Bamboo-wooden box: the box block or frame is made of wood, and the ends, sides, top plate and bottom plate are made of bamboo plywood. Bamboo-steel box: the base frame is a shaped structure (or a mixed structure of steel and wood), and the ends, sides, top plate and bottom plate are made of bamboo plywood. 3.3

4.1 Types

The length and width of bamboo plywood boxes shall comply with the provisions of GB4892. When the box length is greater than 1200mm and the box width is greater than 1000mm, its dimensions shall comply with the requirements of the loading dimensions of the means of transport. 4.4 The structural dimensions, component selection and assembly methods of bamboo plywood boxes are shown in Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C (reference). 5 Technical requirements
5.1 Materials
5.1.1 Bamboo plywood
5.1.1.1 The bamboo plywood used must comply with the provisions of GB13123. 5.1.1.2 The bamboo plywood used for boxes of all levels shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 Requirements for bamboo plywood used for boxes of all levels

5.1.2.1 The main load-bearing components are generally made of larch, pine, fir, and elm. Wood with the same or greater strength can also be used. Other components can be appropriately selected from other woods under the premise of ensuring strength. 5.1.2.2 The moisture content of wood is generally not more than 20%, but the moisture content of slides, auxiliary slides, external components of packaging boxes and materials for third-grade boxes can be less than 25%.

In any 1 m length of wood, the number of knots shall not exceed 5, and the maximum knot diameter shall not exceed 20% of the wood width (dead knots must be repaired), and knots with a diameter of less than 5 mm are not counted. There shall be no dead knots in the main stress-bearing parts of the sliding plate. The crack length shall not exceed 20% of the material length (the width is less than 10 mm). 5.1.5.1 Nails shall comply with the provisions of GB349. Glued nails, barbed nails, pallet nails, nails for automatic nailing machines and U-shaped nails may also be used. 5.1.5.2 Hexagonal wood nails shall comply with the provisions of GB102. 5.1.5.3 Bolts shall comply with the provisions of B 5780, GB 953 and GB 897. 5.1.5.4 Nuts shall comply with the provisions of GB 41. The thickness shall not be less than 0.3 mm; the width of the steel strip with a mass of more than 50 kg shall not be less than 15 mm, and the thickness shall not be less than 0.4 mm. 5.1.5.7 The shapes of the edge guard iron, angle guard iron, sliding wood protection iron, lifting protection iron and iron ventilation hood are shown in Figure 4. 5.2.1 Manufactured in accordance with the design drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. Submerged wood protection iron

5.2.2 The gap between the box and the frame components shall not be greater than 3mm, and shall not be greater than 5mm after the test. The welds of the steel frame and steel base shall not crack after the test, and the magnesia concrete components shall not have cracks after the test. 5.2.3 The edges and adjacent faces shall be perpendicular to each other. The difference between the two diagonals of each face shall not be greater than 0.4% of the diagonal length when the long side of the face is less than 1200mm, and shall not be greater than 0.6% of the diagonal after the test; when the long side of the face is greater than 1200mm, it shall not be greater than 0.3% of the diagonal length, and shall not be greater than 0.5% after the test. 5.2.4 The difference in height between the two side slides shall not be greater than 6mm. When two or more slides form a slide group, the middle slide shall not be higher than the two side slides. 5.2.5 The bamboo plywood box panels of type A and type F boxes are not allowed to be spliced: Type 1-B boxes with a length greater than 1200 mm can be spliced, but the joints wGB 13144: -91
The end panels and side panels are generally butt-jointed, and the gap between the butt joints shall not be greater than 5mm. The joints shall be arranged at the columns or flats as much as possible, otherwise additional columns or additional flats shall be added.
The top panels shall be overlapped, and the overlap width shall not be less than 50mm. The overlap direction shall be conducive to drainage. The interface shall be arranged at the beams or beam supports as much as possible, otherwise additional beams or additional beam supports shall be added. The bottom panels can be butt-jointed or overlapped according to the situation. The gap between the butt joints shall not be greater than 8mm, the overlap width shall not be less than 40mm, and they shall be arranged at the hang wood or slide wood.
5.2.7 Guard irons and angle irons should be nailed on the edges and corners. When the weight of the package is greater than 3000kg, a sliding wood protection should be nailed on the lifting point. A lifting protection iron should be nailed on the contact between the lifting rope and the upper frame wood. Various metal protection parts of the first and second level boxes must be complete. 5.2. For C-type boxes and D-type boxes that need ventilation, ventilation holes (openings) should be opened above the two end surfaces of the box, and window screens and ventilation hoods should be nailed on the outer wall of the ventilation holes (openings).
5.2.9 Appearance requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 5.

6.1 The dimensions of bamboo plywood boxes are measured with a steel tape measure or a steel ruler, and the appearance is visually inspected. 6.2 Wood defects shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB155.3 and GB4823.3. Grade 3

6.3 For bamboo plywood boxes with an internal mass of no more than 200kg, the main test items are pressure test and drop test. The pressure test shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB4857.4.

6.4 Bamboo plywood boxes with a mass of more than 200 k8 shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB5398. 7 Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
7.1-Factory inspection
7.1.1 Inspection items
Appearance of the box, the size of the box, the height difference of the sliding wood on both sides, the gap between the box guards or the joints between the frame members, the welds of the steel members, the diagonal lines of the surface, and the use of reinforcement and protection components. 7.1.2 Sampling method and judgment rules
When batch production is delivered, random inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB2828. The batch (V) shall be inspected by the normal inspection-second sampling plan.

Random sampling is adopted. The sampling quantity is 3. Only one item is allowed to be unqualified. If two items are unqualified, double re-inspection is recommended. If one item is unqualified during the re-inspection, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified.
8 Packaging, marking, transportation, storage

A5.1 The bamboo plywood and the box rails are connected with steel nails, which are arranged in two rows in a staggered manner. The distance between the nails in the same row shall not be greater than 70mm, and the nail tip shall be bent at least 15 mm and compact.
A5.2 When assembling, nail the steel nails from thin materials to thick materials. The steel nails should enter about 4/5 of the thick materials, but cannot penetrate. Depending on the situation, angle head wood screws can also be used to assemble the box.
