The speed must be guaranteed to be (50±2) 1/min. The inner diameter of the drum is 200mm, the depth is 70mm, and the wall thickness is 3mm. Two baffles 180 apart are riveted on the wall. The length of the plate is 70mm, the width is 30mm, and the thickness is 3mm. The drum has a cover, and the cover and the drum fit tightly to ensure the sealing of the drum. Among them, the coal particles of 0.1n1m1~0.2mm shall account for more than 20% of the total coal sample. The coal sample shall be placed in a sealed container, and the time from sample preparation to test shall not exceed one week. 3 5.2 Special anthracite GB/T 54491997 The anthracite used for the determination of Roca index shall meet the following requirements and be approved by the National Coal Standardization Technical Committee. —4 is less than 4%; 一Var is less than 7% 一Particle size 0.3m~0.4mm 一Sieve underrate is not more than 7%. 6 Test steps 6.1 First weigh 5g of special anthracite, then weigh 1g of test coal sample and put it into the crucible, weighing to 0.001g. 6.2 Use a stirring wire to stir the mixed coal sample in the crucible for 2min. The stirring method is: the crucible is tilted at about 45 degrees, rotated counterclockwise, 15 times per minute. The stirring wire is also tilted at the same angle and rotated clockwise, about 150 times per minute. When stirring, the ring of the stirring wire contacts the arc part connecting the crucible wall and the bottom. After 1min45s, continue stirring while gradually turning the glass and the stirring wire to a vertical position. After 2min, the stirring is finished. When stirring, the coal sample should be prevented from splashing. After stirring, use a brush to gently brush the coal powder attached to the crucible wall onto the coal sample in the volute. Then use a stirring wire to level the sample, and lower it by 1tmm~2mm along the surface of the crucible wall so that the sample can be placed in the same plane after the pressure block presses it. 6.3 Use a forge to place the pressure block in the center of the crucible, then place the crucible under the pressure device, and gently lower the pressure rod to press statically for 30s. 6.4 After the pressure is completed, the pressure block remains on the sample and is covered with a lid. Note that from the time of stirring, the crucible with the sample should be handled with care to avoid impact and vibration. 6.5 Place the crucible with a lid in a glass rack and use a flat pin to send it into the constant temperature zone of the muffle furnace that has been pre-heated to 850C. Within 6min of being placed in the muffle furnace, the furnace temperature should return to 850℃, and the furnace temperature should be maintained at (850±10)℃ thereafter. Start timing from the time of placement: coking 15tmin. After that, remove the compact from the muffle furnace and place it to cool to room temperature. If the drum test is not carried out immediately, place the compact in a desiccator. 6.6 Take out the compact from the cooled crucible. When there is coke slag attached to the compact, it should be brushed into the crucible and the total amount of coke should be weighed. Then the coke is sieved on a 1mm hole sieve. The part on the sieve is weighed again. Then put it into the drum for the first drum test. The coke block after the drum test is sieved with a 1mm round hole sieve, and the mass of the sieved part is weighed again. Then, put it into the drum for the second drum test. Repeat the screening and weighing operations and carry out 3 drum tests in succession. Each drum test is 5 minutes, that is, 250r. All weighings are accurate to 0.01g. 6.7 When the cohesiveness of bituminous coal is very weak, the coke slag is extremely loose, and the screening should be carried out very carefully. It is not advisable to shake the sieve. The bottom of the coke block should be gently placed on the sieve surface, and the coke block should be taken out and weighed together with the coke chips larger than 1mm. If the sample does not form a block after coking, screen out the coke crumbs smaller than 1mm and weigh the coke crumbs larger than 1mm. During operation, be careful to prevent the leakage or loss of small coke crumbs. 7.
