JB/T 10045.4-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J59 002.4-88 "Quality and Dimension Deviation of Plasma Arc Cutting for Thermal Cutting". During the revision, only editorial changes were made according to relevant regulations, and the technical content remained unchanged. This standard specifies the quality grade, dimensional deviation and measurement method of plasma arc cutting surface. This standard is applicable to mechanized and semi-mechanized plasma arc cutting of low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, ordinary alloy structural steel, high alloy steel, aluminum and stainless steel rolled steel. This standard was first issued on August 10, 1988. The main drafters of this standard: Wen Zhonghe, Liu Qingfa, Li Tingwei This standard was first issued in 1988, and this revision is the first revision. 680 1 Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Thermal Cutting Plasma Arc Cutting Quality and Dimensional Deviation Thermal cutting-Quality and dimensional deviation of plasma cutting This standard specifies the quality grade, dimensional deviation and measurement method of plasma arc cutting surface. JB/T 10045.4—1999 Replaces ZBJ59002.4—88 This standard applies to mechanized and semi-mechanized plasma cutting of low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, ordinary low alloy structural steel, high alloy steel, aluminum and stainless steel rolled steel. Cited Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. JB/T10045.3--1999 Thermal Cutting Gas Cutting Quality and Dimension Deviation 3 Cutting Surface Quality The cutting surface quality is evaluated by the two parameters of cutting surface flatness u and cutting depth; dross, post-application, upper edge melting degree and notch are not used as the basis for quality classification. The quality of the cut surface of X, Y, V, and K-shaped cuts shall be evaluated separately for each cut surface. 3.1 The quality of the cut surface is divided into two levels, I and 1. The grading ranges of the cut surface flatness u and the cut depth h are shown in Figures 1 and 2. mm Weijie Heavy Separation Incision Thickness Quality! Quality 1 Figure 1 Cutting Surface Flatness (Numerical Values Indicate Upper Limit) Book 3.2 When there are special requirements, the quality of the cut surface can also be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. The agreed cutting surface flatness u and cutting depth h should be indicated on the drawing, as shown in 6.3b) of JB/T10045.3--1999 approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on June 24, 1999, and implemented on January 1, 2000. um 4 Workpiece dimensional deviation 130 Quality I Quality plate! Figure 2 Cutting depth (the value indicates the upper limit) Workpiece dimensional deviation refers to the difference between the basic size of the workpiece and the actual size after cutting. The actual size should be measured after the incision is cleaned and cooled to room temperature. The workpiece dimensional deviation is shown in Table 1. The deviation includes the deviation caused by the flatness of the cutting surface. Table 1 Workpiece size deviation Cutting thickness 5~50 5~50 35~315 Note: The workpiece size deviations listed in the table are applicable to a) dimensions without tolerances on the drawing; b) workpieces with an aspect ratio less than or equal to 4:1; c) workpieces with a cutting circumference greater than or equal to 350mm. Determination and marking of cut surface quality Basic size range 315~1000 1000~~2000 5.1 The values of the flatness u and the cutting depth h of the cut surface can be measured respectively by measuring instruments and measuring tools. 5.2 The measurement method of the cut surface and the marking on the drawing shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of JB/T10045.3. 632bzxz.net 2000-~4000 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
