4.1 Sampling methods
4.1.1 According to GB/T2828, samples shall be taken at any time from the products produced by the enterprise in the past 6 months. The sample size is 2 units. When sampling in the enterprise, the inventory of complete machines shall not be less than 25 units; this limit does not apply when sampling in the market. Performance test
4.2.1 Test methods
4.2.1.1 The instruments, meters and measuring tools used in the test must have a valid inspection certificate issued by the metrology department and shall not be replaced at will during the inspection process. If replacement is indeed necessary, the inspected items must be re-inspected. 2 Product test and determination shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T6971. 3 Reliability assessment: The average operating time before the first failure should generally be undertaken by the quality inspection department recognized by the state, or it can be entrusted to the production enterprise for self-test. Each item shall not be less than 2 units, and the test results must be reported to the quality inspection department. It will be effective only after being approved and stamped by the quality inspection department.
4.2.1.4 During the test, the working conditions of each prototype shall be recorded in detail according to the shift. 5 All failures occurring during the test shall be recorded in detail, including the time, situation, cause analysis, and repair work time. Take photos when necessary.
5 Inspection rules
1 Inspection level
Use special inspection level S-1.
Classification of non-conforming items
Any item that is lower than the qualified product requirements specified in Chapter 3 is considered non-conforming. It is divided into three categories: A, B, and C according to the degree of impact on the use of the product, see Table 4.
5.3 Determination principles
Evaluate each item one by one and determine by category. The lowest grade that can be achieved in each category is determined as the quality grade of the batch of products. See Table 5 for the determination array.
