This standard specifies the product classification, type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of single-faced corrugated cardboard production line.
This standard applies to single-faced corrugated cardboard production line (hereinafter referred to as single-faced line). This production line is used to produce single-faced corrugated cardboard, and can continuously complete the processes of feeding, preheating, corrugating, gluing, bonding, drying and cutting. 2 Reference standards

3 Terms
3.1 Single-sided corrugated cardboard
Corrugated cardboard with one layer of boxboard and one layer of corrugated paper glued together or with only one side mounted. 3.2 Single-sided line cutting speed
The conveying speed of the single-sided corrugated cardboard passing through the rotary paper cutter and paper opener. 3.3 Production speed
The maximum working speed of producing qualified single-sided corrugated cardboard when the single-sided line is running stably. 4 Product classification
4.1 The single-sided line consists of the following single machines:
Roll paper rack;

4.2 Type
4.2.1 Single-machine lines are divided into the following three types according to the heating method: a.
Electric heating:
Gas (liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, etc.) heating: Steam heating.
4.2.2 Single-sided lines are divided into 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200mm according to the effective width of the produced crystals. 4.3 The single-faced line model consists of uppercase Chinese phonetic letters and Arabic numerals, and the expression method is as follows: Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on December 9, 1994

5.1 The single-sided line shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.2 The shape, moisture content and surface quality of the single-sided corrugated board produced by the single-sided line shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 and Articles 2.2 and 2.3 of GB6544; the main materials used in processing corrugated board shall comply with Article 1.3 of GB6544. 5.3 The paperboard cut out by the single-sided line at various stable speeds shall have a paper cutting length and diagonal length size deviation of no more than ±4mm, and the paperboard fracture shall be flat and smooth.
5.4 The design, manufacture and inspection of pressure vessels in steam-heated single-sided lines must comply with the relevant specifications, regulations and technical provisions of pressure vessels. 2

The purchased parts, outsourced parts and raw materials used in single-sided lines should be qualified products. Each unit of the single-sided line should have a reasonable structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and safe and reliable use. 5.6
The pipelines in the single-sided line should be unobstructed, without leakage, and flexible to control. 5.8 There should be no abnormal screaming and irregular impact sounds during the operation of the single-sided line, and the moving parts should be light, flexible, stable, without obstruction, and without overheating.
5.9 Parts that are easy to loosen during operation should have anti-loosening devices. Exposed rotating parts should have protective devices. Motorized reciprocating motion should have extreme position protection devices.
When the single-sided line is working normally, the tension adjustment of the paper roll should meet the process requirements, and the tension change during adjustment should basically maintain a linear gradient. 5.10
The working noise of the single-sided line is not greater than 85dB(A). 5.12The outer surface of each single machine should not have protrusions, depressions, roughness and uneven defects formed by non-designed structures. The painted surface should be complete, bright and evenly colored, and no obvious spots, patterns, bubbling or shedding is allowed. 5.13
The quality of the corrugated sheet of the single-sided line should meet the following requirements: The corrugated sheet of the newly manufactured (or repaired) corrugated sheet should meet the requirements of Table 2. Table 2

Under normal operation and operating conditions, the corrugated silver life should ensure that the cumulative length of the production of single-sided corrugated board is not less than 8×10°m. 5.14 Under the conditions that the user complies with the installation and use regulations of the product, within 18 months from the date of delivery and within 12 months from the date of installation by the user, if the product cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge. 6 Test method
Before the single-sided line leaves the factory, each product must undergo an empty running test and a load test. 6.1 The empty running test has a running time of not less than 1h and shall comply with the requirements of Articles 5.7 and 5.8 of this standard. 3

