Its production capacity, pulp concentration and unit power consumption shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.3 Manufacturing requirements Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on December 31, 1991, and implemented on August 1, 1992 4.3.1 Spindle QB/T1420--1991 The radial runout of the taper journal to the common axis of the front and rear support journals is 0.08mm. 4.3.2 Impeller The impeller needs to be statically balanced, and its unbalance on the outer edge shall not exceed 0.005 of its own weight. a. b.The hardness of the impeller guide surface shall not be less than HRC43. 4.4 Assembly requirements The gap between the bottom surface of the impeller and the screen plate is 0.5~2mm; a. b. The impeller rotates lightly and flexibly without any jamming. 4.5 Requirements for Idle Operation At the specified speed, the operation should be stable and reliable, without abnormal noise, no oil leakage at the lubrication point, and no water leakage at the sealing point; a. The limit value of the noise (sound pressure level) of the pulper shall not be higher than 85dB(A); b. The temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 20℃. 4.6 Appearance Requirements 4.6.1 The appearance of the pulper shall be smooth and flat, without obvious concave and convex phenomena; the welds shall be even and flat, without obvious misalignment. 4.6.2 The exposed parts of all machined parts shall be coated with anti-rust grease. 4.6.3 The paint layer of the pulper shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842.7 if the user has no special requirements. 4.6.4 The font of the product nameplate shall be clear and durable, neatly arranged and beautiful, and the installation position shall be correct and firm. 5 Test methods 5.1 Product performance test and general installation are carried out by the user in accordance with the inspection specifications of the pulp and paper mill. 5.2 The radial runout of the taper diameter of the main shaft to the common axis of the front and rear support shaft journals is measured using a dial gauge. 5.3 The gap between the impeller and the screen plate is measured with a thickness gauge or a feeler gauge. 5.4 Idle running test At the specified speed, the test time shall not be less than 1h; a. b. The sound level meter is 1 m away from the product, the measurement height is 1.5 m, and 4 measuring points are arranged around the pulper. The maximum noise value is the actual measured value; the bearing temperature rise is measured on the surface of the bearing seat with a thermometer. c. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The pulper shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped, and a product certificate shall be attached. 6.2 The inspection of the pulper is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.3 Factory inspection 6.3.1 Each pulper shall be subject to factory inspection in the manufacturing plant. 6.3.2 Factory inspection items and requirements Instructions; During the inspection, a comprehensive quality inspection shall be carried out on the product in accordance with the requirements of this standard and drawings, and a product certificate shall be prepared and signed. Processing and assembly quality inspections shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 5.2 and 5.3, and the inspection results shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.3 and 4.5. The idle running test shall be carried out in accordance with Article 5.4 and shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.5. One pulper from each batch is allowed to be tested; the appearance quality inspection shall be carried out by visual inspection or hand feeling, and the inspection results shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.6. 6.4 Type inspection 6.4.1 The pulper shall be subject to type inspection in the following situations. a. When new products are trial-produced and identified; After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; b. During normal production, regular or after accumulating a certain amount of output, an inspection should be carried out every two years. QB/T 1420-1991 and the national quality supervision agency have put forward the requirements for type inspection. 6.4.2 Type inspection includes factory inspection and performance inspection. 6.5 Sampling method Type inspection is carried out by sampling 5% of the batch, but not less than 2 units. 6.6 Judgment principle After the samples are tested and all indicators are qualified, the batch of pulpers is qualified. If one indicator is unqualified, double sampling inspection is carried out. If there is still one indicator that is unqualified, the batch of pulpers should be inspected one by one. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Each pulper shall be marked with a product nameplate in an appropriate and obvious position, including: product name, model: Main technical parameters Manufacture date, number: Manufacturer name. 7.2 The impeller rotation direction shall be clearly marked with red paint. 7.3 The packaging of the pulper shall comply with the provisions of QB/T842.8. 7.4 The packaging box shall comply with the requirements of land and water transportation and loading and unloading. The individual parts shall be fixed in the box when packing to avoid mechanical damage during transportation and storage. 7.5 Technical documents accompanying the pulper a. One copy of the product certificate; b. One copy of the product installation drawing and foundation drawing; c. One copy of the product instruction manual; d. One copy of the product packing list. 7.6 The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry place. It is not allowed to be stored in the open air to avoid rust and damage. 7.7 The product should be cleaned before packaging. The threaded parts of the anchor bolts and the bottom rail adjustment bolts should be coated with anti-rust grease. It is required that there will be no rust for six months from the date of packaging. 8 Quality Assurance If the user complies with the conditions of transportation, storage, installation, use, maintenance and trial operation specified in this standard and the product manual, if the product is used within eighteen months from the date of delivery from the factory, then within six months from the date of the start of use, if the pulper is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repair, replacement and avoidance (except damaged parts).
