This standard specifies the basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and markings of pneumatic ash carriers (hereinafter referred to as ash carriers). Transportation and storage.
This standard is applicable to ash carriers of bulk tank structure, which are modified from standard automobile chassis and used in oil and gas field solid lifting operations.

3.1 Ash unloading car
After the dry powder and granular materials (hereinafter referred to as ash) are fluidized by compressed air, the ash is transported to a sealed end special vehicle with a certain vertical distance and horizontal separation through the flow channel.
3.2 Light ash unloading car (hereinafter referred to as light ash car)

4 Type and basic parameters
4.1 Type

5 Technical requirements
5.1 The ash car shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. Ash car

5.2 The steel plates used shall comply with the provisions of GB6654, and the materials of the key body and gas tank and other pressure parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 2 of GB150. Substitute materials shall not reduce the product quality of parts and the whole vehicle. 5.3 The welds of welded parts shall be evenly hooked and firm. Solid, flat, and in good shape, there shall be no defects such as cracks, pores, slag and burn-through that reduce the strength. Welding slag and metal splashes should be carefully removed from the weld. Other requirements for welded parts shall comply with the provisions of SY5305. 5.4 The surface paint shall be coordinated, evenly drawn, and smooth, and the paint layer shall be free of cracks, peeling, blistering, flow marks, wrinkles, etc. Other requirements for painting shall be in accordance with the provisions of SY5308.
5.5 Carbon cast iron parts shall comply with the provisions of SY5302. 5 .6 All parts, components, connectors and fasteners should be installed properly, and should not be deformed or fall off under vibration and impact, and should have sufficient strength and rigidity.
5.7 The signal and lighting systems should work normally, and the rearview mirror should be installed properly. 5.8 When the ash truck is working, the brake system should not be overheated or abnormal, the brake separation should be complete, the pipe should not leak, and the weld should not crack. 5.9 The assembly of the power take-off device should comply with the relevant provisions of SY5307, and the rotating pulley should be flexible, stable and reliable, without jamming. 5.10 The installation position of each inlet and exhaust valve of the gas system must be correct, and each control system should be centralized, flexible, easy to operate, and have indicator signs or marks. The oil and gas pipelines should be arranged neatly, firmly and reliably, without leakage. 5.11 The safety valve should be waterproof and assembled after being tested and sealed. The opening pressure of the safety valve shall not exceed the design pressure of the tank. 5.12 The body and gas storage tube should be made in accordance with the relevant provisions of G150. No cracks are allowed inside or outside the tank, and no obvious dents or marks are allowed.
5.13 The working temperature (ambient temperature) of the ash unloading vehicle is -20°C to 45°C. When the temperature is lower than -20°C, the tank body and gas storage tank shall be manufactured in accordance with the provisions of Appendix C "Low Temperature Pressure Vessels" of GB150. 5.14 The tank body and gas storage tank shall be subjected to non-destructive testing. The non-destructive testing shall comply with the provisions of Section 10.8 and the drawings of GB150. 3

5.15 The manufactured ash unloading vehicle shall be subjected to water pressure test and air tightness test in accordance with the drawings. There shall be no leakage at each weld and pipeline connection. The water pressure test pressure shall be 1.25 times the design pressure, and the air tightness test pressure shall be 1.05 times the design pressure. 5.16 Two calibrated pressure gauges with the same range must be used for the water pressure test. The pressure gauges should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Pressure Vessels of the State Administration of Labor". Before the test, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out on the preparation work for the safety protection measures test. 5.17 After each ash discharging vehicle is assembled and qualified, it should be operated at no-load at the rated speed. The no-load operation should meet the following requirements (open the vent valve when compared):
: There should be no abnormality when the chassis of the original vehicle rotates in each gear; b, the air compressor works normally, the transmission shaft of the power take-off system rotates flexibly and freely, without abnormal sound and vibration, ℃. All connectors and fasteners must not be loose. 5.18 Detailed records should be kept during each test of the ash discharging vehicle. 5.19 The performance of the modified ash discharging vehicle should meet the requirements of the original vehicle performance. 6 Test method
6.1 Water pressure test
According to the provisions of Article 10.9.4.4 of GB150.
6.2 Air tightness test
According to the provisions of Article 10.9.6.1 of GB150.
6.3 Determination of main structural parameters and technical characteristic parameters6.3.1 The mass parameters of the ash car shall be determined according to the provisions of Article 3.2 of 2BT50003. 6.3.2 The center of gravity position of the ash car shall be determined according to the provisions of Article 3.3 of ZBT50003. 6.3.3 The external dimensions of the charcoal car shall be determined according to the provisions of Article 3.6 of ZBT50003. 6.3.4 The minimum turning diameter of the ash car shall be determined according to the provisions of Article 3.8 of 2BT50003. 6.4 Braking performance test
According to the provisions of JB3689.
6.5 Maximum speed test
According to the provisions of Chapter 7 of GB1334.
6.6 Handling stability test
According to the provisions of Chapter 13 of GB1334.
6.7 Road driving test
6.7.1 The test instruments include odometer, stopwatch, recorder and tachometer. 6.7.2 The ash unloading vehicle shall be tested on the road under full load. 6.7.3 The road driving mileage shall not be less than 1000 km1 (excluding running-in mileage). 6.7.4 The average driving speed and driving range of various road works shall be distributed according to the provisions of Table 2. 6.7.5 The ash unloading vehicle shall be inspected during driving and after half of driving. The inspection interval is: 800 km for the first stage and 600-1000 km for the second stage. The inspection results shall comply with the provisions of Articles 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8. 6.7.6 The test results shall be included in Table A1 of Appendix A (Supplement). 6.8 Ash unloading capacity (average ash unloading speed, residual ash rate, horizontal conveying distance, vertical conveying distance) test. 6.8.1 Test equipment, instruments, ash

