1 Scope

GB/T 26994—2011
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types, models and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of plastic cup forming filling sealing and cutting machines. This standard applies to plastic cup forming filling sealing and cutting machines for filling yogurt, fresh milk, juice and other non-gas liquids. This standard also applies to plastic cup forming filling sealing and cutting machines (hereinafter referred to as "filling and sealing machines") for filling non-gas liquids in daily chemical, pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries.

4.1 Model

5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 The filling machine shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.1.2 The operation of the filling machine shall be stable, and the movement of the moving parts shall be sensitive, coordinated, and accurate, without jamming and abnormal sound. 2
5.1.3 The connection of the gas circuit of the filling machine shall be sealed, without seepage and leakage. 5.2 Performance requirements
5.2.1 The production capacity of the sealing machine shall reach the rated production capacity specified in the contract, instructions, etc. 5.2.2 The filling accuracy of the filling machine shall meet the following requirements: a) The filling amount of liquid is 20 g~50 g, and the filling accuracy shall not exceed ±1.5%; b) The filling amount of liquid is 50~1005, and the filling accuracy shall not exceed ±1.2%; c) The filling amount of the body is more than 100g, and the filling accuracy shall not exceed ±1%; d) The filling accuracy of liquid containing fruit particles or jam shall not exceed ±3%. 5.2.3 The qualified rate of filling volume shall not be less than 99.5% 5.2.4 The appearance quality of the filled finished product shall meet the following requirements: a) The appearance of the cup shall not be damaged or obviously deformed. The deviation between the film pattern and the required position shall not be greater than 1.5mm b) The deviation of the die-cutting size of the cup shall not be greater than 1mm. The centering deviation shall not be greater than 1mn. GB/T26994—2011 No missing labels, the label paper shall be flat and without obvious wrinkles, and the height misalignment of the lap joint of the ring labeling shall not be greater than 2.5mm; d) The width of the overlapping labels after labeling shall not be greater than 3rm The length of the label paper shall not have a cutting error of more than 1mm; f) The seal shall be flat, the seal mark shall be evenly hooked, and there shall be no burning, burrs or leakage. 5.2.5 The seal of the filled plastic cup shall be intact after the drop and sealing test. 5.2.6 The qualified rate of the filling machine shall not be less than 99%. 5.2.7 When the filling machine is in normal operation, the noise sound pressure level shall not be greater than 75dB (A). 5.3 Electrical safety requirements
5.3.1 The circuit control systems of the filling machine shall comply with the requirements of GB5226.12008, be safe and reliable, and operate accurately. The electrical connectors shall be firmly connected and numbered: the operating buttons shall be flexible; the indicator light display shall be normal: there shall be an emergency stop device and an effective operation stop door command of the emergency stop actuator, which shall be valid until it is reset. Reset should only be manually operated at the position where the emergency operation command is triggered. The reset of the command shall not restart the machine, but only allow it to be restarted. 5.3.2 The insulation resistance measured when 500Vd.c. is applied between the power circuit conductor and the protective connection circuit shall not be less than 1Mn. 5.3.3 All exposed conductive parts of the sealing machine shall be connected to the protective connection circuit according to the requirements of 8.2.1 of G5226.1-2008. The connection between the grounding terminal or grounding point and the grounded metal part shall have a low resistance value, and its resistance value shall not exceed 0.1. The grounding test shall be carried out to determine whether it is qualified:
5.3.4 The power circuit conductor of the electrical equipment and the protective connection circuit shall be subjected to a withstand voltage test of at least 1 time. 5.4 Safety and health requirements
5.4.1 The safety protection of the filling machine shall comply with the following provisions: The safety protection of the filling machine shall comply with the provisions of JB7233 a)
The filling machine shall be equipped with interlock protection. When there is a lack of materials, packaging materials or misoperation, it shall alarm and automatically stop: There shall be clear and eye-catching safety warning signs on the filling machine, and the safety signs shall comply with the provisions of GB2894 and GB/T16273.1. d)
The filling machine shall have safety protection devices and affix warning signs. 5.4.2 The materials and parts of the filling machine shall comply with the following provisions:) The mechanical design and sanitation safety of the filling machine shall comply with the requirements of GB19891. When the packaging material is food, the safety and sanitation requirements of the material selection, design, manufacturing and configuration principles of the sealing machine shall comply with the provisions of h)
GB16798. When the filling material is medicine, the surface material of the sealing machine in contact with the filling material and packaging material shall comply with the relevant regulations of the painter for pharmaceutical production equipment: 3

The surface of the equipment in contact with the packaging material and filling material shall be smooth, flat, easy to clean or disinfect, corrosion-resistant, and incompatible with the filling material. The lubricant, coolant, etc. used in the equipment shall not cause pollution to the filling material or container. d)
The raw materials and purchased supporting parts used in the filling machine shall have the quality certificate of the manufacturer. The inner wall of the hopper and the guide pipe shall be smooth and flat, without dead corners, the weld shall be polished, and there shall be no gap for material storage. The filling device shall not produce dust pollution for the filling material. e)
5.5 Appearance quality requirements
5.5.1 The paint and spray coating on the non-processed surface of the sealing machine should be smooth and even in color, without obvious defects such as dirt, flow marks, and blistering. 5.5.2 The surface-treated parts of the filling machine should have even color, without defects such as blistering, delamination, and rust. 6 Test methods
6. 1 Test conditions
6.1.1 The test environment temperature is 10℃~30℃. 6.1.2 Plastic sheets and films that meet relevant national or industry standards are used in the test. 6.1.3 The standard cup uses a plastic cup with a filling mass of 125g, and the test material uses the corresponding medium. 6.2 General requirements inspection
Idle running test
After each sealing machine is assembled, it shall be tested for idle running. The continuous idle running time shall not be less than 1 hour, and the low speed and high speed shall be 0.5 hours respectively. The machine performance shall be checked and shall comply with the provisions of 5.1.2 and 5.3.1. 6.2.2 Air circuit sealing inspection
The air system of the full sealing machine can be checked for sealing by the following methods: a) Use absorbent cotton to gently wipe the sealing of the pneumatic component and observe whether there is oil stain on the absorbent cotton. It shall comply with the provisions of 5.1.3. b) Apply soapy water to the sealing part of the sealing part of the pneumatic component and observe whether there is air entrapment. It shall comply with the provisions of 5.1.3. 6.3 Performance test
6.3.1 Production capacity test
After the filling machine is in normal operation, it shall be packaged continuously for 0.5 hours, and the number of filled finished products shall be counted. The production capacity shall be calculated according to formula (1). It shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.1.

