1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
Operation Procedures for Fishing Drill Tools of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
SY 5409—91
This standard specifies the selection of conventional fishing tools (fishing spears, male cones, fishing rods, female cones) for handling the accidents of broken and dropped drilling tools, the inspection before fishing, the assembly of drill strings, the key points of operation and precautions. This standard is applicable to the fishing process of unstuck drilling tools in drilling operations, and can be used as a reference when fishing casing or tubing. 2 Reference standards

SY5068 Retractable salvage tube
SY5115 Salvage female cone
SY5410 Operation procedures for hammers
3 Analysis of fish head and repair of fish head with irregular fracture 31 After a drilling tool accident, the shape of the fish head shall be determined according to the buckle type or fracture of the drill bit at the end. 3.2 When the shape of the fish head is unclear, a lead mold or other printer shall be used to confirm it. 3.3 If the cross section of the fish head is out of round or the fracture is uneven, internal and external cutters or grinding and milling tools shall be used to repair the fish head so that it can be salvaged. 4 Determination of salvage method and selection of tools
4.1 For fish heads with intact threads, the original drilling tool or the drilling tool with the same buckle type as the original drilling tool shall be used for salvage. 4.2 For the fish tops with intact threads and broken fish tops, special tools should be used to salvage them: a. For the fish pre-existing in the threaded part or the drill cup, a salvage spear, salvage rod or male cone can be used. 6. For the fish pre-existing in the drill tool body, a salvage rod, salvage spear or female cone can be used. 4.3 When dealing with downhole drilling tool accidents in high-tech oil and gas wells, it is necessary to prevent the occurrence of blowout accidents. 5 Salvage spear
5.1 Tool selection
Select the salvage spear according to the size of the fish water hole according to Table 1 in SY5069. 5.2 Inspection before merging
5.2.1 Disassembly inspection, all parts must be complete and intact, and the threads must not be damaged. 5.2.2 The effective salvage size of the slip is 3mm larger than the size of the fish water suit. 5.2.3 The slip rotates flexibly on the mandrel.
5.2.4 Reassemble after inspection. Rotate the slip to the joint position and hold it with a thin brown rope. 5.3 Drill String Assembly
Approved by the Ministry of Energy of the People's Republic of China on January 15, 1992 and implemented on July 1, 1992
: Under normal conditions underground: Salvage spear + Drill pipe: SY 5409--91
b, and when the situation is complicated: Salvage spear + Anchor joint + Down-beater + Up-beater + Drill chain + Strike accelerator + Drill pipe: C. When it is necessary to circulate drilling fluid: Plug + Salvage spear + Drill pipe 5.4 Key points of operation
5.4.1 Calculate the pre-entry and salvage entry before drilling. 5.4,2 When drilling, tighten the torque according to the regulations of the drill tool. When there is no torque meter, tighten each thread of the drill tool with five anchor ropes. 5.4.3 Stop the pump, slowly lower the drill string and pressurize it until the salvage entry, then rotate it counterclockwise for 1.5 to 2 circles, and then lift it lightly. After the fish is caught, try to open the pump to pass the water hole. If the rock fish is stuck, move or shock it to release it. Otherwise, withdraw the salvage spear. 5.4.4 When withdrawing the salvage spear underground, first use the 50-200kN drill string gravity or the down-beater to hit it down to loosen the bite between the slip and the inner wall of the rock. Then lift the drill string and make its hanging weight less than the salvage hanging weight by 5kV. Then, turn the drill string clockwise for 3-5 circles, and repeat this operation until the salvage spear is withdrawn.
.5.5 Precautions
.5.5.1 Unscrew the drill rope when lifting the drill.
.5.5.2 Do not rotate the drill when it is stuck, and do not lift or jerk it violently. 5.5.3 After the fish is salvaged, hit it down in the rat hole to release the fish. 6 Male silver
6.1 Tool selection
Select the male cone according to the size of the fish water according to Table 1 in SY5114. 6.2 Check before lowering
Check the cone, salvage threads and joints should be free of damage, and the water hole should be unobstructed. 6.3 Drill string assembly
Male cone + safety joint + drill pipe.
16.4 Key points of operation
.6.4.1 Same as 5.4.1.
