Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T51213-1999 Product Quality Classification of Feed Grinders (Internal Use) Published on 1999-12-30 National Bureau of Machinery Industry Implemented on 2000-06-01 JB/T51213—1999 This standard is a revision of JB/T51213.1~51213.3—94 "Product Quality Classification of Feed Grinders". During the revision, editorial changes were made to the original standard, and the main technical content remained unchanged. This standard replaces JB/T51213.1~51213.3—94 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Agricultural Machinery Standardization. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is the Animal Husbandry Machinery Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences. The main drafters of this standard are Huang Xiguo, Chen Boshuang, Jiang Jianqun, Wang Weilan and Wu Jianmin. 1 Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Quality Grading of Feed Grinders (Internal Use) JB/T51213—1999 Replaces JB/T51213.1~512133—94 This standard specifies the quality grade indicators, test methods and inspection rules for feed grinders. This standard applies to the quality grading of feed grinders. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When testing various types of crushers, the following sieve apertures are used (see Table 2). Table 2 2 Safety requirements Crushing grains Crushing grains and straw Crushing straw Feed crushers should be able to reliably cut off the transmission of power. Sieve aperture Each exposed rotating part should have a reliable safety protection device, such as a safety protection cover with pulleys. The protection methods of the motor shaft and the pulley shaft and the pulley shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 6 of GB10395.1-1989. 4 Test methods 4.1 Sampling methods 4.1.1 According to GB/T2828, samples shall be taken at any time from the products produced by the enterprise in the past 6 months. The sample size is 2 units. When sampling in the enterprise, the inventory of complete machines shall not be less than 25 units; this limit does not apply when sampling in the market. Performance test 4.2.1 Test methods 4.2.1.1 The instruments, meters and measuring tools used in the test must have a valid inspection certificate issued by the metrology department and shall not be replaced at will during the inspection process. If replacement is indeed necessary, the inspected items must be re-inspected. 2 Product test and determination shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T6971. See Table 3 for specific methods. 4.2.1.2 Test and inspection items Power consumption per ton of material Feed temperature rise Bearing temperature rise Dust concentration Service reliability JB/T51213-1999 Test method According to 15.1 in GBT69711986 According to GBT6971198 6 in 15.5 According to GBT69711986 in 15.4 According to GBT69711986 in 15.6 According to GBT69711986 in 15.7 Refer to GB/T59171986 According to GBT69711986 in 24.2 Average working time before first failure Hammer (flat teeth, hammer )Life Sieve life Rotor balance Paint film adhesion Paint film appearance quality Safety devices and markings According to 2.1.3 of GBT5667-1985 According to 23.1.2 of GBT6971-1986 According to 23.1.2 of GBT6971-1986 According to JB/T98 22.1 According to JB/T5673—1991 According to JBT5673—1991 According to Table 1 No. 14 3 Reliability assessment: The average operating time before the first failure should generally be undertaken by the quality inspection department recognized by the state, or it can be entrusted to the production enterprise for self-test. Each item shall not be less than 2 units, and the test results must be reported to the quality inspection department. It will be effective only after being approved and stamped by the quality inspection department. 4.2.1.4 During the test, the working conditions of each prototype shall be recorded in detail according to the shift. 5 All failures occurring during the test shall be recorded in detail, including the time, situation, cause analysis, and repair work time. Take photos when necessary. 5 Inspection rules 1 Inspection level Use special inspection level S-1. Classification of non-conforming items Any item that is lower than the qualified product requirements specified in Chapter 3 is considered non-conforming. It is divided into three categories: A, B, and C according to the degree of impact on the use of the product, see Table 4. 5.3 Determination principles Evaluate each item one by one and determine by category. The lowest grade that can be achieved in each category is determined as the quality grade of the batch of products. See Table 5 for the determination array.