6.2 The single-sided line shall be subjected to a load test after the empty running test. The steam heating of single-sided line can also be carried out at the user's place. 6.3 Test instruments: infrared thermometer (or surface thermometer), speedometer, tape measure, corrugated board thickness gauge, sound level meter of type or above, power meter, etc.
6.4 Test conditions and procedures
6.4.1 The ambient temperature of the test site shall not be lower than 0℃. 6.4.2 The operator shall be skilled.
6.4.3 The rated voltage is 380V for electric heating, and the fluctuation value shall not exceed 5% of the rated value: for gas heating, the gas outlet pressure is 0.01~0.05MPa, and the consumption is about 8kg/h. For steam heating, the pressure is 0.8~1MPa, and the consumption is about 300kg/h. 6.4.4 The width is the corresponding width, and the basis weight is 300g/m* roll boxboard and 125g/m roll corrugated base paper shall comply with the provisions of GB6544.
6.4.5 The adhesive shall be starch adhesive or other adhesives with equivalent effects. Its viscosity and other physical and chemical properties shall meet the process requirements.
6.4.6 The single-sided line to be tested shall meet the following requirements: a. The deviation of the calibration center line of each single machine from the center line of the single-sided line shall not exceed ±5mm. The parallelism between the process rollers of adjacent single machines shall be less than 1mm.
b. The horizontal flatness of each single machine shall be less than 0.5mm within a length of 1000mm. 6.4.7 Preheat the heating roll of the single-sided line: the surface temperature of the upper and lower corrugated rolls and the pressing roll of the single-sided line for electric and gas heating is about 170~180℃: steam heating is about 150~170℃. Other preheating temperatures are selected according to actual operation needs. 6.5 Test content
6.5.1 Production speed test
The production speed test is carried out only after the single-sided line is preheated to the specified temperature and reaches stable operation. The surface linear speed of the pressing roll in contact with the lower corrugated roll is measured by a tachometer or other methods. The value should comply with the provisions of Table 1 of this standard. 6.5.2. Single-sided corrugated board quality test
After the single-sided line is running stably, the flute height and number of turns of the produced single-sided corrugated board are measured by a corrugated board thickness gauge and a tape measure. The quality of the single-sided corrugated board should comply with 5.2,bzxz.net
6.5.3 Paper cutting accuracy and paper cutting quality test
The single-sided line continuously cuts 10 single-sided corrugated cardboards with a length of 1m at a stable production speed, and the accuracy and cutting quality shall meet the requirements of 5.3 of this standard.
6.5.4 Test of the length range of paper cutting of the single-sided line When the single-sided line is running stably, operate the length adjustment device to cut the shortest and longest single-sided corrugated cardboards respectively, and the length range measured by the tape measure shall meet the requirements of Table 1 of this standard. 6.5.5 At the common production speed, the microphone is 1.5m away from the ground, and 6 points are selected at a height of 1m along the periphery of the single-sided line. The highest noise value of each measuring point is taken as the noise value of the single-sided line, which shall meet the requirements of this standard. 6.5.6 The life of the corrugated cardboard shall be determined by the test report approved by the statutory inspection department, or the statutory inspection department shall conduct a comprehensive assessment of the life of the corrugated cardboard based on the original data provided by the user. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Each single-sided line must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard and related standards and technical documents before it can be shipped. 7.2 Factory inspection
Each product should be inspected at the factory. Except for noise, heating energy consumption, power consumption, maximum diameter of paper rolls, paper cutting speed, and life of corrugated paper, the remaining items shall be inspected item by item in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 7.3 Type inspection

7.3.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following situations a.
Trial design and identification of new products or old products for transfer to factory production: After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance: During normal production, an inspection shall be conducted periodically after a certain amount of production has been accumulated; When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension:
When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection, the type inspection items shall be all the technical requirements specified in this standard. 7.3.2
7.3.3 Sampling rules and judgment methods
If the annual output is less than 50 units, one unit shall be sampled from any batch; if the annual output is equal to or greater than 50 units, two units shall be sampled from any batch. 7.3.3. 1
Type inspections shall be qualified if all requirements of this standard are met. If the inspection fails, it shall be doubled and if it still fails, the batch shall be deemed to have failed the inspection of type 7.3.3.2.
8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
8.1 Marking
8.1.1 The single-sided line shall be fixed with a sign in an obvious position. The size and technical requirements of the sign shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The following contents shall be marked on the sign:

Product name and model:
Main technical parameters of the product;
Factory number or manufacturing date.
8.1.2 The operating requirements of the single-sided line shall be marked in appropriate positions. 8.2 Packaging
8.2.1 Packaging shall be carried out according to the characteristics of each single machine and the transportation conditions of the product, requiring safe transportation, reliable protection, and material conservation. The external dimensions and weight of the packaging box and packaging shall comply with the regulations of the transportation department. Before packaging, anti-rust grease should be applied to the parts of the product that may rust, or other anti-rust measures should be taken. 8.2.2
The base of the packaging box should have sufficient rigidity, and the product should be leveled in the box and fixed to the base. 8.2.3
8.2.4The distance between a single machine or component and the top plate and the inner walls of the box should not be less than 30mm. 8.2.5 Good protective measures should be taken for the products in the box, and plastic film should be added to cover them. 8.2.6 The following documents should be brought along with the product:
