JB/T 7919.2-1999 This standard adopts ISO 2982-1:1995 "Tapered Bushings for Rolling Bearing Accessories" in a non-equivalent manner. At the same time, it supplements the technical contents not specified by ISO. This standard is a revision and merger of three standards: JB/T 7919.2-95 "Basic Dimensions of Adapter Sleeves for Rolling Bearing Accessories", JB/T 7919.3-95 "Basic Dimensions of Adapter Sleeves for Rolling Bearing Accessories" and JB/T 7919.7-95 "Technical Conditions for Tapered Bushings, Lock Nuts and Lock Washers for Rolling Bearing Accessories" (Part). During the revision, the adapter sleeve series and the size range of the adapter sleeve were expanded, and the adapter sleeve and adapter sleeve series were added; the tolerances of the large size segment were supplemented. This standard specifies the structure and size of the adapter sleeve composed of the adapter sleeve, lock nut and lock washer or lock card. This standard also specifies the technical requirements for the structure, size and tolerance of the adapter sleeve used for the adapter sleeve. This standard applies to the design, production, inspection and user acceptance of adapter sleeves and bushings for rolling bearings whose dimension series conform to GB/T 273.3-1988 "General Scheme for Rolling Bearings and Radial Bearings". This standard is not equivalent to 1SO2982-1:1995 "Dimensional Bushings for Rolling Bearing Accessories". The standard supplements the technical conditions that are not in the international standard.
This standard is a revision of JB/T7919.2-95 "Basic Dimensions of Adapter Sleeves for Rolling Bearing Accessories" and JB/T7919.3-95 "Basic Dimensions of Adapter Bushings for Rolling Bearing Accessories", and partially replaces JB/T7919.7-95 "Technical Conditions for Tapered Bushings, Locking Nuts and Locking Washers for Rolling Bearing Accessories".
Compared with JB/T7919.2-95 and JB/T7919.3-95, this standard mainly makes the following modifications: - The relevant contents of JB/T7919.7-95 are incorporated into this standard; - The size range of adapter sleeves H30, H31, H32 series and adapter sleeves A30, A31, A32 is expanded, and H39 series adapter sleeves and A39 series adapter bushings are added; - The tolerances of large size segments are supplemented.
This standard replaces JB/T7919.2-95, JB/T7919.3-95, JB/T7919.7-95 (part) from the date of implementation. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are both standard appendices. 5.1 Cumulative code method of adapter bushing

The adapter bushing code consists of the type code, size series code and the nominal inner diameter code of the applicable bearing, and is arranged in this order. 5.1.1 The type code is represented by the letter H.
5.1.2 The dimension series code is divided into 02, 03, 30, 3I, 23, 32 and 39 dimension series according to the provisions of the bearing dimension series code in GB/T272.
5.1.3 The inner diameter code is divided into 02, 03, 30, 3I, 23, 32 and 39 dimension series according to the provisions of the bearing inner diameter code in GB/T272: 5.1.4 Example:
