Some standard content:

GB130421998
This standard is based on the original national standard GB13042-1991, and absorbs some contents of foreign advanced standards. The size requirements are based on the DIN5550 standard for the size of the 25mm roll mouth of the gas-raising agent packaging can. In addition, the technical content has been increased and improved, and the indicators such as appearance, internal and external coatings have been improved. The main points of the revision are as follows:
1. Added definitions and symbols!
2. The first The following contents are added to the requirements of this chapter: a) Added classification: b) Added the requirements of the factory for material quality: Added the requirements for aluminum cans in the external requirements: d) Added "can height tolerance, can light weight specification: e) Eliminated the physical and chemical indicators of the paint film, and added the requirements for the inner and outer coatings: f) Adjusted the "conductivity reading" of the original aluminum can inner coating: 3. Deleted the chapter on aerosol moisture in the original standard; 4. The sampling method and judgment rules are stricter than the original standard; 5. In Chapter 5, the test method of the physical and chemical indicators of the paint film was cancelled, and the test method for the requirements of the inner and outer coatings was added; 6. The name of the original standard was changed. The standard shall replace GB13042-1991 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by China National Packaging Corporation. This standard is issued by the National Packaging Standardization Metal Container Technical Committee. This standard is jointly drafted by Zhongshan Kaisong Jingniu Chemical Co., Ltd. Xiboer (Shan) Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Meite Co., Ltd.

6.1 One shipment is a batch, and one gas can is a unit product. 6.2 The content of the product is different, and the requirements for the chemical properties of the inner wall coating are different. The manufacturer should provide the user with a sample can work for the endurance test and obtain confirmation.
6.3 When there are special requirements for the specifications and performance of the product, it should meet the contract requirements signed by the supply and demand parties. 6.4 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection must be carried out when the product is delivered. Factory inspection items include: appearance requirements and size requirements. Type inspection includes all items: 6.5 Type inspection should be carried out in the following cases: a) When there are major changes in raw materials and processes; b) Once a month during normal production; d) When the product is stopped and resumed; e) When the national quality and technical supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.6 In the requirements of this standard, 4.3 and 4.4 shall follow the normal inspection double sampling plan in GB/T2828, and 4.5 and 4.6 shall follow the normal inspection single sampling plan.
