Within a 2m long ribbon, the rate of defective characters with missing strokes, broken lines, burrs, ink clumps, and hollows is ≤5% times
After removing the ribbon from the packaging, remove the sealing label and store it carefully to prevent contamination. 5.2 Sample Conditioning and Test Environment
Sample condition shall be conditioned in an environment of 23℃±5℃ and 50%±10% relative humidity as specified in GB/T2918 for no less than 8 hours, and the test shall be conducted under such environmental conditions. 5.3 Dimension Measurement
5.3.1 Width Measurement
Measure the data using a steel ruler or vernier caliper with an accuracy of no less than 0.5mm. 5.3.2 Length Measurement

Inspect under natural light according to the requirements of 4.2.1 to 4.2.4. 5.5 Determination of color difference of the same color in the same batch
The instrument adopts an integrating sphere colorimeter, the standard illuminant is D65, and the color measurement field is 10°; the measurement area is generally a circular hole with a diameter of Φ25mm. If the measured part is small, a small area observation hole is allowed. But its area shall not be less than 25mm2. Taking the standard sample as the reference, measure the L*α*b* value of the CIEL*α*b* uniform color space, and then measure the color difference AE of other samples with the same color and the same part of the reference.
5.6 Tensile strength
Carry out according to the provisions of GB/T1040.3. The sample adopts a strip shape with a length of 150mm and a width of 15mm±0.1mm, the distance between the clamps is 100mm, the tensile speed is 100mm/min±10mm/min, and 5 longitudinal samples are measured respectively. 5.7 Determination of heat shrinkage
Carry out according to the provisions of GB/T12027 test method. When the oven is kept at a constant temperature of 120℃±3℃, place the samples flatly in the oven and start timing. After 10 minutes, take out the samples and measure them after they are fully cooled to the ambient temperature. Take the arithmetic mean of the test results of the samples as the thermal shrinkage rate of the ribbon, and keep two decimal places. 5.8 Determination of film roll tightness
Place the ribbon roll flat and use a Burke hardness tester to measure any positions of the outer cylindrical surface of the ribbon roll, a total of 5 places, and take the arithmetic mean of the 5 measurement results as the thermal shrinkage rate of the ribbon. Tightness of ribbon film roll 5.9 Print clarity
Install the ribbon and printing material on the printer separately, and configure embossed characters of No. 4 or above. According to the printing operation conditions, print continuously for 2m, and count the number of characters with missing strokes, burrs, clumping, and hollowness. The percentage of defective characters to the total number of characters is taken as the print clarity of the ribbon

Fix it on the sliding friction block 1 of the test machine: load 20N±0.2N; after turning on the machine, rub it at a uniform speed of 40 times/min, and record the number of frictions when the print begins to become blurred as the test result. 5.12 Anti-adhesion
Install the ribbon and the printing material on the printer separately:, set the temperature to 100℃~150℃; print pressure: 30N40N; print speed: 100 times/min~250 times/min, and print automatically for 2m continuously. Test whether the ribbon and the printing material can separate by themselves during the printing process. 5.13 Water boiling resistance
