be green and have obvious and firm marks, including: product name, model, batch number, net weight (kg), manufacturer name, trademark, eye-catching "afraid of moisture" and "prohibited rolling" signs specified in GB191, 2
HG2509-93
6.3 Each batch of products leaving the factory should be accompanied by a quality certificate, including: product name, model, standard number, batch number, batch size (t), manufacturer name, etc.
6.4 The product should be stored in a dry warehouse to prevent contamination and moisture. 6. It is strictly forbidden to drop, roll or hit during transportation and loading and unloading. There should be display facilities during transportation. Additional instructions:
This standard is proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the technical supervision of Nanjing Chemical Industry (Group) Corporation Research Institute, and was drafted by Sichuan Chemical Industry General Plant. The main drafters of this standard are Tan Ruiguo, Xu Qingtan, He Shibing, Li Feiyu, and Chen Jingyun. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China Standard HG1-1203-79 "Methanation Catalyst J101 Type" will be invalidated.