The test is carried out after the filling machine has been running normally and continuously. Randomly select N cups (N200) from the finished products filled after 40 consecutive cycles, and then weigh them one by one with an electric balance with an inductance of 0.1B. The filling accuracy is calculated according to formula (2), which should comply with the provisions of 5.2.2 = Q = Q × 100%

6.3.3 Filling volume qualified rate test

The test is carried out after the filling accuracy test. The filling virtual qualified rate is calculated according to formula (3). The filling volume qualified rate should comply with the provisions of 5.2.3. ×100%

6.3.4.1 Finished product appearance quality
After the sealing machine is continuously working, at the rated speed, draw 100 cups of samples in two times, 50 cups each time, with a time interval of not less than 1 minute. Check the appearance quality of the seal, which should comply with the requirements of 5.2.4. Count the number of unqualified products: z1. 6.3.4.2 Drop test
Take 50 rings of samples with qualified appearance quality, with the seal facing upwards, and drop them from a height of 1tn onto a hard, flat horizontal surface. Check the seal of the plastic cup, which should comply with the requirements of 5.2.5. Count the number of unqualified products: 42. 6.3.4.3 Sealing test
Perform a sealing test on the remaining samples with qualified appearance quality. Immerse the filled plastic cup in a container filled with colored water for a 2-minute leakage test. If the medium in the plastic cup seeps out or colored water seeps into the plastic cup, it is unqualified. Count the number of unqualified products: a. The qualified rate of finished products is calculated according to the following formula:

6. 3.5 Noise test
During continuous operation, the noise of the filling machine shall be measured according to the method specified in JB/T7232, and its noise value shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.7.
6.4 Electrical safety test
6.4.1 Use an insulation resistance meter to measure its insulation resistance according to the provisions of 18.3 in GB5226.1-200, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.3,2. 6.4.2 After the power supply of the electrical device is cut off, a constant current is obtained from a power supply with a no-load voltage not exceeding 12V (AC or DC), and the current is equal to 1.5 times the rated current or 25A (the larger of the two), and the current is passed alternately between the grounding terminal and each easily accessible metal part.
Measure the voltage drop between the grounding terminal and each easily accessible metal part, and calculate the resistance value from the voltage drop. It should comply with the provisions of 5.3.3.
6.4.3 Perform a withstand voltage test with a pressure tester in accordance with the provisions of 18.4 of GB5226.1-2008, which should comply with the provisions of 5.3.4. 6.5 Safety and health requirements inspection
6.5.1 Check the safety protection device + should comply with the provisions of 5.4.1. 6.5.2 Check the machine material report and quality certificate, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.4.2. 6.6 Appearance quality inspection

The filling machine shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to this standard, and can only be put into the factory with a product certificate. 7.2 Type inspection
When one of the following situations occurs, a type inspection shall be carried out: trial production and identification of new products for old products! After formal production, if there are large differences in materials, structures, and processes, it may affect the performance of the filling machine, b)
c) During normal production, regular or accumulated...-After regular production, an inspection shall be carried out once a year, 6

7.2.2 Type inspection items shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5,See Table 1. All the inspection items are qualified for type inspection. In the type inspection, if the continuity of the protective joint in the electrical safety test, the insulation resistance, and the withstand voltage test are unqualified, it is judged as unqualified for type inspection. If one of the other items is unqualified, the unqualified item should be doubled and retested. If it is unqualified, the product is judged to be unqualified for type inspection.
8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Marking
The sealer should be fixed with a sign in an obvious position. The size and technical requirements of the sign shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 13306. The sign shall at least indicate the following contents:
a) Product model;
b) Product name;
c) Product implementation standard;
|) Product main technical parameters;
Manufacturing date and factory number!
[)Manufacturer name and location (export products shall be marked with "People's Republic of China\"). 8.2 Packaging
The transport packaging of the Qian sealing machine shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 8. 2. 1bzxZ.net
8.2.2 Before packing the filling machine, the exposed processing surface should be treated with anti-rust. 8.2.3 The filling machine packaging box should be firm and reliable, and meet the requirements of transportation and loading and unloading. 8.2.4 The packaging box should have reliable moisture-proof measures. 8.2.5 The special tools and easily replaceable parts of the sealing machine should be packed and fixed in the packaging box: 2.6 The technical documents should be properly packed and placed in the packaging box, including: a) product certificate;
6) product instruction manual (written in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9969); ) packing list.
8.2.7 The outer surface of the packaging box should be clearly marked with the shipping and transportation operation signs, and should comply with the provisions of GB/T191. 8.3 Transportation and storage
8.3.1 The filling machine should be carefully placed during transportation, and inversion and collision are not allowed. 8. 3.2 The filling machine should be stored in a dry and ventilated place without corrosive gas.