6.8.3 Test method

If there are multiple inlets, the ash shall be loaded in sequence from the ash inlet until the ash is just about to overflow from the last ash inlet. 6.8.3.3 Open the ash inlet, drive the car out, and weigh and record the total quality of the car. 6.8.3.4 Drive the car into the lower part of the test tower, unload the ash into the test tower, and record the unloading time with a stopwatch. 6.8.3.5 Remove the horizontal conveying pipe, open the feed port, collect the charcoal remaining in the tank of the ash unloading car, and weigh the ash on the scale. 6.8.3.6 Fill in the test data in Table 2 of Appendix A (Supplement), calculate the average ash unloading speed according to Formula (1) in Article 3.5, and calculate the residual ash rate according to Formula (2) in Article 3.6.
7 Inspection rules
7.1 Type inspection
1.1 All ash unloading cars that have been mass-produced shall be subject to type inspection if there are any problems: a. New products or old products are transferred to the factory for production,
b. Normal product production continues after three years, 5
C. Products that have been discontinued for two years are produced again
d. Product structure, process, and materials have changed significantly. 7.1.2 Type inspection products are 1~~2 vehicles each time. sY 5439—92
.1.3 Comprehensive inspection of the technical requirements specified in this standard. 7.1.4 Carry out the whole machine performance and special performance test. The inspection conditions, rules and items shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 6. 7.2 Factory inspection
Each ash truck must be inspected by the factory technical inspection department according to the following items before it can leave the factory. a. The appearance quality shall comply with the provisions of Articles 5.3 and 5.4. b. The square device shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.9. c. The air system and the control system shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.10. d. Carry out water pressure test and air tightness test, and the test results shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.15. e. No-load operation shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.17. f. Carry out driving tests on various roads according to the method specified in Article 6.7, and check all connecting parts and fasteners. There shall be no looseness. 9. The spare parts, accessories and tools on the vehicle shall be complete according to the packing list. 7.3 Judgment rules
All the ash trucks under the platform shall be inspected according to the inspection standards specified in Article 7.2. If one of a, b, c, d, e, and I in Article 7.2 fails to meet the standards, it shall be judged as unqualified.
8 Marking, transportation and storage
8.1 Each ash truck under the platform shall be nailed with a nameplate in the position specified in the drawing. The nameplate shall indicate: a.

.2 When transporting the ash truck, it should be able to get on and off the vehicle (ship) by self-driving. When loading must be done by loading, a special crane should be used to avoid damage to the product.
8.3 For long-term storage of ash trucks, the storage should be in accordance with the requirements specified in the instruction manual. 8.4 Each ash truck should be accompanied by the following vehicle technical documents and sealed in the tool box: a: Product quality certificate and instruction manual: b, certificate and instruction manual of the main supporting parts (air compressor), c. Packing list,
d. Vehicle chassis certificate and instruction manual, e. Drawings of wearing parts.
8.5 The tools and accompanying wearing parts should be packed and put into the vehicle tool box. 9 Provided that the user complies with the product manual, within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, if the product is damaged or does not work properly due to manufacturing defects, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts (excluding wearing parts) for the user free of charge. 6