6.4.2 Same as 5.4.2.
6.4.3 Same as 5.4.3.
6.4.4 After stopping the pump, pressurize about 10kN, slowly rotate the drill string clockwise to make a buckle, pay attention to control the reverse, after the buckle circle is made, the drilling pressure can be increased to about 20kN to continue making buckles, until 3 to 4 circles or the male cone does not buckle. But the maximum number of twisting circles of the drill tool shall not exceed. 6.4,5 After the buckle is made, hold the pump to establish circulation. Try to lift the drill. If it can be lifted, lift it about 5m from the bottom, release and brake it several times. If it does not fall off and the torsion effect is good, you can start the drill. 6.5 Precautions
6.5.1 Same as 5.5.1.
6.5.2 Male taper should not be used for drilling with a length of less than 1. 6.5.3 If the drill is stuck after fishing, the lifting and releasing force should be controlled when moving the drill tool to prevent the male taper from being broken by excessive force. 7 Salvage Sleeve
7.1 Tool Selection
Select the salvage sleeve and its slips according to the size of the lifting eye and the outer diameter of the fish head according to Table 1 in SY5068. Generally, the nominal salvage inner diameter of the slip is less than the outer diameter of the fish head 3mm.
7.2 Inspection before fishing
7.2.1 When disassembling, clamp the sleeve, remove the guide shoe, and take out the control card. Then rotate the screw slip clockwise to take out the screw slip, and then remove the upper joint and take out the "V*" seal ring.
$Y 5409--91
7.2.2 Check the upper joint, "V" seal ring, cylinder, digging card, screw slip, standard push shoe (or enlarged guide shoe) and wall hook and extension section (when the basket slip is selected, the corresponding parts are basket slip, seal control ring, "R" type seal and -○" type seal diagram). The appearance should be free of defects.
7.2.3 The assembly sequence is opposite to that of 7.2.1. Note that after the slip is in place, it should be pushed by hand to be flexible, the lip of the V* seal ring should be upward, and the thread should be tightened.
7.3 Drill string assemblybzxz.net
a, in the general situation underground: salvage the slip Safety joint + drill pipe b, and in case of complicated situations, salvage tube + safety joint + lower hammer + upper gear + drill chain + shock accelerator + drill pipe. 7.4 Key points of operation
7.4.1 Before drilling, calculate the fish neck entry, milling shoe entry and salvage entry. 7.4.2 Same as 5.4.2.
After drilling, record the hanging weight, start the pump, circulate the drill fluid to flush the fish top. 7.4.3
Stop the pump, rotate intermittently clockwise and slowly lower the cobalt column to test the fish top. According to the changes in the salvage entry and the hanging weight of the salvage drill string, it is estimated that the slip has entered the fish neck salvage area, and then stop lowering the drill string. 7.4.5
Slowly lift the drill bit and judge whether the fish has been caught according to the change of the hanging weight. If the fish has not been caught, repeat the steps of 7.4.4 and 7.4.5. 7.4.7
Stop the pump and lift the fish 4 to 5 meters away from the bottom of the well. Brake the pump 2 to 3 times. If there is no change after the added hanging weight, the drill bit can be pulled out. 7.4.8
After catching the fish, if the fish is stuck, exit the salvage tube and perform the operation according to 5.4.5. 7. 4.9 When the fish head cannot be found after the fish is fished, if the length of the salvage drill tool is checked correctly, you can add a larger guide shoe or wall hook on the salvage tube, or add a toggle or bend the drill rod to salvage.
7.4.10 When the fish head axis is irregular, use an extension section to salvage. 7.5 Precautions
7.6.1 Same as 5.6.1.
.5.2 After the salvage shell is pulled out, release the fish in the rat hole. 8 Mother cone
8.1 Tool selection
Select the female cone according to the outer diameter of the fish head according to Table 1 in SY5115. 8.2 Inspection before going downhole
Same as 6.2.1.
8.3 Drill string assembly
Female cone + safety joint + drill pipe.
8.4 Key points of operation
8.4.1Same as 5.4.1.
8.4.2Same as 5.4 .2.
8.4.3 Same as 5.4.3.
8.4.4 After stopping the pump, increase the pressure to about 10-50kN, slowly rotate the drill string clockwise to make a hole, pay attention to controlling the reverse, after one circle of threading, the drilling pressure can be increased to about 20-100kN, and continue to make a hole until 3-4 circles or the mother cone does not thread. However, the maximum number of twisting circles of the drill tool shall not exceed 6.4.5.
8.5 Precautions
Same as 5.5.1.
