Elongation
According to the requirements of the purchaser and indicated in the contract, the soft state plate can be subjected to bending test along the rolling direction at room temperature. The plate with a thickness not exceeding 5mm is bent until the two sides are in contact; the plate with a thickness exceeding 5mm is bent until the two sides are parallel, and the diameter of the bending core is equal to the plate thickness. There should be no defects such as cracks at the bending part.
4.4 Grain size
The grain size of the plate and strip in the soft state should not be greater than 0.055mm. Note: The supplier may not conduct grain size inspection, but must ensure the grain size requirements. 4.5 Oxygen content
After hydrogen annealing, the oxygen content of the plate and strip is determined by metallographic method. The oxygen content shall comply with the standard pictures 1, 2, and 3 in YB731. 4.6 Surface quality
4.6.1 The surface of the plate and strip shall be smooth and clean, and shall not have defects such as delamination, cracks, peeling, bubbles, burrs, folds, inclusions, etc. 4.6.2 Slight, local scratches, spots, pits, indentations, and roller marks that do not exceed the allowable deviation of the plate and strip thickness are allowed.
Slight oxidation color, darkening, and slight, local water marks and oil marks are not used as a basis for scrapping. 4.7 Others
The two sides of the plate and strip should be cut flush, without cracks and curling. Slight burrs are allowed. 5 Test methods
5.1 The arbitration analysis method of the chemical composition of the plate and strip shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5121. 5.2 The tensile test method of the plate and strip shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB228. 5.3 The bending test method of the plate shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB232. 5.4 The grain size determination method of the plate and strip shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6394. 5.5 The oxygen content determination method of the plate and strip shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of YB731. 125

5.6 The external dimensions of the plate and strip shall be measured with a measuring tool of corresponding accuracy. The thickness of the plate shall be measured at a distance of not less than 100 mm from the top corner and not less than 10 mm from the edge; the thickness of the strip shall be measured at a distance of not less than 100 mm from the end and not less than 5 mm from the edge (the strip with a width of less than 50 mm shall be measured at a distance of not less than 3 mm from the edge). The thickness outside the measurement range shall not be scrapped. 5.7 The appearance of the plate and strip shall be visually inspected. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection and acceptance
6.1.1 Plates and strips shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 6.1.2 The purchaser shall re-inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the re-inspection results do not conform to the provisions of this standard, the purchaser shall submit the matter to the supplier within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve the issue. 6.2 Batches
Plates and strips shall be submitted for acceptance in batches, and each batch shall consist of the same brand, state and specification. The weight of each batch shall not exceed 2000kg6.3 Inspection items
Each batch of plates and strips shall be inspected for chemical composition, external dimensions, mechanical properties, oxygen content and surface quality. 6.4 Sampling location and sampling quantity
6.4.1 During the melting and casting process, the supplier shall take one sample from each furnace for chemical composition inspection. The buyer shall take one sample from each batch of plates and strips for chemical composition inspection.
6.4.2 For tensile test, two plates (coils) and strips shall be randomly selected from each batch, and one sample shall be randomly selected from each (coil) (for plates, perpendicular to the rolling direction; for strips, along the rolling direction). The samples shall comply with the provisions of P01, P04, and P05 in Table 10 of GB6397. 6.4.3 For bending test or grain size determination, two plates (coils) and strips shall be randomly selected from each batch, and one sample shall be randomly selected from each (coil). 6.4.4 When the batch size is not more than 100kg, two plates (coils) and strips shall be randomly selected from each batch, and one sample shall be randomly selected from each (coil) for oxygen content determination; when the batch size is more than 100kg, four plates (coils) shall be randomly selected from each batch, and one sample shall be randomly selected from each (coil) for oxygen content determination. 6.4.5 Plates and strips shall be inspected for dimensions and surface quality sheet by sheet (roll). 6.5 Repeated test
Even if one sample fails the test, double the sample shall be taken from the batch to retest the failed item. If one sample still fails the retest, the whole batch shall be scrapped or inspected sheet by sheet (roll). The qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. 7 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
