Type inspection should be carried out in the following circumstanceswwW.bzxz.Net a) The results of the previous and subsequent sampling inspections are quite different; b) The production environment has changed significantly due to human or natural factors; c) The national quality supervision agency or the competent department has put forward the type inspection requirements. 5.3.2 Delivery inspection Before each batch of products is delivered, the production unit shall conduct delivery inspection. The delivery inspection content includes packaging, marking, basic requirements. 1 The production indicators are selected and tested by both parties to the transaction according to the contract. Delivery can only be carried out after passing the inspection. 54 Judgment rules 54.1 When sampling and inspecting each batch of samples to be inspected, the samples with sensory defects shall be recorded, and the percentage of non-conformity shall be calculated according to the weight of the defective fruit. If the average minimum qualified rate of each batch of inspected products does not exceed 50%, and one item of the standards is unqualified, double sampling should be carried out for re-inspection. If it still fails, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified. 6 Marking According to the provisions of GB7718, 7 Packaging, storage and transportation 71 Packaging The packaging materials of litchi should be firm, clean, non-toxic and odorless. Appropriate size cartons (should comply with the provisions of GB6543), small bamboo baskets, plastic fruit baskets (should comply with the provisions of GB/T=73?) can be used as outer packaging: the inner packaging can be made of polyethylene plastic film (bags) in accordance with the provisions of GB9687, and small bamboo baskets can be used for packaging. A small amount of clean fresh leaves can be placed on the bottom and surface of the basket. 72 Storage The storage site of sticky branches should be cool, windproof, rainproof, non-toxic, odorless, and free of pollution sources. 7.3 Transportation The means of transportation should be clean, non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free, and should be equipped with sunscreen and anti-aging facilities.
