Petroleum drilling derrick is an important component of oil and gas drilling equipment. The reliability of derrick operation is closely related to drilling safety production. This standard is specially formulated to ensure drilling safety production. This standard is proposed by China National Petroleum Corporation. This standard is organized by the Petroleum Industry Safety Professional Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting units of this standard are: Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Xinjiang Petroleum Administration Bureau, Drilling Technology Research Institute, and Drilling Company. Who are the main drafters of this standard? Chen Zhengguo Guo Chen Zhang Huang Chen Jianguo Han Guo Year 1 Scope
Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Specification for Grading Appraisal of Petroleum Drilling Derricks
Specificatton for grading appraisal of petroleum drilling derricks
Specificatton for grading appraisal of petroleum drilling derricks
The standard specifies the inspection, appraisal content and method for grading of petroleum and natural gas drilling derricks. SY 6442-2000
This standard is applicable to the grading and appraisal of various types of drilling derricks for onshore and shallow sea petroleum and natural gas, and provides a technical basis for the management, use and scrapping of derricks.
2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is released, the versions shown are all valid. All standards are subject to revision. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB/T 2829-1987 Periodic inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to the inspection of production process stability) SY5876-93 Safety inspection regulations for oil drilling teams SY/T5954-94 Acceptance items and requirements before drilling SY/T6326-1997 Testing and evaluation methods for the bearing capacity of oil drilling rigs 3 Inspection and testing requirements www.bzxz.net
3.1 The object of inspection is the oil drilling rig in use. 3.2 The oil drilling rig should be regularly inspected by the competent department. The drilling rig is graded and evaluated every 3 years. The rig that was previously rated as Class C should be tested once every 2 years. 3.3 The inspected rigs should have a rig file, which should include the following contents: a) Unit name; b) Drilling team number; c) Drilling rig model; d) Derrick model; d) Manufacturer; f) Production number; g) Production date; h) Derrick number; i) Drilling depth of each well and drilling cycle; i) Maximum well depth drilled; k) Maximum load borne during drilling operations; 1) Occurrence of underground accidents; m) Total number of drilling rigs per month; n) Accumulated drilling footage; o) Damage and repair of derricks; p) Results of grading inspection, testing and evaluation of derricks. Approved by National Petroleum and Chemical Industry Week 200-03-31 Implementation on 2000-10-01
4 Contents and methods of inspection and testing
4.1 Appearance inspection of derrick
4.1.1H Inspection of bending and deformation of the derrick thigh. 4.1.2D Inspection of the distortion of the derrick body. 4.2 Inspection of the upper body of the tower type derrick
4.2.1 The main body of the derrick and the tie bars should be complete and intact. 4.2.2 The number of replaced columns of the derrick body 1. 4.2.3 The number of replaced tie bars on the main body of the derrick. 4.3 Inspection of derrick parts
SY 6442200
The derrick accessories such as the working platform, ladder, handrail, etc. should comply with the relevant provisions of SY/15954 and SY5876. 4.4 Inspection of the expansion degree of the diameter of the connecting pin hole of the gantry The pin hole diameter is measured with a vernier caliper, and the measurement accuracy is not less than 0.02 mm4.4.1 Measure the expansion rate Ad/d (%) of the diameter of the connecting pin hole of the gantry leg. Note: Ad is the difference between the actual diameter and the designed pin hole diameter, unit: mm: d is the original designed pin hole diameter, unit: mm4.4.2 Measure and record the number of pin holes with an expansion rate greater than 1% in the diameter of the connecting pin hole of the main reinforcement of the gantry. The inspection adopts the method of random inspection, and the random inspection shall implement the secondary sampling plan specified in GB/T2829. 4.5 Detection of the actual bearing capacity of the drilling derrick4.5.1 The detection of the actual bearing capacity of the drilling derrick shall be undertaken by a qualified unit. 4.5.2 The detection method of the actual bearing capacity of the drilling derrick shall be implemented in accordance with SY/T6326. 4.5.3 After the inspection work is completed, the inspection unit shall submit the inspection and grading report to the inspected unit in a timely manner. 4.6 Drilling derrick grading and assessment method
The grading of drilling derricks is divided into four levels: A, B, and C according to the actual load-bearing capacity detected. Grade A: The actual load-bearing capacity is not less than the design rated load; Grade B: The actual load-bearing capacity is not less than 85% of the design rated load; Grade C: The actual load-bearing capacity is not less than 60% of the design rated load; Grade D: The actual load-bearing capacity is less than 10% of the design rated load. 5 Basis for scrapping of drilling derricks
5.1 Any drilling derrick that meets any of the following conditions should be scrapped. If it is not allowed to continue to be used, it should be tested and assessed. a) The derrick head is severely bent and cannot be corrected; b) The frame body has obvious distortion and deformation;
c) The expansion rate of the diameter of any connecting pin hole of the derrick thigh is greater than 1%; d) According to the inspection in 4.4.2, the diameter of the connecting pin hole of the main reinforcement of the derrick body exceeds the standard by more than 10%; e) The derrick has been burned.
5.2 Any drilling rig that meets any of the following conditions shall be deemed scrapped: a) The cumulative drilling rig-months of the drilling rig are greater than 100 rig-months; b) The rig is tested and rated as Class D according to 4.5 and 4.6; c) The number of columns replaced according to 4.2 is greater than 20%; d) The number of tie bars replaced according to 4.2 is greater than 50%.
